Introduction.

The comprehensive development and future progrees of our independent state lie

in the hands of well-educated, highly qualified youth. When we talk about a healthy generation,

we do not only mean physical, health, but also individuals who are spiritually, culturally, and

legally mature. Therefore, the upbringing of the younger generation and providing them with

education and upbringing in accordance with international standards is an issue that is more

relevant than ever. In this process-specifically in raising the youth-the importance of legal

education and upbringing, which serves to develop their legal awareness, is steadily increasing.

This is because a generation with a developed sense of legal consciousness grows up to be

individuals who are responsible in their work, ambitious for their future,, and who approach the

events and happenings around them with attention and a sense of responsibility. If moral and

upbringing iss provided consistently and comprehensively from early childhood within the

family and in preschool institutions, children’s legal literacy and legal culture will develop at a

much higher level. In the education and upbringing of the younger generation, the role of

pedagogy among all sciences is especially invaluable. The rehabilitative approach of pedagogy

toward children and adolescents is of great importance, as it represents a complex, multi-leval,

phased, and dynamic system aimed at restoring the child’s rights, legal status, health, and more.

The main criterion of pedagogy is education. Education, in turn, in considered a complex and

universal criterion of social life. Through this process, it is possible to shape and purposefully

guide a person’s moral qualities. For example, the development of student’s legal consciousness

through social education can be cited. By means of social education, it is possible to socialize

the legal rights of growing students and provide them with legal upbringing. Today, this makes

it possible to addres a number of issues, such as preventing juvenile delinquency and protecting

the rights of children who face various forms of pressure and violence from adults. Legal

education is crucial in helping students understand that every violation of the law is subject to a

penalty as stipulated in legal and sub-legal acts, and that all citizens are equal before the law. At

the same time, legal education plays an important role in helping students develop a sense of

responsibility, moral values, and understanding of their duties. The continuous improvement of

legislation related to the protection of children’s rights in our country is in harmony with the

implementation of key developmental goals in personality formation. This contributes to the

comprehensive and balanced development of our children, helping them grow into well-

rounded individuals with independent thinking.

If we look back at the past, the efforts made by Sahibqiron Amir Temur in protecting human

rights and ensuring the use of these rights are noteworthy. The entire life and struggle of

Sahibqiron were closely connected with valuing human beings and creating favorable

conditions for them to live a good life. Amir Temur, in his “Temur’s Code”, repeatedly

emphasized the importance of protecting the rights and freedoms of the citizens of the state.

The right to work is described in the following way: “If a person belongs to the people of craft,

profession, or knowledge they should be given tasks in the institutions of the state. As for the

poor and needy who are physically strong, let them be employed according to their condition

and skills.”
