Ushbu maqolada xorijiy islomiy banklar, xususan, Saudiya Arabistonining “Al Rajhi” islom banki tajribasi asosida O‘zbekistonda islom bankchiligini joriy etish imkoniyatlari va amaliy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Islom moliya tizimi, ayniqsa islom bankchiligi, foiz (ribo)dan voz kechish, foyda va zararni adolatli taqsimlash, shariat qoidalariga rioya qilish kabi tamoyillari bilan moliyaviy risklarni kamaytirish, iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Tadqiqotda Al Rajhi bankining asosiy moliyaviy xizmatlari, institutsional tuzilmasi, bank mahsulotlari va ular orqali aholiga taqdim etilayotgan shariatga mos xizmatlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ushbu tajribaning O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llanishi natijasida, islom bankchiligi O‘zbekiston moliya bozorida an’anaviy banklarga muqobil sifatida joriy etilishi aholi ishonchini oshirish va moliyaviy inkluzivlikni kengaytirishda muhim omil bo‘lishi mumkinligi asoslab berilgan.

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of inflation, its economic essence and key types, as well as the direct impact of inflation on the living standards of the population. Particular attention is given to how inflation affects real incomes, leads to social consequences, intensifies economic inequality, and causes financial instability in society. In addition, the article discusses governmental measures to control inflation, including monetary and fiscal policy tools, and highlights the importance of social protection mechanisms. Based on an analytical approach, the multifaceted effects of inflation are examined, and necessary economic strategies to ensure public welfare are substantiated

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the “New Uzbekistan” concept put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as a strategic course for the country’s modernization. The study examines key areas of political reform, including the strengthening of democratic institutions, the rule of law, and the development of civil society. Special attention is paid to the philosophy of state-building based on the principle “human — society — state.” The author analyzes systemic transformations in education, social policy, and the foreign policy doctrine of good neighborliness. The conclusion highlights that the concept of the “New Uzbekistan” reflects a new stage of national revival and serves as a roadmap for sustainable development in the coming decades.

Food safety is a critical public health and economic concern globally. In Uzbekistan, recent legislative reforms, institutional restructuring, and capacity‑building efforts aim to align with Codex Alimentarius, HACCP, ISO standards, and WTO SPS measures. This article presents (i) conceptual frameworks and risk‑based management systems, (ii) Uzbekistan’s ongoing reforms—including new food safety law, laboratory upgrades, and FAO/ITC projects—and (iii) global strategies for hazard control. Finally, recommendations are offered on enhancing collaboration between public authorities, private sector and academia to ensure safe and sustainable food supply chains.
