Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda paxta va pista yog‘larining ayollar salomatligiga, ayniqsa, bachadon miomasining rivojlanishiga bo‘lgan ta’siri qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Klinik kuzatuvlar va biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlar asosida paxta yog‘ining yallig‘lanishni kuchaytirishi va estrogen darajasini oshirishi mioma rivojlanish xavfini ortirishi aniqlandi. Aksincha, pista yog‘i antioksidant va gormon muvozanatini saqlovchi xususiyatlari bilan miomaning o‘sishini sekinlashtirishi mumkin

Annotatsiya

Ushbu tadqiqotda paxta va pista yog‘larining ayollar salomatligiga, ayniqsa,

bachadon miomasining rivojlanishiga bo‘lgan ta’siri qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Klinik
kuzatuvlar va biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlar asosida paxta yog‘ining yallig‘lanishni
kuchaytirishi va estrogen darajasini oshirishi mioma rivojlanish xavfini ortirishi
aniqlandi. Aksincha, pista yog‘i antioksidant va gormon muvozanatini saqlovchi
xususiyatlari bilan miomaning o‘sishini sekinlashtirishi mumkin. Tadqiqot natijalari
ayollar uchun sog‘lom ovqatlanishni shakllantirishda muhim ilmiy asos bo‘la oladi.

ВЛИЯНИЕ УПОТРЕБЛЕНИЯ ХЛОПКОВОГО И ФИСТАШКОВОГО

МАСЕЛ НА РАЗВИТИЕ МИОМЫ МАТКИ

Аннотatsiя

В данном исследовании проведён сравнительный анализ влияния

хлопкового и фисташкового масел на здоровье женщин, особенно на развитие
миомы матки. На основе клинических наблюдений и биохимических показателей
установлено, что хлопковое масло усиливает воспалительные процессы и
повышает уровень эстрогена, что увеличивает риск развития миомы. В отличие
от него, фисташковое масло благодаря своим антиоксидантным и
гормонорегулирующим свойствам может замедлять рост миомы. Результаты
исследования имеют важное научное значение для формирования рекомендatsiй
по здоровому питанию женщин.

THE IMPACT OF COTTONSEED AND PISTACHIO OIL CONSUMPTION

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF UTERINE FIBROIDS

Abstract

This study presents a comparative analysis of the effects of cottonseed and

pistachio oil on women’s health, particularly on the development of uterine fibroids.
Based on clinical observations and biochemical indicators, it was found that cottonseed
oil enhances inflammation and increases estrogen levels, which may raise the risk of
fibroid development. In contrast, pistachio oil, due to its antioxidant and hormone-
balancing properties, may slow down fibroid growth. The findings of this research
provide a valuable scientific foundation for developing healthy dietary guidelines for
women.

Kirish

Bachadon miomasi (leiomioma) bachadon mushak to‘qimasidan kelib

chiqadigan, asosan benign (yaxshi xulqli) o‘smalar hisoblanadi va ayollar, ayniqsa, 35
yoshdan keyin, keng tarqalgan kasalliklar sirasiga kiradi. Uning patogenezida estrogen
va progesteron gormonlarining ortishi asosiy omil sifatida ko‘riladi. Oqibatda, dieta,
ayniqsa, iste’mol qilinadigan yog‘lar turi va miqdori, gormonal muvozanatga ta’sir
etib, miomalarning rivojlanish ehtimoliga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Ushbu tadqiqotda
paxta va pista yog‘larining ushbu jarayonga qanday ta’sir qilishi qiyosiy usulda
o‘rganildi.

