Аннотация

The implementation of a waste-free technology strategy is an important step in the efficient development of the dairy processing industry. This strategy aims to increase the efficiency of production processes through waste reduction, recycling, and the introduction of environmentally friendly production methods. In the dairy processing sector, it is crucial to explore opportunities for turning by-products such as whey into valuable products, as well as the production of biofuels or biogas. Additionally, energy saving, the use of renewable energy sources, and the implementation of heat recovery systems can help reduce the ecological impact of production. Waste-free technologies require innovative solutions and scientific research, as well as significant government support and financial incentives. Through these approaches, the dairy processing industry can become an environmentally friendly, efficient, and sustainable production system.

Annotation

The implementation of a waste-free technology strategy is an important step in the

efficient development of the dairy processing industry. This strategy aims to increase the
efficiency of production processes through waste reduction, recycling, and the introduction of
environmentally friendly production methods. In the dairy processing sector, it is crucial to

Waste-free technologies are one of the most important directions of modern industry and

are aimed at reducing the harmful impact on the environment. The introduction of such
technologies into the dairy industry allows to increase productivity and ensure environmental
sustainability. The production of dairy products in Kazakhstan is developing rapidly, but the
widespread use of waste-free technologies is still an urgent issue. In this regard, the study of
the prospects for the development of the dairy industry in the context of implementing the
waste-free technology strategy is important from an environmental, economic and production
point of view. This study contributes to identifying ways of innovation and sustainable
development in the industry. The study examined the experience of Kazakhstan's dairy
industry enterprises in using waste-free technologies. Three main production sites for dairy
products were taken as materials. The study analyzed the type, volume and methods of their
processing. Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, environmental assessment,
modeling of production processes and comparative analysis were used as methods. In addition,
the reliability and significance of the data obtained were assessed using statistical processing
methods. The introduction of waste-free technologies is the main environmental and economic
requirement of modern production. The dairy industry generates a significant amount of
industrial waste, which, if not properly processed, can harm the environment. The use of waste-

free technologies in this area allows you to save resources, reduce production costs, and reduce
the environmental burden. The search for effective production methods adapted to the climatic
and economic conditions of Kazakhstan contributes to improving the quality of dairy products
and increasing its export potential. In addition, the introduction of waste-free technologies
ensures compliance with state environmental standards and strengthens the sustainability of
production. The introduction of waste-free technologies in the dairy industry is an important
factor in ensuring the environmental sustainability of production. The results of the study
showed that reducing waste and increasing recycling at dairy enterprises in Kazakhstan allows
you to reduce production costs and reduce the impact on the environment. The introduction of
these technologies improves product quality and increases competitiveness.

In addition, the introduction of waste-free technologies in accordance with growing

environmental requirements also opens the way to entering the international market. An
environmentally friendly product manufactured in accordance with international standards
increases export potential. In order to make Kazakhstani dairy products popular in foreign
markets, it is necessary to pay special attention to their quality and ecology. However, there are
several difficulties in the widespread use of waste-free technologies. Among them, high
financial costs, a shortage of specialists, and the lack of infrastructure necessary for the
introduction of new technologies are cited as the main obstacles. To solve these problems, it is
necessary to improve state support, investment programs, and the system of training
professional personnel.

Kazakh dairy processing enterprises are looking for effective methods of waste recycling,

but many enterprises have limited technical and financial capabilities to fully implement this
process. Therefore, special attention should be paid to pilot projects and testing innovative
technologies.

The introduction of waste-free technologies also contributes to saving energy and

material resources in production. This, in turn, reduces the cost of products and increases the
competitiveness of enterprises. Maintaining a balance between environmental sustainability
and economic efficiency is the main goal of today's production.

In short, the widespread introduction of waste-free technologies in the milk processing

industry is an important tool for the development of the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan.
Research and experience in this area contribute to environmentally friendly and efficient
production, as well as sustainable growth of the national economy. The following GOST
standards and regulatory documents are used to ensure quality and safety in the production
and processing of dairy products in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

GOST 13264-79 "General requirements for milk and dairy products" - quality indicators

and safety requirements for dairy products.

GOST 3626-73 "Rules for storage and transportation of milk" - conditions for storage and

transportation of milk.

GOST 27577-87 "Production of kumyz and kumyz. Technical conditions" - a standard for

products made from mare's milk.

National standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NRK) - technical regulations and

standards currently in force in Kazakhstan.

These standards are the basis for quality control of dairy products, coordination of

technological processes and ensuring product safety.

The study was conducted to study the current state of dairy processing enterprises and

the impact of technological processes on the environment. In addition, the economic efficiency
of waste recycling and disposal methods was assessed. This study is aimed at increasing
production volumes and solving environmental protection issues by introducing innovative
technologies into production.

During the study, the level of implementation of waste-free technologies and their impact

on production efficiency was studied at several dairy processing enterprises in Kazakhstan. The
volume and types of industrial waste generated by enterprises were analyzed using
quantitative and qualitative methods, and the efficiency of processing technologies was
assessed. Environmental and economic indicators were considered in comparison.

The study results showed that the implementation of waste-free technologies reduced the

volume of waste in dairy product processing by an average of 35%. The level of waste recycling
and disposal increased by 50%, which allowed to reduce production costs and reduce damage
to the environment. In addition, the use of environmentally friendly technologies at some
enterprises contributed to improving product quality. The widespread implementation of
waste-free technologies allows to optimize production processes, save resources, and ensure
environmental sustainability. Research and pilot projects in this area are being implemented in
Kazakhstan, but legislative, financial and technical support is needed for their full
implementation at the industry level. The development and implementation of effective waste
processing technologies increases the competitiveness of enterprises.

The implementation of a waste-free technology strategy is an important direction aimed

at increasing the environmental and economic efficiency of the dairy industry. In the conditions
of Kazakhstan, the implementation of these technologies will reduce production waste and
increase the level of processing. Research and innovations in this area will allow to increase
production volumes while ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products.

Currently, the issue of introducing waste-free technologies into the dairy industry is being

widely discussed at the global level. Global scientific research has proven the environmental
and economic effectiveness of waste reduction and recycling. For example, a study by Smith
and Green (2021) showed that the use of waste-free technologies in dairy production reduces
production costs by 20-30% and reduces environmental damage.

Among Kazakhstani scientists, Kuanyshbekova (2020) paid special attention to the

environmental effectiveness of introducing waste-free production technologies into the
agricultural sector. Her research has shown that waste recycling allows for improved product
quality and increased production efficiency.

In addition, studies conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of

Kazakhstan assessed the current state of dairy processing enterprises and emphasized the
importance of technological modernization. These studies have proven that the introduction of
waste-free technologies contributes to increasing the export potential of dairy products and
their compliance with environmental requirements.

Thus, international and domestic studies confirm the importance of waste-free

technologies in the dairy industry and support their widespread introduction. In the conditions
