ALLA - AN ANCIENT MASTERPIECE OF SINGING ART (COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS)

This article examines the history of singing art with the birth of mankind, the influence of the song genre on the spiritual and moral state of peoples, the dynamics of the process of transferring singing art from generation to generation over the centuries. In addition, the genres of songs have a long history and have been passed down from generation to generation for centuries. The origins, stages of development and features of the song genre "Alla" are discussed. Many aspects are analyzed, such as the fact that the genre of Alla's singing is based on folklore, the uniqueness of this type of song, its narration in simple and understandable language. The article systematically describes the history of the song genre, its artistic features, philosophical and spiritual features. The stages of the genre of the song "Alla", the features of each stage, the role of children in the spiritual and aesthetic education of the cradle are scientifically substantiated. The text of the article summarizes the opinions of various experts in the field of the song genre "Alla". In conclusion, the article reveals the importance of the development of the song genre in the conditions of new thinking, the relationship between mother and child. Approaches to the question of the genre of the song differ, and it was analyzed that discussions on this issue continued both during the years of Soviet power and during the years of independence. It is shown that the height of a person's spirituality can be an important factor in raising a child at the level of the song genre that mothers sing, rocking the cradle at birth. It is revealed that in the genres of Alla songs it has become a tradition to pamper a child and compare him with powerful forces and historical figures. Alla song genre takes into account the influence of Asian and European natural factors. The importance of the mother's level, the pleasantness of the sound of the words used instead of them, and so on as the songs of God reach the baby in the cradle. At the end of the article, scientifically based recommendations are given for further popularization and improvement of the song genre.

Therefore, when we talk about journalism, which is described as a “Mirror of life”, including the press and journalism of the Jizzakh oasis, we first look at the history of the oasis, the way of life, culture, traditions and at a certain stage of development, we found it necessary to look at the reasons for the penetration of the press in the political, economic, cultural and educational life of the oasis, the process of its emergence, formation, development, as well as the activities of our compatriots who created a unique school with their talent, enthusiasm and dedication.

Grende, E de la Vessier and the American J.K.Skeff, the Germar researcher Z.Stark, the Hungorian orientalist K.T.Bekvis, the Turkish orientalist and historians Z.V.Togan, E.Esin and E.Ekrem(1).

PECULIARITIES OF SURKHANDARYA ETHNOCULTURAL CLOTHING

This article analyzes the peculiarities of ethnocultural costumes of Surkhandarya oasis.  National dress is a manifestation of material culture. The bright colors of the nation, the beautiful art of local weavers developed under the influence of national traditions, the artistic ornaments on the fabrics are reflected in the dress, which is based on the unique centuries-old traditions of each region. Like other regions of Uzbekistan, in the late XIX and early XX centuries, the Uzbek national costume was almost formed in the Southern Surkhandarya oasis. It was revealed that women’s clothes are sewn according to their age, differ in color and type of fabric. Each nation has its own national dress, the formation of which depends on the lifestyle of the peoples and the geographical environment is based on scientific analysis.

CHANGES IN AGRICULTURE IN THE FERGANA REGION DURING THE RULE OF THE GOVERNOR GENERAL OF TURKESTAN

This article discusses changes in agriculture in the Fergana region during the rule of the Governor General of Turkestan. The core of the Fergana region, which was established in 1876 as part of the Governor-General of Turkestan, was the Fergana Valley. The Fergana Valley has also attracted the attention of government circles and many researchers as the Russian Empire tries to take full advantage of Central Asia’s potential. Because here there is a rich tradition of tillage, cultivation of grain crops, their storage and processing, many things. These processes played an important role in the daily life of agriculture in the valley, and the natural and geographical conditions facilitated the development of agriculture. Therefore, Russian researchers have collected and analyzed data on the natural and geographical conditions of the Fergana Valley in the development of agriculture in the country, the economic activities of the population of the valley, in particular, farming and animal husbandry.

East Turkestan has a special place in the trade and economic relations of the Fergana Valley with neighboring nations. Especially as a result of the formation of the Great Silk Road, one after another trade caravans began to travel to this country.

THE HISTORY OF SPECIAL CAMPS IN GERMANY DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR

The history of special camps in the Soviet zone is practically an aspect of the Soviet occupation policy in Germany that has not been studied in historiography. This article highlights and analyzes various aspects of the history of these special camps: the reason for their creation, the course of the deployment of the camp system during the Second World War, the nature of the contingent held in the camps, their staffing, as well as the place of special camps in the system of Soviet military administration bodies and their role in the activities of Soviet state security bodies in East Germany in the first post-war years.
