Abstract:

The article examines professional pedagogical

culture, the main mechanisms used in the development
of professional pedagogical culture, the practical
situation and parameters for the formation of
professional pedagogical culture of physical education
students.

Professional

pedagogical

culture,

pedagogical knowledge, pedagogical skills, moral
values, personal and professional development.

Introduction:

Professional pedagogical culture means

taking into account ethical, aesthetic, psychological, and
social aspects while carrying out the pedagogical
activities of a teacher or trainer, successfully applying
their knowledge and skills to the educational process.
Education of professional pedagogical culture for
students of physical culture education serves to form in
them high spiritual and professional values, as well as
the ability to find their place in society.

The main components of the formation of professional
pedagogical culture are as follows:

Pedagogical knowledge:

mastering teaching

methods, methods and technologies. A teacher or
trainer must know the pedagogical basics in order to
effectively convey their knowledge to students.

Pedagogical skills:

professional skills of a

teacher

in

working

with

students,

including

communication,

motivation,

organization

and

management of the educational process.

Ethical values:

Includes ethical principles and

values that are important in pedagogical activities, such

as fairness, impartiality, respect and empathy.

• Personal and professional development:

A teacher's

or trainer's desire for self-development, self-esteem
and continuous learning.

There are the following theoretical approaches to the
education of professional pedagogical culture for
students of physical education:

Integration of physical and moral education:

In the process of physical culture education, it is
necessary to implement moral and spiritual education
along with physical activity. It develops a healthy
lifestyle and responsibility in students.

Practice-based learning:

Students learn

professional pedagogical culture through practical
training, sports competitions and other sports
activities. Through a practical approach, they learn
how to conduct themselves in the profession.

Personal approach:

Depending on the

individual characteristics of students, it is important to
apply a personal approach to their development. This
will increase their self-confidence and develop
pedagogical skills.

Interactive

methods:

Students

learn

pedagogical culture by expressing their opinions,
working in groups, and interacting with each other.
This process develops their professional and social
skills.

Physical

culture

education

and

professional

pedagogical culture are complementary concepts.
Physical culture education, along with teaching
students a healthy way of life, also helps their mental
and moral development. Professional pedagogical
culture develops the professional and ethical skills of a
teacher or trainer in the educational process. The
combination of these two aspects ensures that
education is effective and spiritually meaningful.

The main mechanisms used in the education of
professional pedagogical culture are:

Innovative

pedagogical

technologies:

Improving the effectiveness of education through the
use of modern technologies in physical culture
education. This allows students to further improve
their knowledge and skills.

Continuous

professional

development:

Conducting courses and training for teachers and
trainers to improve their skills. This will improve their
pedagogical culture and professional competence.

Development

of

moral

and

social

responsibility:

To help students understand their place

in society and feel moral responsibility. This increases
their ability to make good decisions in their

relationships, sports and social life.

It is important to determine how the formation of
professional pedagogical culture is implemented in
practice, to determine its parameters and to determine
their dimensions. These aspects are detailed below.

1. The state of formation of professional pedagogical
culture in practice

The practice of forming professional pedagogical culture
among students in the field of physical culture consists
of several aspects. Pedagogical methods and
approaches play an important role in the educational
process. However, some problems may arise in practice:

Effectiveness

of

pedagogical

methods:

Standard pedagogical methods are often used in
practice in the field of physical culture. But sometimes
the individual needs and psychological characteristics of
students are not taken into account. This makes it
necessary to make changes in the formation of
professional pedagogical culture.

Practical training and experience:

Practical

training and experience are important for students of
physical education. However, in some educational
institutions, the effectiveness of practical training may
be low, because students do not receive enough
support and advice to form a professional pedagogical
culture in practice.

Relations between students and teachers:

In

the formation of professional pedagogical culture, it is
necessary to pay attention to the quality of
communication between students and teachers.
Sometimes the relationship of trust and respect
between teachers and students does not develop,
which reduces the effectiveness of the educational
process..

Psychological and moral aspects:

Students

need more psychological and moral support in forming
their professional culture. There may be shortcomings
in taking into account these aspects in the educational
process. It is also necessary to develop moral values and
emotional intelligence through sports and physical
activities.

2. Determining the parameters of formation of
professional pedagogical culture

In order to be effective in the formation of professional
pedagogical culture, it is necessary to define and
measure its parameters. The following parameters are
the basis of the process of formation of professional
pedagogical culture:

Pedagogical competence:

Measuring the

pedagogical knowledge and skills of teachers in physical
culture education, how effective they are in teaching
students.

This

parameter

includes

theoretical

knowledge, practical experience, methodological
approaches and communicative skills of the teacher.

Ethical and social responsibility:

Assessment

of whether students perform their professional
activities with moral and social responsibility. This
parameter measures their moral values, values of
justice, respect and trust in physical activity.

Personal and professional development:

Level of personal and professional development of
students. This parameter helps to measure the
student's efforts

aimed

at self-development,

achievement of personal goals and further
improvement in the professional field.

Motivatsiya va ishtirok:

The level of

motivation of students in relation to the educational
process and their capacity for physical activity change.
This parameter helps to assess the readiness of
students to take action to achieve their goals, as well
as their active participation in the educational process.

Physical condition of students:

Measuring the

physical development of students in the process of
physical culture education. This parameter helps to
determine how much students are interested in sports,
their physical potential and how well they have
mastered a healthy lifestyle.

Effectiveness

of

using

pedagogical

technologies:

Measuring the level of use of modern

pedagogical technologies in the educational process
and their positive impact on the formation of
professional pedagogical culture.

3. Recommendations for increasing efficiency in
practice

The following recommendations can be made to
improve the practical situation and parameters of the
formation of professional pedagogical culture among
students in the field of physical culture education:

Differentiated education:

Organization of the

educational process taking into account individual
differences among students. Use pedagogical methods
suitable for the needs of each student.

Pay more attention to practical training:

Expanding the practical directions of physical culture
education, organizing more practical exercises, sports
competitions and trainings for students. This helps to
form their professional pedagogical culture.

Improving the pedagogical skills of teachers:

To improve the skills of teachers on the formation of
professional pedagogical culture, to introduce them to
new pedagogical technologies and methods. This
increases the efficiency of teachers.

Psychological support:

Solving problems in the

formation of professional pedagogical culture for
students through psychological counseling, stress
management

training

and

psychotherapeutic

approaches.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, it is worth saying that physical culture is
necessary to analyze the practical situation and
parameters of the formation of professional
pedagogical culture in students in the field of education,
to make the educational process more effective and
successful. Taking into account such parameters as
pedagogical competence, moral responsibility, personal
development, motivation and physical condition serves
to increase the effectiveness of education. To improve
this process, it is necessary to use an individual
approach,

practical

training

and

pedagogical

technologies.
