development of creative thinking" was noted as an
urgent task. Research on issues of development of the
educational system in world practice is conducted in
the world's leading higher education organizations and
scientific research centers. As a result, it is necessary to
improve the legal and regulatory framework of the
general education school, simultaneously develop
state and non-state sectors, apply advanced
pedagogical technologies to this system, expand the
scope of innovative activities of pedagogues, and
improve the optimal mechanism for improving the

technologies,
interactive and problem-based teaching methods into
the quality educational process, the development of
the professional and innovative competence of the
teachers of the educational system, and the effective
forms and methods of evaluation special attention is
paid to implementation issues.
It is necessary for a person to engage in personal,
social, economic and professional relationships in his
life, to take his place in society, to solve the problems
he faces, and most importantly, to be competitive in his
field and profession. must have basic competencies.
Based on our pedagogical activities and observations,
we can say that teachers must have the basic creative
competencies necessary to be competitive in their field
and profession. In our opinion, each teacher, with
devotion and love for his profession, should:
-
show intellectual and creative initiatives;
-
breadth and depth of professional knowledge;
-
have intellectual abilities;
-
to be ready for various conflicts;
-
to promote creative ideas and be able to express
critical attitudes towards them;
-
pursuit of news;
-
to
understand
one's
own
capabilities,
shortcomings and successes by comparing one's
experiences with the experiences of others;
-
to be able to understand his creative aspects;
-
to be able to show oneself, to be ready to put
innovations into practice;
-
each pedagogue can choose the most suitable
educational strategies when designing the process
of development of students' thinking. (The choice
of one of the strategies depends on the teacher's
professional training, personal interests, as well as
existing life situations).
Analyzing the types of methods according to S.
Sanoeva's scientific research, we consider it
appropriate to divide them into two categories:
- types of methods according to didactic purpose;
-reception - classification of methods according to the
nature of cognitive activity [106;] .
Based on a creative approach, the above methods
perform specific tasks in the development of students'
thinking, i.e.: interesting, organizing, developing,
informative (educative), educational, educational.
Therefore, based on a creative approach, it is necessary
to choose educational methods and use them in their
place in the development of the thinking of
preschoolers. Also, educational tools: various objects
used by the teacher and the student in the educational
process, which serve to illuminate the essence of the
subject, taking into account the age characteristics of
the students; auxiliary tools and didactic materials that
serve to master the educational process:
- understanding and remembering the learning
process; (mental processes of cognition: intuition,
attention, perception, memory, imagination, thinking.)
-
provides
an
opportunity
for
independent
strengthening and application of educational
materials. (speech activity during recall and recall)
It is significant that the development of students'
thinking based on a creative approach, the assessment
of the system of creative competencies among
teachers, the main attention is paid to the aspects
related to the formation of creative thinking. This, in
turn, creates the need to pay special attention to these
aspects in the qualification requirements for the
content, knowledge, skills and abilities of developing
thinking based on a creative approach.

Taking into account the advanced foreign experience,
creating conditions for the comprehensive intellectual,
moral, aesthetic and physical development of
students, improving the quality of education,
introducing modern educational programs and
technologies that are widely used in world practice in
educational organizations, taking into account modern
pedagogical technologies and methods, it allows
school educational organizations to improve the
curriculum and programs of training and professional
development of pedagogic personnel.
State requirements are implemented on the basis of
the following principles: the role of the student in
creating the concept of "I"; The importance of
protecting and ensuring the student's rights; The role
of adults in student education and development; Due
to the existence of individual differences in the
development of students, approach to each student on
the basis of flexible, individual variability.
In the development of students' thinking based on a
creative approach, the ideas of scientists aimed at the
development of creative competence with the
innovative educational process serve as a leading
methodological source for us.
The formation of creative potential of teachers
includes several stages. These are:
Stage 1. At this stage, pedagogues are given ready
methodical instructions;
Stage
2.
Some
additions
and
methodical
recommendations are made to the ready-made
materials and systems;
Stage 3. The content, methods, and forms of
implementing a new idea will be fully developed;
Step 4. At this stage, a unique concept and
methodology of teaching and upbringing is created
Through the implementation of new ideas, teachers
can achieve the following levels of creative
competence development: - productivity, that is, the
creative value of the developed innovations; - raising
issues related to solving various issues in pedagogical
processes; - recommend unique original solutions; - to
continue or find alternatives to resolvable concepts or
pedagogical approaches, etc
It should be said that the basic structure of innovative
technologies in education and development, and the
requirements for pedagogical technology with its
components are expanding today. Based on our
observations and analysis, we can say that the main
task of education is to prepare students for school. In
preschool education, students are required to acquire
not only concrete knowledge, but also thinking skills,
understanding of their peers and adults, free exchange
of ideas with them, and cooperation. It is important for
students to think figuratively and logically in their
native language, to express their imaginations
correctly through speech, to control and manage
themselves, to observe, hear, remember, generalize,
and compare.
