This article analyzes the complex relationship between
speech structure and emotions based on Patrick
Charaudeau's semiolinguistic theory. Speech is
considered not only as a means of transmitting
information, but also as an important channel for
emotional expression and social communication. The
article presents Charaudeau's ideas on how emotional
interpretations can be linked to the semantic and
syntactic structure of speech. The article first examines
the main components of speech structure and how they
function in emotional contexts. The role of emotions in
speech, the emotional load of language combinations and
the complexities of their interaction are highlighted.
Charaudeau's theory is also used to analyze the semiotic
aspects of speech, that is, the connections between sign,
meaning and context.

Introduction
Speech structure and emotional interpretation are important topics in linguistics.
Patrick Charaudeau's theoretical approach is aimed at studying the complex relationship
between these two elements. He deeply analyzes not only the meaning and syntactic structure
of speech, but also its emotional expressions. According to Charaudeau, speech is not only a
means of transmitting information, but also a powerful mechanism that reflects a person's
inner feelings and social relationships. In this article, we will study the relationship between
speech structure and emotional interpretations through Charaudeau's semiolinguistic
approach. Analyzing how the expression of emotions in speech is related to language
combinations and contextual factors is interesting not only from the point of view of
linguistics, but also from the point of view of psychology and social sciences. We will try to
determine what role emotional loads in speech and their impact on semantic structures play
in interpersonal relationships and communication processes. Charaudeau's theory helps us
uncover deeper layers of speech and allows us to more fully understand the importance of
language in human life.

Patrick Charaudeau's theory of discourse analysis is a semiolinguistic theory that
focuses on the study of discourse as a phenomenon of social communication. An important
part of the theory is the process of pathémisation, that is, the arousal of emotions through
descriptive staging. In media communication, this process is especially important and occurs
in the depiction of drama and other disasters, the causes of which are sometimes presented as
human factors.
Charaudeau sees discourse strategies in the context of communication constraints.
Discourse constraints are not obligations to use specific textual forms, but rather a set of
possible discourse behaviors that a communicative subject chooses in response to external
informational conditions.
This theory is used in various fields:
-
In analyzing media discourse;
-
In understanding social communication processes;
-
In studying the mechanisms of emotional influence;
-
In analyzing speech strategies;
Charaudeau's approach allows for a comprehensive study of speech not only as a
linguistic, but also as a socio-communicative phenomenon and occupies an important place in
modern discourse analysis.
Speech structure refers to the syntactic and semantic structure of language. The
grammatical aspects of speech, that is, how words and their combinations are organized, are
important for the meaning and structure of speech. Through syntax, we are able to express
thoughts and communicate. The meaning of words and phrases, their importance in context
and emotional load. Charaudeau emphasizes the need to understand emotional connotations
in speech through semantics.
Emotional connotations are the feelings and mental states expressed in speech. It
studies the importance of emotions expressed in speech, such as joy, anger, sadness, etc., in
communication. Emotional loads are reflected in word choice and speech style. The context of
speech (social, cultural, psychological) plays an important role in the formation of emotional
connotations. Charaudeau emphasizes that the emotional meaning of a word or phrase
depends on the context in which it is used.
Charaudeau's semiolinguistic approach helps to study the relationship between speech
construction and emotional interpretations. He considers the role of speech not only in
transmitting information, but also in expressing emotional connections.
This approach is also interesting from the point of view of linguistics, psychology and
social sciences, allowing for a deeper understanding of human relationships and
communication processes. Charaudeau 's theory helps to reveal the complex layers of speech
and allows for a broader understanding of the importance of language in human life.

Conclusion
Patrick Charaudeau's approach to studying the relationship between speech structure
and emotional connotations is of great importance in the fields of linguistics and
communication. His theory provides a deep understanding of the role of speech not only in
transmitting information, but also in reflecting a person's inner feelings and social
relationships.
Speech structure, including syntactic and semantic aspects, is important in expressing
thoughts and communicating. Charaudeau emphasizes the importance of emotional
connotations in this process, since emotional loads and contextual factors determine the
meaning and impact of speech.
Charaudeau's approach helps to reveal the complex layers of speech and allows for a
broader understanding of the role of language in human life. This theory strengthens the
connections between linguistics, psychology and social sciences and opens up new
possibilities for analyzing speech. As a result, Patrick Charaudeau's research not only helps to
understand communication processes, but also increases the importance of the emotional
aspects of language.
As a result, Patrick Charaudeau's approach opens up new possibilities in the analysis of
emotional interpretations in speech and paves the way for the development of new theories in
linguistics.
