Abstrakt:

Ushbu maqolada turli tillarda oziq-ovqat konseptual iboralari,

ularning kelib chiqishi sabablari, iboralar tahlili, ularning madaniy ahamiyati,
tilning shakllanishida ularning o‘rni yoritib berilgan.

Kalit so‘zlar:

iboralar, oziq-ovqat konseptini ifodalovchi iboralar,

frazeologik birikmalar.
Har bir davlatning milliy shakllanishida, o‘zligini topishida asrlar davomida
shakllanib, rivojlanib kelgan tilning o‘rni katta. Tilning turli iboralar, birikmalar
bilan ifodalanadigan qismi, tarkibi uni boyitishga, jimjimador qilishga xizmat
qiladi. Har bir tilning iboralari yillar, asrlar davomida millat mentaliteti,
ruhiyatiga mos ravishda shakllangan bo‘ladi. Shuning uchun turli tillardagi
iboralar bir-biridan farq qiladi.
Masalan, o‘zbek tilidagi “non topmoq”, “bir tishlam non” iboralari o‘zbek
davlatidagi o‘zbeklar uchun non qanchalik muhim ekanligiga urg‘u beradi.
“Yegani non qolmadi”, “Nonning uvog‘i ham non” iboralari boshqa millatlarga
tushunarsiz bo‘lishi mumkin, lekin har bir o‘zbek bu iboralarning ma’nosini
tushunadi. Ayniqsa, oziq-ovqatga aloqador iboralar nimani ko‘p iste’mol
qilishimizga qarab shakllanib boradi.
Ingliz tilida esa, “Sit above the salt”-jamiyatda yuqori mavqeda bo‘lmoq, “Sit
below the salt”-jamiyatda pastroq mavqeda bo‘lmoq iboralari ingliz xalqida
tuzning ahamiyati haqida ma’lumot beradi. Qadimiy Britan an’anasiga ko‘ra tuz
dasturxonda yuqoriga qo‘yilgan, tuz qo‘yilgan joydan tepadagilar yuqori
martabali insonlar, tuz qo‘yilgan joydan pastda o‘tirganlar esa ahamiyati kamroq
insonlar hisoblangan. Ingliz tilida ham nonga aloqador iboralar mavjud, lekin
juda kam. Breadwinner-oila boquvchisi, o‘zbek tilidagi oilani boqadigan inson,
non topuvchi inson ma’nolariga to‘g‘ri keladi va bu ma’noda, bu so‘z ikki tilda
o‘xshash desa bo‘ladi. Lekin, “A piece of cake” iborasi o‘zbek tilidagi xamirdan
qil sug‘urganday oson, oziq-ovqat iborasiga ma’nodosh, lekin boshqa so‘zlar
bilan ifodalanadi.
Lekin ba’zi iboralar adekvat bo‘lsada, ularning birikma rakibidagi so‘zlar
ma’nosi umuman boshqacha bo‘lib ketadi, masalan, o‘zbeklarda mehmon
nihoyatda qadrlanadi, unga juda chiroyli xizmat qilinadi. Shunda mezbon uyiga
kelgan mehmonga qarab, “dasturxonga qarang” iborasini ishlatadi. Bu ibora agar

so‘zma-so‘z tarjima qilinsa, boshqa davlarlada umuman g‘ayrtibaiiy eshitilishi
mumkin. Masalan, “Look at the tablecloth”-nimaga dasturxonga qarayman,
nimadir sodir bo‘ldimi, qarab o‘tiraymi degan fikr ingliz inson miyasiga keladi.
Lekin ularda bunga mos ibora mavjud, “Help yourself”-olib o‘tiring, o‘zbek inson
1-marta bu iboraga duch kelsa, nima uchun o‘zimga yordam beray deb o‘ylashi,
noto‘g‘ri tushunishi mumkin.
Ingliz tilidagi “The apple of her father’s eyes” iborasi ayniqsa, so‘zma-so‘z
tarjima qilinganda bizga juda g‘alati eshitilishi mumkin. O‘zbek tilidagi
“ko‘zimning oqu qorasi” iborasi shu ma’noda shu birikmaga mos keladi.
Ingliz tiliga nisbatan o‘zbek tilida oziq-ovqat konseptual iboralaring
ifodalanishi anchagina boyroq hisoblanadi. Palov, somsa, non, moshxo‘rda,
norin, sho‘rva so‘zlari qatnashgan frazeologik iboralar va birikmalar o‘zbek tili
lug‘at tarkibidan o‘rin egallagan.
Lekin, o‘zbek tilidagi osh bilan bog‘liq ancha iboralar boshqa tillarda o‘z
adekvatiga ega emas.
“Og‘zi oshga yetganda”-kimdir qiynalib nimagadir erishganda,
“Og‘zidan oshini oldirmoq”-kimgadir biror narsasini oldirib qo‘ymoq,
“Oshini oshab, yoshini yashab bo‘ladi”-kimdir keraklicha umrguzaronlik qildi,
“Oshga tushgan pashshadek”-bezovta qilish,
“Osh-ovqatiga qaramoq”-kinmgadir g‘amxo‘rlik qilmoq, oziq-ovqatidan xabar
olmoq. Ko‘rib turinibdiki, ba’zi iboralarning mos kelishi qiyin va ularga mos
ma’no ifodalovchi birikmalar frazeologik birikmalar yordamida emas, oddiy
birikmalar orqali ifodalanishi mumkin.
Non so‘zi bilan bog‘liq iboralar ham o‘zligimiz va millatimizga xos an’ana va
qadriyatlarni aks ettiradi. “Noni butun”-kerakili hamma narsasi mavjud, “non
topmoq”-pul topmoq, “noniga sherik bo‘lmoq”-kimningdir topgan puliga sherik
bo‘lmoq, “nonni moy bilan yemoq”-hayoti farovon, tinchlikda yashamoq, “noni
yarimta”-nimadadir kamchilikka duch kelmoq, “non-u qoq bilan kun
kechirmoq”-kambag‘al, “gadoydan non tilamoq”-o‘ta kambag‘al, “bitta noni
ikkita bo‘lmoq”-qattiq ishlab mehnati bilan nimagadir erishmoq.
Xulosa.
Turli tizimli tillardagi oziq-ovqat konseptiga oid birikmalar turli davrlar
davomida shakllanib kelgan madaniyatga xos, etnik xususiyatlar asosida
shakllanib kelgan. Millatning madaniy va milliy tushunchalari, o‘ziga xos
qadriyatlari bu yerda juda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Bu iboralardagi tag va asl ma’no,
ko‘chma ma’nolar millatning o‘ziga xos qadriyat va tushunchalariga xos tarzda
ifodalanadi.
