Introduction.

Strategic sectors, the sectors that form the main foundation of

the national economy, the development of which is important in ensuring the

economic stability and competitiveness of the country. When defining these

networks, their socio-economic importance, innovative capabilities and role in public

policy are taken into account. In defining strategic networks, areas that influence

economic growth are considered. For Uzbekistan, such industries are agriculture,

industry, energy and transport[1]. Agriculture plays an important role in ensuring the

country's food security and enhancing its export potential. The industry, on the other

hand, serves to diversify production, create new jobs and provide technological

renewal.

The energy sector is the main source of power for all sectors of the economy.

The rich natural resources of Uzbekistan, in particular gas and oil, allow the

development of the energy sector. This, in turn, helps to increase efficiency in other

industries. Sustainable energy supply has a positive effect on the overall development

of the economy.

The Transport network is also of strategic importance. Uzbekistan is

geographically located in the Central Asian region, and the development of transport

infrastructure will strengthen regional trade and economic integration [2]. The

opening of new transport corridors and the improvement of the logistics system will

help speed up export-import processes.

Investments and innovations are necessary for the development of strategic

networks. Government support, cooperation with the private sector and attracting

international investment can accelerate these processes. Through the introduction of

innovative technologies, it is possible to improve production efficiency and improve

the quality of products. Personnel training is also important in the development of

strategic networks. Qualified personnel will help increase their competitiveness in

various sectors of the economy. It is possible to increase the capacity of personnel by

modernizing the educational system and developing programs for training specialists.

The economy of Uzbekistan includes various strategic sectors. The socio-

economic importance of each network, the possibilities of innovative development

and its role in public policy are important for the sustainable development of the

country. Below I will tell you in detail about the most basic networks.

Agriculture.

Agriculture is one of the main sectors of the economy of

Uzbekistan. It plays an important role not only in ensuring food security, but also in

job creation and socio-economic development of rural areas. Uzbekistan has great

potential in agriculture in the production of cotton, fruits and vegetables, cereals and

other products. There are opportunities for innovative development in agriculture.

Production can be increased by introducing modern agrarian technologies, applying

water-saving technologies, and diversifying crops [3]. Government subsidies and

investments in agriculture accelerate these processes.

production will create new jobs and increase export potential. The industry of

Uzbekistan includes mainly textile, chemical, metallurgical and mechanical

engineering industries. Innovative development opportunities are also present in the

industry. The introduction of new technologies, automation of production and digital

transformation increase the efficiency of the industry. The state has developed

programs aimed at modernizing the industry, through which investments are attracted.

development " programs, the government promotes investment promotion and the

construction of new industrial facilities. This ensures economic growth.

Energy.

resources necessary for the sustainable functioning of other sectors. Innovative

development opportunities are also present in the energy sector. The renovation will

be carried out by developing energy sources, improving energy efficiency and

introducing environmentally friendly technologies. Many projects are being

implemented by the state to modernize the energy sector. In public policy, the energy

sector is given special attention. The government is developing strategies aimed at

ensuring the stability of energy supply and seeking new energy sources.

corridors. In public policy, special attention is paid to the development of transport

infrastructure. Through" transport infrastructure development " programs, the

government promotes the modernization of new roads, railways and air transport

systems.

economic growth and social well-being. A special place in this process is occupied

by issues of investment, technological renewal and training of personnel.

Investment.

Investment is one of the main factors of economic development.

Investments necessary for the development of strategic sectors of Uzbekistan should

be attracted, first of all, to modernize infrastructure, create new production facilities

and expand existing networks [5]. Programs are being developed aimed at attracting

investors through favorable investment environments created by the state, in

particular, through tax incentives, subsidies and public-private partnership

mechanisms. It is also possible to strengthen cooperation with international financial

institutions and foreign investors, to ensure additional investments in the country's

economy through the implementation of mutually beneficial projects. As a result of

these processes, new jobs are created and local production develops.

Technological update.

Technological renewal plays an important role in the

development of strategic networks. With the introduction of modern technologies, it

is possible to increase production efficiency, reduce costs and improve the quality of

products. The implementation of innovative technologies opens up new opportunities

in the fields of agriculture, industry, energy and transport. The government of

Uzbekistan is strengthening cooperation with research institutes and universities in

order to promote innovative development. By organizing startups and technological

incubators, opportunities for the implementation of innovative ideas of young

entrepreneurs and scientists are being created. Such upgrades increase the

competitiveness of the country and contribute to the production of products that meet

the requirements of the global market.

Personnel training.

Another important aspect of the development of strategic

networks is the training of qualified personnel. For the economic development of

Uzbekistan, specialists with modern knowledge and skills are needed. In the process

of training, it is important to modernize the educational system, introduce practice-

oriented programs and provide education that meets international standards.

By implementing innovative programs in vocational education and higher

education institutions, it is possible to introduce students to modern technologies and

help them acquire practical skills. Also, the organization of training courses and

internships in cooperation with enterprises allows young professionals to gain

experience in the workplace. In the development of strategic sectors of Uzbekistan,

the issues of investment, technological renewal and training of personnel are closely

related. By combining these factors, it is possible to increase the economic potential

of the country, ensure sustainable development and improve the well-being of the

people. Initiatives and programs implemented by the state will further accelerate these

processes and make Uzbekistan a competitive country in the global economy.

Conclusion.

In conclusion, strategically important sectors play an important

role in the national economy of Uzbekistan. These sectors, including agriculture,

energy, industry and transport, serve as a major factor in ensuring the economic

stability of the country, creating jobs and promoting the welfare of the people. For the

development of strategic sectors of Uzbekistan, it is necessary to attract investment,

carry out technological updates and train qualified personnel. These processes are

closely related, and their success helps to increase the competitiveness of the country

and produce products that meet the requirements of the global market. In general, the

development of strategic sectors forms the main foundation for the economic growth

of Uzbekistan and helps to strengthen the country's position in the global economy.

This not only ensures economic stability, but also serves to promote social
