Abstract

Mazkur tezisda keksalar psixologik farovonligini oshirishda ijtimoiy faollikning tutgan o‘rni nazariy va empirik asosda yoritiladi. Tadqiqot doirasida faol va passiv guruhlardagi 100 nafar keksalar ishtirokida olib borilgan psixologik diagnostika tahlili asosida, ijtimoiy faollikning psixologik farovonlik ko‘rsatkichlariga qanday ta’sir qilishi empirik dalillar bilan asoslab beriladi.

Annotatsiya:

Mazkur tezisda keksalar psixologik farovonligini oshirishda ijtimoiy

faollikning tutgan o‘rni nazariy va empirik asosda yoritiladi. Tadqiqot doirasida faol va passiv
guruhlardagi 100 nafar keksalar ishtirokida olib borilgan psixologik diagnostika tahlili
asosida, ijtimoiy faollikning psixologik farovonlik ko‘rsatkichlariga qanday ta’sir qilishi
empirik dalillar bilan asoslab beriladi.

Keksalik davri hayot tsiklining o‘ziga xos bosqichi bo‘lib, u organizmning biologik,

ijtimoiy va psixologik o‘zgarishlari bilan xarakterlanadi. Bu davrda inson oldida o‘zining
hayotiy tajribasi, jamiyatdagi o‘rni va ijtimoiy aloqalarini qayta baholash zaruriyati paydo
bo‘ladi. Ijtimoiy izolyatsiya, passiv hayot tarzi va yolg‘izlik kabi holatlar keksalarning
psixologik salomatligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shu sababli, ijtimoiy faollik ularning ruhiy
barqarorligi, hayotdan qoniqishi va umumiy farovonligida muhim o‘rin egallaydi.

Psixologik farovonlik kontseptsiyasi C. Ryff (1989) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib,

insonning hayotdan ma’no topishi, o‘z-o‘zini anglash, mustaqillik, shaxsiy o‘sish, boshqalar
bilan ijobiy aloqalar va hayotni boshqarish kabi ko‘rsatkichlarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Keksalikda
ushbu omillarni saqlab qolish ijtimoiy faoliyat bilan chambarchas bog‘liq.

E. Eriksonning psixososial rivojlanish nazariyasiga ko‘ra, keksalik davridagi asosiy

psixologik muammo bu – yaxlitlik va umidsizlik o‘rtasidagi ichki kurashdir. Ijtimoiy faoliyat
esa bu davrni ijobiy kechirishga, o‘z hayotidan faxrlanish va jamiyatga foydali bo‘lish
tuyg‘ularini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.

Keksalik davri odatda inson hayotining yakuniy bosqichi sifatida qaraladi, ammo

zamonaviy psixologiyada bu davr shunchaki pasayish emas, balki shaxsiy o‘sish va ijtimoiy
integratsiya uchun yangi imkoniyatlar bosqichi sifatida baholanmoqda. Psixologik
farovonlikning ijtimoiy determinantlari aynan shu bosqichda eng dolzarb masalalardan
biridir.

Psixologik farovonlik tushunchasi ilk bor ilmiy ravishda C. D. Ryff (1989) tomonidan

taklif etilgan va oltita asosiy komponent orqali tavsiflangan:

Shaxsiy o‘sish (Personal growth)

3.

Hayotdan ma’no topish (Purpose in life)

4.

Atrofdagilar bilan ijobiy aloqalar (Positive relations)

Hayotni boshqarish (Environmental mastery)

6.

Avtonomiya (Autonomy)
Ryff nazariyasiga ko‘ra, ushbu komponentlarning har biri insonning ruhiy salomatligini

belgilaydi va ular ijtimoiy aloqalar bilan uzviy bog‘liq. Keksalik davrida aynan ijtimoiy
izolyatsiya ushbu omillarni zaiflashtirishi mumkin, ijtimoiy faollik esa, aksincha, ularni

qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi.

Psixolog Laura Carstensen tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan Socioemotional Selectivity

Theory (1999) esa keksalarda vaqt hissiyotining o‘zgarishi natijasida yaqin va mazmunli
ijtimoiy aloqalarga e’tibor kuchayishini ta’kidlaydi. Ya’ni, keksalar asosan hissiy ahamiyatga
ega bo‘lgan munosabatlarni ustuvor deb hisoblaydi. Ijtimoiy faollik (masalan, klub faoliyati,
jamiyat ishlarida ishtirok, ko‘ngillilik) bu ehtiyojni qondiruvchi muhim vosita sifatida
maydonga chiqadi.

