Abstract:
This article provides information on effective lesson and teaching
organization. Particular emphasis is placed on the classroom format, reflecting views
on student engagement and organizational structure
Keywords:
Lesson, organizational forms, structure of the educational process,
class-room system
Currently, there are various forms of organizing educational processes. These
include lessons, excursions, practical classes in educational laboratories, homework,
forms of extracurricular activities (clubs, olympiads, competitions) and training
courses. The main form of organizing education is considered to be a lesson, and the
rest help students to supplement it and better assimilate new knowledge.
A lesson is a training session conducted with a group of students under the direct
leadership of a teacher for a certain time and according to a plan. The lesson process
usually lasts 45 minutes. Learning new knowledge, repeating the topics covered, or
developing practical skills and abilities are important tasks of the lesson. These serve
to develop independent thinking skills in students.
In pedagogical literature and school practice, there are mainly 3 forms of
organizing lessons: individual, general and group. [1] In the process of individual
(individual) teaching, the teacher's task is to give the student a task and check its
fulfillment. The tasks should be selected specifically for them and structured in
accordance with the capabilities of each. Accordingly, the teacher determines the
specific capabilities of the student and selects a system of tasks that require him to
work not only according to a pre-prepared sample, but also independently.

The general form of organizing educational activities is such a type of activity of
the teacher and students, in which the teacher gives one common task for everyone,
and the students perform it. The results obtained are discussed, compared and
summarized by class. In the context of mass education, the organization of a lesson is
of great importance in instilling in students a sense of community, forming a listening
culture, reasoning and thereby developing such qualities as drawing conclusions from
mistakes. If properly guided, organizing a lesson through discussion can be a very
important event, and through this, excellent results can be achieved.
As for the group form of organizing education, in recent times, along with general
and individual forms of organizing a lesson, the group form of organizing education is
also becoming popular. In this lesson, the class is divided into several groups to solve
specific educational tasks. Each group is given a separate task. It is advisable to carry
out the task in such a way that it allows for a fair assessment of the contribution of its
members. In addition, it is necessary to correctly distribute the composition of the team.
Then they will enrich each other's achievements and compensate for their
shortcomings. It is better to use different methods of organizing a lesson. This creates
diversity and increases students' interest in the lesson.
The structure of the learning process is considered to consist of three parts:
1. Motivation
2. Cognitive activity
3. Management activity [2]
The essence of motivation in the learning process is that it is an effective method
of attracting attention. A lesson learned with an inner feeling and desire is mastered
quickly and easily. The higher the motivation to learn, the more active students will be
in the lesson. The didactic principle that allows students to develop leadership and
independence, thorough mastery of knowledge, necessary skills and experiences,
memory and creative thinking is activity in education. Because where there is activity,
there is also consciousness.

Education is a social phenomenon, and if we look at the past, it goes back a long
way. It has played an important role in civilization since the earliest times. In a
continuously developing society, a perfect collective form of education, that is, a
lesson, has emerged over thousands of years. A. Comenius summarized all previous
experiences of collective education in his work “Great Didactics”. He consistently
expressed the basic didactic principles of education in the classroom system. Since that
time, 350 years have passed. [3] During this time, both the organizational forms of the
lesson and the methods of education have been continuously improved.
A class is a group of students of the same age and level, whose activities are
organized according to a single annual plan and program, according to a fixed lesson
schedule. It is advisable to conduct a class lesson in the following stages:
- Organizational part:
Usually, this part includes greetings, checking the readiness of students for the
lesson and the condition of educational equipment, and identifying students who are
absent from the lesson.
- Second stage:
Checking homework with various methods
- Third stage:
Orally checking students' knowledge (it is better to use the question-and-answer
method)
- Fourth stage:
Explaining new material
- Fifth stage:
Assigning homework. Explaining the essence of this task, if necessary,
completing it.
