ABSTRACT

In this article, special attention is paid to the issues of morally and morally mature education of high school students.
The special features of organizing class hours in an invariant way, as well as the advantages of using innovative
educational technologies in the educational process, were explained to high school students. Pedagogical principles
of organizing the process using the mosaic term work method were presented to upper class students in invariant
class hours. The main organizers of the educational process in general schools are class leaders and their role in
organizing invariant class hours based on innovative educational technologies.

educational process, the use of the modular system of
training, and the acceleration of student training are
considered.

In our country, a large-scale work is being carried out
on the use of pedagogical and information
technologies in the educational process. The scientific-
theoretical foundations of this problem, specific
aspects of each pedagogical technology have been
developed, and a sufficient amount of experience has
been collected. Relevant organizations of foreign
countries provide close support in the introduction of
pedagogical and information technologies to the
educational process.

DISCUSSION AND RESULTS

If we transfer the concepts presented above to the
educational process, as a result of the systematic
influence of the teacher on the students in certain
conditions with the help of teaching tools, they
intensively form social qualities necessary for society
and predetermined in them. it can be defined as a
social phenomenon or, in other words, the process of
influencing students by the teacher with the help of
teaching tools and forming predetermined personality

qualities in them as a product of this activity. “State
requirements for extracurricular education” ser

ve to

further improve the education of students, increase its
effectiveness, and determine specific directions in the
organization of the educational process. It is organized
based on the requirements of the time. In this regard,
the responsibility and accountability of class leaders
will be increased.

The head of the class, who strives to innovate the
educational process, always conducts research and
strives to achieve new successes. Also, "what have I
achieved?" and "what didn't I get?" they are looking for
answers to these questions.

In addition, active or passive motivations of the class
leader and students emerge. Mutual cooperation is
established on the basis of the subject-subject
relationship, both parties are satisfied with the work
performed and the results achieved. And satisfaction
educates the spirit of confidence in the power,
knowledge, skills, skills and competencies of both
parties in their activities.

The wide implementation of innovative educational
technologies in the invariant class hours for high school
students of general education schools, in particular,
the use of the mosaic term work method, serves as an
important factor in achieving the intended goals in the
educational process.

This work is carried out in four stages (the duration of
each stage is up to 10 minutes). Participants are divided
into threes according to cards marked with letter
indices (A, V, S) prepared in advance and placed on
each table.

1. The teacher gives a task to the trio: for example, to
draw up theses on a topic, to determine the specific
features of the studied phenomenon or event, and to
prepare questions for students of another group on
the studied topic. As a result, each student of the trio
creates a sheet with the decision agreed upon in the
small group.

2. In the second stage, the participants leave their
initial groups and form temporary pairs based on
combining letter indices (A-A; V-V, etc.). In pairs, the
participants get acquainted with other proposals,
complete and clarify the synopsis of their solutions, if
necessary, create a new synopsis that incorporates the
approaches of two different groups.

3. The next stage almost repeats the previous stage in
its form:

all work is carried out in pairs based on "unit of letters",
but with new partners. Thus, by the end of the third
stage, each participant will have a multi-variant
synopsis of solving the problem.

4. At the final stage, the participants return to the initial
three and, knowing the opinion of other groups, they
have the opportunity to make the most complete

decision, to “polish” their point of view.

Areas of use:

In teaching natural and exact sciences.

Advantages:

This methodology allows the teacher to demonstrate
the variability of the problems being solved, i.e., the
variability, more precisely, the possibility of solving
them in several ways.

At the same time, students' attention should be drawn
to the fact that

there cannot be "right" and “wrong”

solutions in this process.

Every proposed option contains a rational thought, it is
only necessary to "grow" it, that is, to develop it.

Difficulties

It requires a lot of time, so the teacher should adapt
this exercise to the lesson or strictly adhere to the set
time.

Morality is a human ornament.

A polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, religious child is
a great asset not only of parents, but also of the entire
society.

Education of the young generation has been
considered as a priority issue of the society since time
immemorial, and the complex work has been
entrusted to great sages and people of high
intelligence since time immemorial. It is planned to
create in the minds of students the various

components of upbringing and education, mainly on
the basis of the "Education" subject and class hours
taught in general education schools.

Targeted education requires patience, perseverance,
great knowledge and experience from the educator.
Therefore, every parent and class leader must have
educational competencies.

In order to quickly achieve positive results in the
education of students, it is desirable to involve them in
certain work processes, to teach them the secrets of
the profession. One of the main reasons why
educational work is sometimes ineffective is the lack of
discipline in the educational process. The more a
person is raised on the basis of love and discipline, the
more he will be away from bad behavior.

The main goal of education is to educate young people
to be happy, dedicated people of their time.

The complexity of education is that it never ends, that
is, it is necessary from the time a person is born until he
leaves this world. Besides, it is necessary to re-educate
the children who replaced the generation that was
educated. This shows the periodicity and eternity of
education.

In fact, it is not an easy task to arm every young
specialist

with

thorough

scientific-theoretical

knowledge, to develop his/her competences for
applying the acquired scientific knowledge in practical
activities. It is an important task to bring up young
people who have a scientific and conscious attitude to
learning, who think independently, who are able to
acquire excellent information, who emdiv cognitive
activity and the culture of intellectual work.

There is a profession that does not depend on a
person's position in society, and it is the profession of
motherhood and fatherhood. Parents are responsible
for the education of their children before the society.

Family strength, a spiritually and physically perfect
child is the guarantee of the strength of society and
spiritual maturity.

It is not for nothing that the entrepreneur Amir Temur
raised marriage, choosing a bride, raising children to
the level of state policy. The power of the state is in the
hands of people who are sane, educated, morally
decent, who risked their lives for the fate of the
people, the nation, and the Motherland. Such people
are brought up in the family for the first time.

Mistakes in students' behavior are mistakes of parents.
The spiritual and moral maturity and educational views
of the family, family members, especially the parents,
is one of the most necessary and important factors in
the upbringing and development of children. Family is
a school that prepares children for future marriage and
family life.

First of all, a child is a blessing that not everyone gets.
It is given to us, we need to feel its responsibility, we
need to understand the responsibility of a child as well
as the responsibility of a small item given by God.

It is easier to give a child a worldly upbringing, in the
external environment there are literature that the child
can learn independently, in addition to teachers and
literature. But one of the difficult issues in raising a
child is to give him religious knowledge and upbringing.
Because a child can receive religious knowledge and
religious upbringing from his parents at home, it is not
intended to teach religious knowledge at school.
Therefore, in order for parents to have a bright face in
front of their children and be able to give them
religious education, it is necessary for them to have
these required competencies.

CONCLUSION

People who set themselves the goal of the responsible
and huge task of raising worthy children for the

development of our independent country, and who
can be proud of it, are truly selfless parents. As long as
we have children, it is the duty of each of us to be such
selfless parents.

The idea that is the basis of the study has become a
response to the demand of the teacher In addition, it is
necessary to make effective use of the historical
resources collected by the public. The perfection of the
human personality is considered to be a long and
continuous process.

His education is directly influenced by parents, school,
neighborhood, school, community organization,
environment, internet, public media, art, environment,
nature, etc.

і

. Therefore, general education schools

should effectively organize the educational process
using innovative educational technologies in the
invariant class hours of the upper class.
