Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of socio-pedagogical approaches on improving management efficiency in preschool educational institutions. It substantiates the necessity of enhancing the management system through the strengthening of cooperation among educators, children, and parents. As innovative solutions, intercultural communication, the use of modern communication technologies, and learner-centered approaches are proposed.

Abstract:

This article analyzes the impact of socio-pedagogical approaches

on improving management efficiency in preschool educational institutions. It
substantiates the necessity of enhancing the management system through the
strengthening of cooperation among educators, children, and parents. As
innovative solutions, intercultural communication, the use of modern
communication technologies, and learner-centered approaches are proposed.

Аннотация:

В статье анализируется влияние социо-педагогических

подходов на повышение эффективности управления в учреждениях
дошкольного

образования.

Обосновывается

необходимость

совершенствования

системы

управления

за

счёт

укрепления

сотрудничества между воспитателями, детьми и родителями. В качестве
инновационных решений предлагаются межкультурная коммуникация,
использование современных коммуникационных технологий и личностно-
ориентированные подходы.

In the present situation, an effective management model in preschool

education plays an increasingly important role, as it is expected to align with the
social demands of society. The development of preschool-aged children directly
depends on the quality of management within educational institutions, the
organization of the pedagogical process, and the environment of family
cooperation. Therefore, it is essential to deeply analyze socio-pedagogical
factors, assess their influence on management efficiency, and develop innovative
solutions accordingly.

The Importance of Socio-Pedagogical Approaches

According to Stoeva (2024), socio-pedagogical approaches contribute to the

formation of a stable system of cooperation between the preschool institution,
the family, and the community in fostering child development. Management in
preschool education should not be limited to organizational planning but must
also reinforce human relationships by addressing the needs of each child and
their family.

Cooperation between families and educational institutions is one of the key

factors in management efficiency. Active and trust-based communication
between educators and parents significantly supports children’s developmental
progress. Additionally, involving parents in the educational process helps
promote children's social and emotional growth [1, 15-39pp].

Innovative Approaches in Management

Innovative approaches hold great importance in the management of

preschool education. These include professional development programs aimed
at enhancing intercultural communication, tools for effective parent
communication based on digital technologies, and personalized information
resources.

For example, the use of modern information and communication

technologies enables real-time communication between educators and parents.
This expedites the resolution of child-related issues and strengthens
transparency and trust. Such approaches have gained particular relevance after
the pandemic, with the widespread adoption of remote communication tools.

Moreover, developing intercultural competence allows the management

system to function more effectively in a multicultural society. Educators’
inclusive approaches toward children from diverse social groups contribute to
their holistic development within an inclusive environment.

Implementation in Practice

Studies conducted by Mehdi and Lahiala (2022), Mosiakova (2023), and

Sultanova and Koropetska (2023) confirm the effectiveness of management
systems built upon socio-pedagogical approaches. Their research reveals that
when the teacher-family-child triangle is effectively established in preschool
education, children’s preparedness and developmental indicators show
significant improvement[2,3,4,5].

Conclusion

Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that improving

management efficiency in preschool educational institutions is achievable

through a thorough understanding and practical integration of socio-
pedagogical approaches. Ensuring consistent and transparent communication
with families, applying modern technologies, and enhancing educators’
professional competencies will elevate the quality of management to a new level.
In the future, strategies developed on the basis of these approaches will
contribute to the consistent and sustainable development of the national
preschool education system.
