It has been studied that Samarkand region, as one of the rich regions of Bukhara Emirate, played a major role in internal and external trade. Also, as a result of regions' specialization in certain types of economy and production of products, the formation of local markets, which are the center of trade, has been revealed.

In this article, Bukhara and Khiva Khanate initialinformation is provided about the Jadidism movement formed in the direction of enlightenment, their uniqueness and the educational reforms implemented by the Jadidists. The similarities and differences between the two khanates will be analyzed.

Supporters of Monism religious views, which arose in today's Iran, could not agree with the local rulers, moved to the Central Asian regions and settled in the historical Sughd regions. The texts of Monian literature found in Turfon are mainly kept in Berlin, and some of them are in the collections of Kratkov (Russian), Otani (Japanese), Stein (English), Mannergei (Finnish). The text of one Moni literature found in the "Temple of the Thousand Buddhas" (Pelo's expedition) was studied.
REGULATION OF THE ORPHAN WORKS IN UZBEKISTAN
This article is devoted to analyzing the establishment of orphan works, the regime is one of the most important tasks of modern intellectual property law. Despite this fact, it is worth noting that this topic has been little studied in the works of domestic and foreign poor authors. The problem of determining the legal regime of orphan works of visions became relevant at the beginning of the XXI century, during the period of active development of digital technologies. The works are being transferred to the Internet environment, and consent is required to ensure this process legitimate copyright holders.

This article discusses the true essence of the colonial policy of the Russian imperialists in territory of modern Uzbekistan, and reflects on the initial attempts to implement this policy.
The policy of repression was not chosen for nothing in order to achieve the basic goals of the policy of occupation, and it was implemented in several stages and aimed at the destruction of self-sacrificing people who are the pride and pride of our nation. The evidence collected on the “Cotton Case”, the final stage of the policy of repression, which was not completed because of our independence, is thoroughly studied and evaluated from a scientific point of view.
