PHYTOCHEMICAL SYTHESIS AND NATURAL MOVEMENT OF LAURUS NOBILIS L. LEAVES

S. Avetisyan

The most noteworthy antiradical movement was recognized in L. nobilisG leaf ethanolic remove and the most minimal - in fluid leaf concentrate of L. nobilisA. IC50 worth of L. nobilisG ethanolic remove is equivalent to that of wild tree while IC50 of L.nobilisа ethanolic separate is practically identical to that of the developed plants. Absolute flavonoids content both in ethanolic and watery concentrates of L. nobilisа are 1.5 and 1.4 times not exactly that of L. nobilisG leaves extricate, separately.

BIOECOLOGY AND HARM OF WHITEFLIES AND PEST RISK ANALYSIS

Bakhrom Izbosarov, Samad Utaganov, Bekzod Sobirov, Jurabek Yakhyoev, Abdulaziz Tojiyev

Whiteflies are very small insects (1.5-2 mm), resembling microscopic moths. The wings and body are covered with white powdery pollen.

They reproduce sexually, the eggs are attached to the underside of the leaves, on the stems. They hibernate in the puparia phase (pupa) on fallen leaves, in cracks and hollows of trees. The development is complicated: the larvae of the first age are mobile, the next stages are immobile. The larvae then develop into a pupa (puparium). One generation develops within 1 month. In greenhouses it can breed all year round and give 8-10 generations.

M. Ikusedun , H.B Bello , M. O. Adeosun , J. Obe , E J. Maduabuchi , S.A. Ajani

The properties of packaging materials have been investigated and have been found to have effects on packaged foods either positively or negatively, hence the need for appropriate packaging materials for food products. This study investigated the barrier properties (permeability values) of food packaging materials as they affect the stability of packaged food products. The focus of this study was on two different packaging materials, namely Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) films and how their barrier properties affect the stability of packaged foods, particularly, the dried grinded pepper selected for this study. The barrier properties of the two selected packaging materials were investigated through direct method of shelf life study.  The selected packaging materials of 0.08mm thickness each were developed into pouches of equal sizes and shapes with length 50cm and breadth 30cm each. 50g of the dried grinded pepper (Piripiri ) was packaged with the pouches made with  low density polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate films. Proximate and microbial analyses of the dried grinded pepper were carried out before packaging. Post packaging analyses were also carried out after 180days of storage and results of the analyses were recorded. Parameters such as moisture content, ash content, crude fibre , crude protein and carbohydrate were investigated using AOAC method. Elemental analysis was done using energy dispensive x-ray flourensce ( EDXRF ) method

At the present stage of development of agricultural production in the Republic of Uzbekistan, increasing the yield of crops, including tomato, is very important. However, the tomato, like many crops, is prone to colonization by many harmful insects, the most dangerous of which are rust mite. Several methods of struggle are used against them. But it should be noted that the most effective is the chemical method, although it has a number of disadvantages. In order to minimize the negative consequences of it, a competent approach is needed. One of the ways to solve this problem is the selection of the most effective, less toxic and fast-acting drugs. For this purpose, we tested a new preparation of the drug Speeder Duo 28% k.s. against rust mite on protected ground tomato.

THE IMPORTANCE OF NUTRIENTS IN THE LEAVES IN THE FERTILIZATION OF APPLE ORCHARDS

Karakhodjaeva Gulchehra, Dilshod Obidzhanov, Mirkhatam Mirzaev

The article examines the effect of the application of perennial blue fertilizers (red sesame, white sesame, oats, raygras, esparto) on the nutrient elements of tree leaves between rows of apple orchards. According to research, perennial legumes completely cover the soil surface, leaving a lot of organic matter, which is not cultivated during the growing season. Decomposition of the mulch layer during the summer and changes in the amount of microorganisms in the soil lead to an improvement in the nutrient regime during the season.

M.M. Ablazova, D.M. Zuparova

The most common insect disease is muscardine . The causative agent - the Bossian's Boveria - affects more than 60 species of insects that live in the country. In nature, this fungus can be retained on plant remains. It is transported by insects and mites. One type of muscardine was described by I.I. Mechnikov. The discovery of this fungus on the bug beetle initiated research on the microbiological method of combating harmful insects around the world. It is now known that the toxins released by the green muscardine are capable of killing blood-sucking mosquitoes. On the nut-tree false parasitic the fungus of the genus Cordyceps is parasitic.
