DATING
If I met you,
I thought
I would laugh
Why can’t I remember laughing?
If I met you,
I thought
I should cry
Why now am I standing?
Why is my heart frozen?
If I met you,
I thought
The Earth would lose its gravity
Why is the Earth dragging me to the depths?
If I met you,
I thought
I would fly away
Where to fly?
For some reason,
The sky is crumbling under my feet.
If I met you,
I thought
I would be crazy
Why is my mind so much in place?
Inactive- doesn’t matter.
What happened to me?
Who am I ?
Or are you strange?
Or does it happen
If a person is left?

This poem is told in the language of a lyrical hero who met his closest person a

long time later. He expected a lot of feelings and happiness from this meeting, but over
time he lost his senses and became insensitive person. As mentioned above, the poems
of the Usman Azim touch the delicate threads of emotions that are dormant in heart of
the reader and involuntarily return to their past and fill it with a little thought . It even
brings tears to the eyes.

STILL…
Still…
Home is wide world.
Still…
A lie can’t stay to the heart.
Still…
All hard words are soft.
Still…
Lips are sincere-to the lips
Permeate the excitement.
Still…
Fracas smiled flawlessly
At the front door.
Still…

Four sides are ways
Still…
The door is just the door.
Still…
We haven’t turned into
The wall without a door yet.

Through this poem, the expressed a great sorrow in the inner world of man. It

depicts a sweet land that is hidden in the heart of mankind. Despite a bit of resentment
in the relationship, it is clear that there is still hope. The more we read the poems of
Usman Azim, the more wonderful feelings arise in the soul of us, and our love for the
whole world of poetry, grows. We are starting to become a fan of poetry.
