Primary school education is the first stage of each student's educational path. During this period,

children acquire not only academic knowledge, but also social skills. Primary school teachers,

on the other hand, play an important role in the personal development of students. As well as

providing students with knowledge, they organize the educational process by taking into

account their interests, needs and abilities. In the modern educational system, the tasks of

elementary teachers are further expanded. Teachers need to be guides in the personal

development of students, and not just as educators. Their mission is to provide students with an

understanding of their abilities, creative thinking, and the development of independent learning

skills. For this reason, the use of modern techniques in the preparation of primary school

teachers is important.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Modern educational methods provide teachers with the opportunity to take into account the

individual characteristics of students, to educate them in accordance with their interests and

needs. This makes the educational process interesting and effective. Through the use of

different pedagogical approaches in their classes, teachers ensure the active participation of

students, develop their relationships and improve their social skills. In this context, the use of

modern methods in the primary school is important in improving the quality of Education,

deepening students ' knowledge and ensuring their personal development. One of the modern

methods of education is project-based teaching. This method allows students to gain knowledge

by working on a specific project. In the project-based teaching process, students learn to work

as a team, solve problems, and think creatively. It is important that teachers take into account

the interests and life experiences of students when choosing project topics. This method

develops the interaction of students and increases their social skills. For example, students can

research on a topic of their choice, present results, and learn from each other.[1]

RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS

Interactive teaching methods are also widely used in modern education. These techniques

provide active student participation and make the educational process interactive. Teachers use

a variety of games, discussions, role-playing games, and group performance techniques

throughout the course of the lesson. With interactive techniques, students learn to interact,

exchange ideas, and learn from each other. This encourages students not only to gain

knowledge, but also to practice them. The use of technology is important in modern education.

With the help of information and communication technologies, teachers can make the course

process more interesting and effective. With the help of Multimedia materials, interactive

presentations and online resources, students acquire knowledge in a more efficient and

interesting way. For example, students can consolidate their knowledge by searching the

internet for information, making presentations, and taking online tests. This increases their

interest in learning. The Individual approach is also an important aspect of modern education.

Each student has their own characteristics, abilities and needs. Teachers need to personalize the

educational process, taking into account the individual characteristics of students. This requires

teachers to identify students ' abilities, plan classes to suit their interests, and provide individual

support. An Individual approach increases students ' self-awareness, confidence in their abilities,

and promotes their successful development. It is also important to use different learning

techniques in the teaching process. Teachers must take classes through a variety of methods.

These techniques include traditional teaching, problem training, in-Game training, and other

techniques. Teachers should use different methods together to make classes fun and effective.

This will help students to master knowledge more deeply and increase their interest in learning

them. The process of assessment and analysis is also important in modern education. Teachers

must use modern assessment techniques in the student assessment process. These methods

make it possible to determine the level of knowledge of students, to determine their strengths

and weaknesses. In addition to traditional tests, teachers need to evaluate the creative work of

students, project work and group activities in the evaluation process. This helps students to gain

a deeper understanding of their knowledge and improves the learning process.[2]
Teachers can develop their problem-solving skills by exposing students to problem situations.

Students learn to express their thoughts, solve problems, and find creative solutions in a variety

of situations. This process increases students ' self-awareness, confidence in their abilities, and

helps them actively participate in the educational process. Teachers are required to hold a

variety of competitions, exhibitions, and creative work to encourage students ' creative

activities. This will help unlock students ' creative abilities and allow them to express their

thoughts. Creative activity increases the self-awareness of students, confidence in their abilities

and encourages them to actively participate in the educational process. At the same time,

teachers need to take into account the interests and needs of students in their classes. By

choosing topics of interest to students, making classes interesting and interactive, teachers can

increase students ' interest in the educational process. This helps students to gain greater

knowledge.[3]

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the use of modern methods in the education of primary school teachers is

important in improving the quality of the educational process. Teachers can develop students '

self-awareness, creative thinking, and social skills by applying modern pedagogical approaches

to their classes. This process serves for the successful development of students and an increase

in the quality of Education. Through the use of modern techniques, primary school teachers can

help students to gain more insight into their knowledge.
