Kardiovaskulyar kasalliklar (KK) butun dunyo bo‘ylab eng yuqori o‘lim darajasiga ega bo‘lgan kasalliklar hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada kardiovaskulyar kasalliklarning asosiy xavf omillari, ularning tarqalishi, zamoaviy davolash usullari va
profilaktika yondashuvlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Kardiovaskulyar kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga ta'sir etuvchi asosiy xavf omillari orasida yuqori qon bosimi, yuqori xolesterin, semirish, chekish, kam jismoniy faoliyat va noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish kabilar
mavjud. Ushbu maqola kardiovaskulyar kasalliklarni oldini olish, diagnostikasi va davolashda samarali usullarni taklif etadi, shuningdek, kardiovaskulyar kasalliklarning profilaktikasini amalga oshirishda sog‘lom turmush tarzini qo‘llab-quvvatlashning
ahamiyatini ta'kidlaydi. Zamonaviy tibbiyotda, kardiovaskulyar kasalliklarni davolashning innovatsion usullari va profilaktik chora-tadbirlar samarasini oshirishga yordam beradi.
