This article covers the stages of research into the issues of speech etiquette in Uzbek linguistics, the main scientific approaches, and the content of the research conducted by researchers. The formation of speech etiquette, its connection with the Uzbek national culture, and scientific views on its study in the context of modern communicative linguistics are analyzed. The article presents methodological foundations, a review of the literature, problematic aspects, and promising directions.References
