Аннотация

Along with the training of educated and qualified personnel in modern society, the education of the initiative, creative and able-bodied persons is one of the important directions of the education system. The formation of initiative in schoolchildren is not only ensuring their future professionalism, but also develops the ability to an independent thinking, creating problems, analyzing problems. Initiate, the active and creative approach of the person is the ability to target new ideas to implement new ideas, involuntary approach issues. These qualitatively, students are necessary to make independent decision, defend their opinion, and develop leadership skills in team work. This article contains the theoretical and practical aspects of initiative in schoolchildren, pedagogical capabilities, effective positions and teachers in this process. The education environment also provides scientific analysis on the effectiveness of initiative, the effectiveness of interactive methods and the impact of extracurricular activities.

Introduction

Today, the education system is not only focused on providing students with traditional

knowledge but also aims to ensure their development as independent thinkers, problem
solvers, and creative, initiative-taking individuals. Globalization, technological advancement,
and the changing nature of the labor market demand that school graduates be not only
knowledgeable but also independent, innovative thinkers and proactive individuals.

Initiative is defined as a person’s activeness, desire to seek out new opportunities, the

ability to defend their own opinion, and the capacity to generate innovations. This quality plays
an important role in students' future lives. For instance, by developing initiative from an early
school age, students can gain the ability to analyze pressing societal problems, conduct
scientific research, develop business and innovative projects, and propose new ideas.

To foster initiative during the school education process, teachers must provide students

with opportunities for personal development, create a supportive environment, and employ

modern approaches. Through school-based projects, events, and scientific activities, students
are given the chance to propose and implement their own initiatives.

This article analyzes the importance of cultivating initiative in school students, methods

for its development, effective pedagogical technologies, and innovative approaches in the
educational process. It also discusses the openness of the school environment, the role of
teachers, and the significance of cooperation with parents.

Literature review

According to Rakhimov, the introduction of innovative technologies into the education

system is an important factor in developing students' independent thinking skills. In his
research, he emphasized that it is possible to increase students' initiative through pedagogical
innovations. Specifically, he noted that the use of project-based learning, problem-based
learning, and STEAM methods can significantly enhance students' levels of initiative.

Sayidov believes that the development of a specialized education system in Uzbekistan is

one of the key factors in nurturing proactive youth. He states that it is necessary to expand
opportunities for conducting independent research, engaging in scientific inquiry, and creating
innovative projects within the education system. He also highlights that in order to increase
students' initiative, the learning environment must be free and open, providing students with
the opportunity to test and implement new ideas.

In his book Mind in Society, Vygotsky emphasized that human cognitive development

occurs as a result of environmental and social interaction. According to him, initiative develops

through active participation in society. He argues that in order to foster students’ initiative,

educators should create a supportive learning environment.

Research methodology and empirical analysis.

The initiative is one of the key personal

qualities that determine the place of a person in society. He develops the ability of a person to
make independent decision, solve problems, and show an innovative approach.

Education of students in the initiative that creates the foundation for their future personal

and professional achievements.

The formation of initiative is affected by various factors. The following is analyzed

pedagogical, psychological and social factors.

In order to form initiative, it is necessary to introduce these methods in the educational

process.

The formation of initiative in schoolchildren is long and consistent pedagogical process.

Interactive thinking, independent thinking of the initiative, should be used interactive methods
that allow students to create creative decisions, and make new ideas.

The following is analyzed effective pedagogical methods to form the initiative among

schoolchildren.

Problems is a pedagogical approach to independent research, ensuring them to

independently research, analyzing problems and find solutions. This method directs readers
than simply educating them, to analyze, analyze, and achieve results.

The importance of problematic education in the development of initiative:
Students learn to conduct independent analysis and research.
The pursuit of a innovative solution to each issue is developing.
The initiative, critical thinking and creative approach is formed.
For example, instead of teaching students in history, teacher can learn about their causes

and consequences, to find alternative solutions to find alternative solutions.

Project education allows students to test theorical knowledge of students in practice and

find solutions based on the team work. This method is aimed at students to show their abilities,
initiative and find solutions to real life issues.

Advantages of project education:
Students strengthen their knowledge through solving real problems.
Communication, coordination and leadership abilities are formed through collective

activities.

Students learn to work independently, research, and achieving results.
For example, biology classes can be assigned to students to develop a project to study

environmental problems, solve them. Students analyze the problems as part of the project and
offer innovative solutions.

Teamwork will serve to work together to work together, exchange views, develop

problems, and develop initiative skills. Through this method, students will have the ability to
listen to each other's thoughts, reach the agreement, and find a collective solution.

The importance of the collective work in the development of initiative:
Students learn from each other and exchange views.
The sense of responsibility will increase, as each participant is responsible for the

outcome of the team.

Leadership abilities develops and initiably are encouraged.
For example, students conduct research and present results as a group on a specific

problem.

Practical research and experiments allow students to study real life and offer innovative

solutions. Thereters through this method will have the ability to create a novelty and creating
a novelty.

Importance of applied research:
Students learn to draw scientifically based opinions.
Entrepreneurs and research skills are formed.

Students develop skills to conduct research.
For example, students can work on water resources, and develop a project to increase

water use efficiency.

In the process of modern education, digital technologies create a great opportunity for

students to develop initiative abilities. Online platforms, educational applications, virtual
laboratories and artificial intelligents ensures independent learning.

Conclusion and discussion

Forming initiative qualities in schoolchildren has a significant impact on their future

personal and professional success. Today's society demands that they not only know
knowledge, but also to make independent decision, solve problems, and contribute to the
development of society. Therefore, it is important to develop students' initiative in school
education.

To develop initiative, it is necessary to take the following measures in schools:
Introduction of innovative pedagogical methods is a wide use of interactive methods such

as project education, problem education, Steam software, role games and collective work.

Creating an open environment for students to express the opportunity to express

themselves - to create an open environment for students to advance independent decision and
initiatives.

Formation of the incentive system - the reward of enterprising students, support their

projects, to support and practice their projects.

Strengthening Cooperation with Parents and Society - Involving the initiative of students

through family and school cooperation, involvement in social projects and activities.

Entrepreneurship development of a youth is to focus on preschool and primary school to

form the abilities of students independent thinking and creative approach.

In the future, this quality needs to be regularly developed in the educational process for

the educational process for future enterprising students to become stronger, leaders and
innovators. The school system can imparted the personal development of students through the
widespread introduction of innovative technologies and advanced pedagogical approaches.

Thus, through systematic and comprehensive approaches to form initiative in school

education, it will be possible to increase future activity of the next generation in the society
activity and realize their creative and intellectual potential.
