Introduction.
The introduction of green technologies at enterprises of
Uzbekistan can bring significant benefits, not only economically, but also
environmentally. Green technologies are innovative solutions developed mainly for
the purpose of protecting the environment and the effective use of Natural
Resources. Their introduction is important for the sustainable development of the
economy of Uzbekistan.
First, by introducing green technologies, enterprises can increase energy
efficiency. For example, the use of solar power and wind power significantly reduces

the cost of electricity. Uzbekistan is a sunny country, and the possibilities of using
these energy sources are very wide [1]. Businesses can not only cut their energy
costs by installing solar panels, but also generate additional revenue by selling
excess energy to the grid.
Secondly, the introduction of green technologies ensures environmentally
friendly production. Businesses can reduce their negative impact on the environment
by reducing emissions and focusing on recycling processes. Examples include the
use of organic agricultural technologies in agriculture, which reduces the
consumption of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. This not only increases soil
fertility, but also ensures food safety.
Thirdly, by introducing green technologies, enterprises can strengthen their
brand and increase their competitiveness. Nowadays, consumers pay more attention
to environmentally friendly products. If an enterprise applies green technology, it
will increase its social responsibility and gain a positive reputation among
customers. As a result, it has a positive effect on the sales and profit of the enterprise.
Fourth, it is possible to increase Uzbekistan's competitiveness in the
international arena by introducing green technologies. There is increasing
competition among states on environmental issues and sustainable development [2].
When Uzbekistan equips its enterprises with green technologies, it makes the
country more attractive for investment. Investors are more interested in enterprises
with environmentally friendly and sustainable production.
Fifth, it can also positively affect the state budget by introducing green
technologies. By improving environmentally friendly production and energy
efficiency, enterprises can increase tax payments. There are also opportunities to use
government subsidies and grants for projects aimed at protecting the environment.
Another important aspect of green technology implementation is job
creation. New professionals and workers are required in the field of environmentally
friendly technologies [3]. This will create new jobs for young people and increase
the demand for their vocational education.

The transition of Uzbekistan to renewable energy sources and the experience
of applying the principles of the green economy, occupies an important place in the
socio-economic development of the country. Uzbekistan, as a country rich in natural
resources, feels the need to introduce new approaches in the field of energy
production. This process is also being carried out in harmony with international
practices.
The Uzbek government approved the "renewable energy use Action Plan
2017-2021" in 2017. This plan sets out a number of measures aimed at diversifying
the country's energy supply, developing renewable energy sources and improving
energy efficiency. Uzbekistan's goal is to increase the use of renewable energy by
25% by 2030.
International experiments show that many countries have successfully
achieved results in the transition to renewable energy sources. For example,
Germany, through its Energiewende (Energy Change) program, has developed
renewable energy intensively, providing 42% of total energy consumption from
renewable sources by 2020. The German experience can inspire Uzbekistan in
improving energy efficiency and expanding the use of renewable energy sources. In
addition, Denmark is one of the leading renewable energy countries. Wind power
generation in Denmark accounted for 47% of the country's total electricity
consumption in 2020. To achieve this success, the importance of the policies and
investments of the Danish government became greater. Uzbekistan is also
implementing projects to expand the use of wind and solar energy, taking advantage
of the Danish experience.
International cooperation is also important for Uzbekistan's transition to
renewable energy sources. In cooperation with the country, the World Bank, the
Asian Development Bank and other international financial institutions, it is actively
working on attracting investments, mastering technologies and sharing experiences
[4]. For example, Uzbekistan partnered with international investors to implement a
solar project in 2021 under the” Industrial Development " Program. Uzbekistan also
seeks to ensure environmental sustainability by applying the principles of the green

economy. The green economy is an approach aimed at protecting the environment,
promoting economic growth and ensuring social justice. Initiatives such as the
development of ecotourism, waste recycling and energy efficiency are being
implemented in the country.
Uzbekistan's transition to renewable energy sources and application of the
principles of the green economy will serve not only to increase the energy security
of the country, but also to fight climate change [5]. This process also helps to create
new jobs, diversify the economy and produce competitive products in the
international market.
In the economic development of Uzbekistan, the introduction of green
technologies of enterprises is important. Green technologies ensure efficient use of
resources without harm to the environment. However, there are a number of
problems in the implementation of this process, including legislative barriers and
financial opportunities.
Although Uzbekistan's legislative framework includes a number of
regulatory documents aimed at introducing green technologies, in practice the
implementation of these laws and their effectiveness are often faced with problems.
For example:
The laws and regulations necessary for the application of green
technologies can often be complex and incomprehensible. This makes it difficult for
businesses to implement new technologies.
In some cases, laws that allow the application of old technologies limit
the introduction of new green technologies. This does not encourage innovative
approaches.
Insufficient development of monitoring and control mechanisms in the
process of implementing green technologies creates additional obstacles for
enterprises.
Investments needed to introduce green technology are often high. However,
financial opportunities for enterprises in Uzbekistan may be limited:

Enterprises are often forced by financial institutions to take high-
interest loans when attracting investments necessary for the introduction of green
technologies. This reduces the profitability of the project.
Small and medium-sized enterprises cannot participate in this process
due to the fact that they do not have financial resources in the implementation of
green technology.
The number of government subsidies and grants per se is limited,
which discourages enterprises from introducing green technologies.
In order to effectively implement the green technology implementation
process, it is necessary to consider the following recommendations:
It is necessary to simplify the laws aimed at applying green technologies
and clearly define them. This allows for easier implementation of new technologies
for enterprises.
It is necessary to develop and implement special investment programs
aimed at the introduction of green technologies by the state. Through these
programs, subsidies and grants can be provided for businesses.
In order to expand financial opportunities for small and medium-sized
businesses, low-interest loans should be provided by the state. This will help small
businesses to implement green technology.
It is necessary to introduce enterprises to green technologies and
organize trainings for their introduction. This will increase the level of enterprise
development of new technologies.
Through the implementation of projects in cooperation with
international organizations, it is possible to exchange experience and attract financial
resources.
The introduction of green technologies is important for the sustainable
development of Uzbekistan. By solving legislative problems and expanding
financial opportunities, it is possible to modernize the country's economy and ensure
environmental sustainability [6]. This process not only stimulates economic growth,
but also serves to protect the environment.

Conclusion.
In conclusion, the introduction of green technologies in
enterprises is important in the economic and environmental development of
Uzbekistan. Green technologies make it possible to reduce costs for enterprises by
improving energy efficiency, rational use of resources and reducing waste. This, in
turn, increases profitability and increases competitiveness. Ecologically, green
technologies help protect the environment, ensuring conservation of Natural
Resources and environmental sustainability. Through them it is possible to reduce
waste and prevent pollution, which improves the health of the community. Also, the
creation of new opportunities for enterprises through state support and investment
programs will increase their interest in the introduction of green technologies. As a
result, Uzbekistan not only promotes economic growth, but also contributes to the
creation of a clean and healthy environment for future generations. Thus, the process
of introducing green technologies in enterprises plays an important role in
maintaining the Sustainable Development and environmental balance of the country.