Bundan tashqari, Rowe va Kahn (1997) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “Successful Aging”

modeli ham psixologik farovonlikni uchta mezon orqali baholaydi:

Kasalliklarning yo‘qligi yoki kamligi

Jismoniy va kognitiv faoliyatning yuqoriligi

Ijtimoiy ishtirokning faolligi
Ushbu modelga ko‘ra, “muvaffaqiyatli qarish” uchun ijtimoiy faollik – nafaqat

qo‘shimcha omil, balki zarur shart hisoblanadi. Ijtimoiy faollik, kognitiv faollikni
rag‘batlantiradi, depressiv alomatlarni kamaytiradi (Chopik, 2016), va yolg‘izlikni yengishda
yordam beradi (Chen, 2020).

Shuningdek, Eriksonning psixososial rivojlanish nazariyasida keksalik davriga “Yaxlitlik

vs. umidsizlik” bosqichi to‘g‘ri keladi. Ijtimoiy faoliyatda qatnashgan keksalar hayotining
mazmunli kechganini his qilgan holda yaxlitlikka erishishadi. Bu holat ularning psixologik
farovonligini ta’minlaydi.

Keksalar salomatligi va farovonligi masalasi nafaqat psixologik, balki sotsiologik va

madaniy omillar bilan ham bevosita bog‘liqdir. Aktiv qarish (active aging) kontseptsiyasi
Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (WHO, 2002) tomonidan ilgari surilgan bo‘lib, u
keksalarning sog‘lig‘i, xavfsizligi va ishtirok etishini ta’minlash orqali hayot sifatini oshirishga
qaratilgan. Mazkur yondashuvga ko‘ra, faqat jismoniy sog‘lik emas, balki ijtimoiy integratsiya,
madaniy va psixologik faoliyat ham keksalarning farovon yashashida hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi.

Keksalar psixologik farovonligiga ijobiy ta’sir qiluvchi omillar qatorida ijtimoiy kapital

(social capital) tushunchasi ham muhim o‘rin egallaydi. Ijtimoiy kapital – bu shaxsning
ijtimoiy tarmog‘i, o‘zaro ishonch, hamkorlik va qo‘llab-quvvatlash tizimining mavjudligini
bildiradi (Putnam, 2000). Keksalar jamiyatda faol ishtirok etganlarida ular o‘z ijtimoiy
kapitalini oshiradi, bu esa ularning yolg‘izlik darajasini kamaytiradi va ruhiy barqarorlikni
mustahkamlaydi.

Yana bir muhim yondashuv – bu hayotiy mazmun nazariyasi (meaning in life theory)

bo‘lib, unga ko‘ra inson hayotining maqsadi, qiymati va yo‘nalishini anglaganida u o‘zini
psixologik jihatdan baxtli his qiladi (Frankl, 1963). Aynan ijtimoiy faoliyat – bu keksalarga o‘z
hayotida ma’no topishga xizmat qiluvchi eng muhim psixososial resursdir. Ijtimoiy rollar,
jamoat ishlari, ko‘ngillilik, tajriba ulashish – bularning barchasi hayotiy ma’no hissini
kuchaytiradi.

Shuningdek, zamonaviy pozitiv psixologiya yondashuvi (Seligman & Csikszentmihalyi,

2000) keksalik davrini shaxsiy o‘sish, quvonch, shukronalik va ma’naviy boyish bilan
bog‘lashni taklif qiladi. Bu yondashuvga ko‘ra, inson o‘z kuchli tomonlariga tayangan holda
faol yashasa, u o‘zining psixologik salomatligini va hayotdan mamnunligini saqlab qoladi.

Yuqoridagi nazariyalar va ilmiy yondashuvlar keksalik davrida ijtimoiy faollikning inson

salomatligi, ruhiy barqarorligi va hayotdan qoniqishi bilan bevosita bog‘liqligini asoslaydi.

Ularning umumiy nuqtasi – ijtimoiy faoliyat insonni psixologik jihatdan qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi,
hayotni ma’noli qiladi, hamda qarish jarayonini ijobiy kechirishga yordam beradi.
