Abstract

Hujayralar tirik organizmlarning eng kichik, ammo muhim tuzilmaviy va funksional birliklaridir. Har bir hujayra o‘z faoliyatini organizm ehtiyojiga ko‘ra bajarar ekan, uning hayot aylanishi ma’lum bosqichlardan iborat bo‘ladi: tug‘ilishi, o‘sishi, bo‘linishi va halokatga uchrashi. Hujayralarning o‘z-o‘zini yo‘q qilishi — ya’ni apoptoz — organizm hayotida o‘ta muhim biologik jarayon hisoblanadi.

Abstract

anotatsiya

Hujayralar tirik organizmlarning eng kichik, ammo muhim tuzilmaviy va

funksional birliklaridir. Har bir hujayra o‘z faoliyatini organizm ehtiyojiga ko‘ra
bajarar ekan, uning hayot aylanishi ma’lum bosqichlardan iborat bo‘ladi: tug‘ilishi,
o‘sishi, bo‘linishi va halokatga uchrashi. Hujayralarning o‘z-o‘zini yo‘q qilishi —
ya’ni

apoptoz

— organizm hayotida o‘ta muhim biologik jarayon hisoblanadi.

Apoptoz — bu hujayralarning genetik tarzda dasturlangan, tartibga solingan va

faol o‘lim jarayonidir. Bu hodisa hujayraning shikastlangan, keraksiz yoki xavfli
shakllarini yo‘qotish orqali organizmni sog‘lom holatda saqlashga xizmat qiladi.
Apoptoz biologiyada rivojlanish, immun javob, to‘qimalar yangilanishi va
kasalliklarning oldini olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada hujayra
apoptozining mexanizmlari, uning nazorat tizimlari va biologik ahamiyati haqida
batafsil ma’lumot beriladi.

Apoptoz tushunchasi va tarixiy izoh

“Apoptoz” atamasi ilk bor 1972-yilda Kerr, Wyllie va Currie tomonidan ilmiy

muomalaga kiritilgan. Bu so‘z yunon tilidan olingan bo‘lib, “to‘kilish”, “ajralish”
degan ma’noni anglatadi. Dastlab bu jarayon patologik holat deb hisoblangan bo‘lsa-
da, hozirda apoptoz organizmda sog‘lom to‘qimalar homeostazini saqlashda va
normall rivojlanishda muhim fiziologik rol o‘ynashi tan olingan.

Apoptozning molekulyar mexanizmlari

Apoptoz ikki asosiy yo‘l orqali amalga oshadi:

Ichki yo‘l (mitoxondrial yo‘l)

Bu yo‘l hujayraning ichki shikastlanishlariga javoban ishga tushadi. Mitoxondriya
membranasi o‘zgaradi va

sitoxrom c

chiqariladi. Bu esa

kaspaza

deb ataluvchi

proteazalar zanjirini faollashtiradi, natijada hujayra parchalanib, apoptotik
tanachalarga ajraladi.

Tashqi yo‘l (reseptorli yo‘l)

Fas, TNFα kabi tashqi o‘lim signalini qabul qiluvchi reseptorlar faollashganda, hujayra
apoptozga yo‘naltiriladi. Bu signal ham kaspaza fermentlari orqali amalga oshadi.

Kaspazalar roli

Kaspazalar — apoptozni amalga oshiruvchi fermentlar bo‘lib, ular hujayra ichidagi
oqsillarni parchalaydi va hujayraning tuzilishini buzadi. Ular

initiator kaspazalar

(masalan, kaspaza-8, -9) va

effektor kaspazalar

(kaspaza-3, -6, -7) ga bo‘linadi.

Apoptozning biologik ahamiyati

Embriogenezda

Homila rivojlanishi vaqtida apoptoz yordamida ortiqcha yoki noto‘g‘ri joylashgan
hujayralar yo‘q qilinadi. Masalan, barmoq orasidagi hujayralar apoptoz natijasida
yo‘qoladi, natijada alohida barmoqlar shakllanadi.

Immun tizimda

Immun tizimi ishlab chiqargan T-limfotsitlarning organizmga tahdid soluvchi shakllari
(avtoimmun hujayralar) apoptoz orqali yo‘q qilinadi. Bu autoimmun kasalliklarning
oldini oladi.

Qarigan yoki shikastlangan hujayralar muntazam apoptozga uchrab, ularning o‘rniga
yangi, sog‘lom hujayralar keladi. Bu jarayon, masalan, ichak epiteliysida har 3-5 kunda
sodir bo‘ladi.

Saraton profilaktikasida

DNKsi shikastlangan hujayralar apoptoz orqali o‘z-o‘zini yo‘q qiladi. Agar bu
mexanizm buzilsa, bunday hujayralar ko‘payib, o‘sma rivojlanishi mumkin.

Infeksiyalarga qarshi kurashda

Virus bilan zararlangan hujayralar apoptoz orqali yo‘q qilinadi, bu esa virus
tarqalishining oldini oladi.

Apoptozning buzilishi va kasalliklar

Apoptoz jarayonining notekisligi turli kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘ladi:

Zamonaviy biologiya va tibbiyotda apoptozni o‘rganish nihoyatda muhim. Bu
jarayonni tushunish orqali yangi dori vositalari, ayniqsa,

saraton terapiyasi

,

immunomodulyatorlar

, va

nevrodegenerativ kasalliklar

ga qarshi davolash

vositalari ishlab chiqilishi mumkin.

Biotexnologiya sohasida esa

apoptozni boshqarish

orqali hujayra madaniyatlarining

barqarorligi, regulyatsiyasi va maqsadli hujayralarni yo‘q qilish imkoniyati
yaratilmoqda.

Xulosa

Hujayra apoptozi organizm uchun o‘ta muhim va zaruriy jarayonlardan biridir.

U hujayralarning tabiiy hayot aylanishini boshqaradi, organizmni sog‘lom saqlaydi va
rivojlanishga xizmat qiladi. Apoptoz mexanizmlarining chuqur o‘rganilishi biologiya
va tibbiyotda yangi davolash usullarini yaratish, kasalliklarni aniqlash va oldini olish
imkonini beradi. Shunday ekan, hujayraning o‘z-o‘zini yo‘q qilish mexanizmlarini
chuqur o‘rganish, uni ilmiy izlanishlarga jalb etish bugungi kunda dolzarb va istiqbolli
yo‘nalishlardan biridir.