Yog ', ayniqsa to'yingan yog'lar, biz bilan sevgi va nafrat munosabatlariga ega

bo'lgan ozuqa moddasidir. Yog'li dietani iste'mol qilish tanadagi estrogen darajasining
oshishi bilan bog'liq - bu bachadon miomasi xavfiga ta'sir qiladi. American Journal of

universiteti Perelman tibbiyot maktabining biostatistika va epidemiologiya bo‘limining
dono va hamkasblari qora tanli ayollar salomatligi tadqiqotida qatnashgan 12000 dan
ortiq premenopozal ayollarning oziq-ovqat, xususan, yog‘ miqdori bo‘yicha
so‘rovnomasi ma’lumotlarini ko‘rib chiqdi.Sakkiz yil o'tgach, 2695 ayolga mioma
tashxisi qo'yilgan. Ushbu ayollar orasida mioma xavfi umumiy yog'larni iste'mol
qilishdan sezilarli darajada ta'sirlanmadi, aksincha, ma'lum turdagi yog'larni iste'mol
qilish ta'sir ko'rsatdi.

Metodologiya

Tadqiqot klinik kuzatuv va statistik tahlillar asosida amalga oshirildi. Tadqiqotda

100 nafar 30–45 yoshdagi ayol qatnashdi. Ulardan 50 nafari ratsionida asosan paxta
yog‘i (kontrol guruh), 50 nafarida esa pista yog‘i (tahlil guruhi) asosiy o‘rin tutgan.
Ularda 12 oy davomida ovqatlanish nazorati olib borildi va har 3 oyda UZI orqali
mioma holati baholandi. Shuningdek, qon tahlillari orqali yallig‘lanish markerlari (IL-
6, TNF-α) va gormonlar darajasi (estrogen) kuzatildi.

Paxta yog‘i iste’mol qilgan ayollarda yallig‘lanish omillari va estrogen darajalari
yuqori ko‘rsatkichlarni qayd etdi. Pista yog‘i iste’molida esa bu ko‘rsatkichlar barqaror
va past bo‘ldi.

Tadqiqot natijalari tahlil qilinganda, Mioma rivojlanish chastotasi (%) Paxta

yog‘i 37%, Pista yog‘i 21% tashkil qildi. Paxta yog‘i iste’molida mioma rivojlanish
holati pista yog‘i iste’moliga nisbatan 16% yuqori ekanligi qayd etilgan. Bu natija
uning yallig‘lanish va gormonal ta’siri bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkin.

IL-6 darajasi (yallig‘lanish markeri) Paxta yog‘i 8.2 pg/mL, Pista yog‘i 4.5

pg/mL tashkil etdi. IL-6 yuqori darajasi yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini anglatadi. Paxta
yog‘i bu ko‘rsatkichni sezilarli oshiradi, bu esa estrogen retseptorlari faollashuviga
sabab bo‘ladi.

Estrogen darajasi (pg/mL) Paxta yog‘i 210, Pista yog‘i 160 tashkil qildi. Paxta

yog‘i estrogen darajasini orttiradi, bu miomalar o‘sishiga turtki bo‘lishi mumkin. Pista
yog‘i gormonal muvozanatni yaxshiroq saqlaydi.
Antioksidant faollik (shartli birliklarda) Paxta yog‘I 2.5, Pista yog‘i 6.7 tashkil etdi.
Pista yog‘ida antioksidant faollik ikki karradan ziyod yuqori, bu esa hujayra
muvozanatini saqlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Munozara

Paxta yog‘i qayta ishlangan yog‘ sifatida trans-yog‘lar, omega-6 kob tuyinmagan

yog‘ kislotalari va fito-himyoviy moddalarning kam miqdoriga ega bo‘lib, estrogen
signallarini faollashtiruvchi yallig‘lanishni kuchaytiradi. Bu holat miomalarning
o‘sishiga olib kelishi mumkin.
Boshqa tomondan, pista yog‘i omega-9 kislotalari, vitamin E va fitosterollarga boy
bo‘lib, antioksidant ta’siri orqali gormonal muvozanatni saqlashda yordam beradi.
Uning ushbu xususiyatlari mioma o‘sishini sekinlashtiradi.

Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, dietada paxta yog‘ini kamaytirib, pista

yog‘i kabi antioksidantlarga boy tabiiy yog‘larga o‘tish mioma rivojlanishi xavfini
kamaytirishda samarali vosita bo‘lishi mumkin. Ginekologik muammolarga moyilligi
bo‘lgan ayollarga pista yog‘ini ratsionga kiritish tavsiya etiladi.
