In today's fast-paced digital age, technology has become an integral part of our
daily lives, and education is no exception. The advent of educational digital tools has
brought about a paradigm shift in the traditional learning landscape, offering learners
innovative solutions to enhance their learning experience. Gone are the days of passive
learning, as these tools now empower learners to take charge of their education
actively.
In Uzbekistan, there is an active implementation of digital technologies into the
educational sphere as part of a large-scale modernization of the national education
system. The State policy in this area is aimed at harmonization with international
educational standards, which is reflected in key reform programs. Digital technologies
are of particular importance as a catalyst for transformation not only in formal but also
in non-formal education. A landmark event was the adoption of the Digital Uzbekistan
2030 strategy, which defines three key areas of development: creation of an electronic

It is obvious that digital learning resources are powerful tools that can be used
to enhance the learning quality of learners in ways a textbook may not be able to, and
though these digital resources have their perks, there are also things that traditional
paper-based materials like textbooks allow learners to experience that digitalized
materials for learning. Whether it be the traditional paper-based material or digitalized
materials, each resource has its strengths and weaknesses when it comes to enhancing
the quality of learner education.
The effectiveness of any technological advancement can only be beneficial if it
is used correctly so that it may serve its original purpose. The same notion applies to
the development of different digital resources. While they come in various forms
serving different educational purposes, all-digital learning resources hold the potential
to enhance the learning comprehension, learning quality, and overall content retention
of the learner. The manner they are used and implemented allows for conclusions to be
made regarding their effectiveness. The effectiveness of textbooks as a learning
resource for learners is actually one of the most discussed amongst most because of
how traditional paperback textbooks have always served as a greater source of
reference for digital learning resources.

There are many different digital technologies, which help automate learning,
track student progress, and provide flexible access to knowledge. And also, include
such services as Video conferencing, Digital exam assessment tools, Data exchange
and cloud systems, Document collaboration tools, Game-based learning tools, The
digital library and database, Virtual and remote laboratory tools, Digital whiteboard
devices, Digital notebooks
Next, we will analyze of the different learning management systems that learners
have equal rights to use. Learning management systems are tools that support the
management of educational courses. They are also known as virtual learning
environments. Most notably, they are known as the primary tools for distance learning.
They can also be used as a teaching tool to supplement traditional face-to-face teaching.

A learning management system allows teachers to provide digital learning content that
learners can access at any time via the Internet. This allows learners to return to the
International Journal of Advanced Natural Sciences and Engineering Researches many
learning material in case of difficulties. For learners who can easily cope with the
workload, it provides more in-depth information about the course material. Tutors
usually have dashboards to monitor progress and get an overview of the progress of all
learners. Some systems also offer the possibility to create courses for external people;
so-called mass open online courses. These are designed to make learning content and
knowledge available to the general public. Mass means accessible to a large number
of people, while open means free and public access to online courses. This learning
content is available on the platform in different forms, such as recorded learning
videos, problem sets and public forums. These forums aim to encourage collaboration
and communication where people can support each other's learning process.

The use of learning management Systems (LMS) has become an integral part of
the modern educational process, corporate training and professional development.
These platforms provide extensive opportunities for organizing, monitoring, and
analyzing learning activities, making learning more flexible, accessible, and
personalized. Among the key advantages of LMS are automation of routine tasks,
convenience of interaction between teachers and students, as well as the ability to adapt
content to individual needs. In addition, the integration of multimedia materials and
analytical tools significantly increases the engagement and effectiveness of learning.
