ABSTRACT
In this article, today, in our republic, there are great opportunities for the development of textile and light industry,
producing high-quality and competitive sewing and knitting products, creating models of modern clothes for girls and
conducting marketing research and analyzing the results.
KEYWORDS
Girls outerwear, sewing and knitting, marketing research, construction, clothing.
INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, great attention is paid to the development
of the young generation in our Republic. Because there
are great opportunities for the child to receive proper
upbringing and education for his growth and
development. At the moment, the effective use of
residual knitted fabrics in the process of sewing and
cutting finished sewing and knitting products does not
give positive results in sewing and knitting production
enterprises. In order to eliminate these shortcomings,
it is necessary to pay great attention to the existing
complex process of design: the correct distribution of
constructive additions based on the size standards
taken from the human figure, and the production of
products for people's needs based on marketing
research. Taking into account the above tasks, one of
our main goals is to start the production of a quality
and competitive range of girls from sewing and
knitting waste fabrics.

2019 "On the program of measures for the further
development of the textile and sewing and knitting
industry in 2019-2025" clothes in the wardrobe of girls
In the process of analyzing the specific features of the
requirements, the logic, consistency and objectivity of
the scientific knowledge methods are widely used. The
importance of children's clothing and its prospects in
the modern fashion and clothing design industry were
analyzed in the direction of "Clothing Design".
In order to cover the article, X.X. Kamilova, N.K.
Khamrayeva textbook "Designing Sewing Items", in
addition to the data of the Statistics Department of
Surkhandarya Region and S.U. Polatova's textbook
"Knitting Modeling"
Malsova E.R. The information in the study guide
"Sewing Material Science" served as a basis for
analyzing the specific characteristics of the
requirements for girls' clothes.
Discussion and results An open questionnaire survey
was conducted among women and teenage girls living
in Surkhandarya region. Development of sewing and
knitting sketch models In the design, modeling and
technology development of sewing and knitting
products, it is necessary to take into account the types
of raw materials in the fabric and their characteristics
[4]. Based on the above requirements, fashion
designers create sketch models, taking into account
the types of knitted fabrics, pictures and patterns,
weaving and raw materials [5].
In the knitwear production enterprises of our republic,
mainly cotton and chemical fibers mixed with cotton
knitted fabrics are produced. 20-tex cotton thread and
elastomer lycra thread are widely used in knitting
enterprises in order to increase the conditional elastic
deformation of the fabric. Based on the requirements
of people's needs, collections of comfortable and
classic styles of girls and teenage girls, suitable for the
region of Surkhandarya region, have been created
from available knitted fabrics. When forming knitted
sketch
collection
models,
psychophysiological
requirements for modern clothes, characteristics of
knitted fabrics, possibilities of sewing and knitting
machines are taken into account. A series of sewing-
knitting models (based on silhouettes) can be
recommended from large fabrics left over from the
cutting process.
A line of trapeze, semi-fitted and fitted knitwear has
been developed to develop a range of girls' tops and
lightweight knitwear. For trapezoid shape: widened
from shoulder to hem, autumn, spring and summer
dress, blouse + skirt, jacket + skirt and pants, nightwear
model lines; semi-fitting dresses: semi-fitting dresses,
shirts + jackets, sundresses, heels + pants, slim +
dresses model lines; and for a fitted style: long, short,
fitted and raglan style dresses, blouses + skirts, jacket
+ shirts model lines that stick to the div and show the
figure clearly.
These model lines can be widely used in the production
of women's sewing and knitting products and creating
sketch models. It is possible to develop sketch model
samples using the constructive and decorative
elements of the model series: vitochka, lamination,
relief seams, decorative kapron gashes. The division of
details from the decorative lines (chest, waist and hip
circumference) in the developed model lines gives the
clothes a special aesthetic taste [7].
Today, the assortment of knitted fabrics is extremely
diverse. Due to the growing popularity of knitwear, the
development of the knitwear network and the
expansion of its assortment are being widely planned
in the future. The main part of knitted products is
consumer goods. It is distinguished from other textile

Conduct marketing research. According to the task, an
open survey was conducted among girls to create a
new sketch model of a girls' cardigan. Below is an
analysis of the results of a survey conducted among 50
girls.
1. How do you want the silhouette of your clothes to
be?
1. Sticky
2. Steamed
3. Trapezium
According to the results of the open polls, girls'
cardigans have a high figure for tight-fitting
silhouettes, i.e. 64% are fitted, 33.3% are tight, and 2.7%
are trapezoidal.

According to the results of this survey conducted among girls, 44.6% wanted the front of the cardigan to be fastened
with a zipper, 8.6% wanted it to be buttoned, and 46.6% were in favor of using various decorations.

2. Dark colors.
3. Color does not matter.
In the color survey, 27% of the respondents wanted a
light color, 64% of the respondents wanted a dark
color, which is much higher than the demand for a light
color. 9% of respondents said that color is not
important [4].
Modeling and construction of working models of
selected models based on marketing research. It
requires an artistic taste and a creative approach in our
modeling of the model selected on the basis of
marketing research [7,8].
When designing, modeling and developing the
technology of sewing and knitting products, it is
necessary to take into account the types of raw
materials in the fabric and their characteristics. Based
on the requirements of people's needs, collections of
comfortable and classic style women's and teenage
girls' sketch models suitable for the region of
Namangan region were created from existing knitted
fabrics. In the formation of knitwear sketch collection
models, psychophysiological requirements for modern
clothes, features of knitted fabrics, capabilities of
sewing and knitting machines are taken into account.
The use of modeling methods in mass production of a
product is of great importance in its price, material
economy and planning of production work. The word
"model" is a Latin word that means an example, a
standard. But in the construction of clothes, the first
sample of the clothes that the designer has realized is
called a model. The term modeling refers to the
creative process of creating a new model, taking into
account the outer and inner world of a person, the
characteristics of materials, the function of clothing
and its constructive properties, and the surrounding
environment.

It is also possible to study the structure of the new
model by pictures and sketches, but the necessary
information is obtained from them in a different way.
First, the scale of the model is determined using the
dimensions of the standard details located in the
frontal plane and the height of the head.

CONCLUSION
A survey was conducted among girls and women in
Surkhandarya region. The survey was conducted on
how they want the silhouette of the clothes to be, the
appearance of the sleeves and the front of the clothes,
and the color of the shirt they wear. It is important to
determine the rational norm of material resources
used for production in the sewing industry. A certain
part of raw materials goes to waste in cutting
operations, and reducing the percentage of waste has
the effect of reducing the cost of the product.
Therefore, the effective use of useful residual knitted
fabrics left over from the cut details during the cutting
process is becoming a problem.
