Efficiency of measures against helmintosis and ways of its improvement
The aim of the research is determination of the damage caused by the widespread helminthiasis among agricultural animals, to determine the effectiveness of anthelmintic drugs, preventive agents and their improvement.
The objects of research to determine the damage caused to animals from helminths, helminthiases, as well as helminthological factors; to determine the damage caused by the main trematodes, cestodias and nematodoses of agricultural animals and improvement of measures to combat them; the creation of improved therapeutic and prophylactic measures reducing the damage from the main helminthiasis of birds (hens).
Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
the damage caused by helminthiases to animal husbandry of the Republic was determined and a modem method for determining the effectiveness of therapeutic and prophylactic anthelmintic measures was developed;
a sharp decrease in the number of livestock, their productivity and quality, as well as the efficiency of breeding work as a result of the main trematodes of cestodozes, nematodoses of farm animals (cattle, sheep and goats);
prevention of harm from the main helminthiases in karakul farms was achieved through the wide use of a preventive agent-new anthelminthic-salt mixtures;
new feed additives with phytobiogens and microelements have been developed, stimulating the productivity of birds (hens) and increasing the resistance of their organism to various diseases including helminthiases.

Scientific novelty of the research work:
the membrane-active properties of the diterpenoid salvifolin and glycorazmulin were revealed for the first time;
it was demonstrated in vitro experiments concentration-dependent influence of salvifolin and glikorazmulin on ion channels and bioenergetic processes of mitochondria isolated from liver of healthy animals;
for the first time it was proved antioxidant properties of salvifolin and glikorazmulin, their inhibitory effect on mPTP, an effective impact on mitoKATP-channel activity and ATP synthesis process at experimental diabetes;
it was defined change in the passive permeability of mitochondrial membranes of liver at experimental diabetes and corrective influence of salvifolin and glycorazmulin;

Bivalvia Molluscs (Bivalvia: Unionidae, Corbiculidae) of the Water Basins of Uzbekistan
The aim of the research work is to identify the faunistic composition of bivalvia olluscs in the water basins of Uzbekistan and estimate their usage prosperities.
The objects of the research work are 10 species and 2 youngest species of Unionidae (Sinanodonta gibba, S. puerorum, S. orbicularis; Colletopterum bactrianum, C. cyreum sogdianum, C.ponderosum volgense, C. kokandicum) and Corbiculidae (Corbicula cor, C. fluminalis; Corbiculina tibetensis, C. ferghanensis) families of Bivalvia class.
Scientific novelty of the research as followings:
the list of double-rowed molluscs containing 10 species and 2 youngest species which belong to Unionidae and Corbiculiade families of Bivalvia classes is composed in the water basins of Uzbekistan; at first the density and spread of three species of double-rowed molluscs - Sinadonta orbicularis, S.gibba, S.puerorum are determined in water basins of Uzbekistan; the distribution of Unionidae and Corbiculidae family representatives is revealed depending on the hydrologic regime of rivers; the importance of artificial water basins as a way and source of distribution of double-rowed molluscs is assessed; the distribution of biological young groups of rare and endemic molluscs in population is revealed; saprobligi of double-rowed molluscs is defined and its dependence on the distribution degree of molluscs in water basins is proved; the opportunities of double-rowed molluscs in determining radioactivity of water basins are valued; the ways of rearing pearl from the species of Sinandonta seeds in fishing households in the condition of climate of Uzbekistan;
Implementation of the research results.
On the base of scientific results that are taken on the basis of the distribution, population and usage in economy fields of double-rowed molluscs in the water basins of Uzbekistan:
the data about the bioindicative features, as well as, population of rare and endemic species of double-rowed molluscs is implemented into the process of nature protection^ The PD-02/10-1520 reference of the State Committee of Nature Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 23 March, 2016). The results of scientific research gave the opportunity to increase the productivity of the measures on identifying the water quality, cleaning them and protecting the regressive population.
the ways of rearing pearl from double-rowed molluscs implemented into production^ the 02/12-387 reference of the Water and Agriculture Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 15 March, 2016). Scientific results gave the opportunity to get medium pearls (L|5,5/L23) from molluscs in fishing households that correspond to world standards.
Structure and volume of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of introduction, five chapters, conclusion, list of used literature and appendixes. The volume of the thesis is 197 pages.

The aim of the research work is to study the features of the biological properties of the African catfish for the development of technology for their reproduction, the cultivation of fish stocking material and marketable products in various technological conditions of Uzbekistan.
Scientific novelty of the research work is as in the following:
for the first time in the conditions of Uzbekistan, interrelation with the seasons of the year, the productive indicators and adaptive capacity of the African catfish have been determined;
in different technological conditions were examined a sexual maturation, reproduction, embryonic development and the technology of artificial reproduction with the use of hormones;
a balanced prescription for feeding in an artificial condition for African catfish was developed;
the technology of intensive cultivation of African catfish in artificial reservoirs has been developed;
Bioecological peculiarities of Sunn Pest (Eurygaster integriceps Put.) and fighting against it
The aim of the research work includes researching biological and ecological peculiarities of Sunn Pest, to approve its natural killer species structure and importance scientifically, to define biological efficiency of modern insecticides.
The novelty of the research is as follows:
in approves of Sunn Pest in all grades developing periods and duration, hibernate and reproducing peculiarities, Sunn Pest biological potential is associated with its weight;
it was defined that in Sunn Pest imago doing parasite Phasia flyies 3-grey Phasia (Phasia subcoleoptrata), striped Phasia (Ectophasia crassipennis), lightdark Phasia (Helomiya lateralis) species and importance of forbidding their Sunn Pest quantity;
at first Sunn Pest egg parasites species structure was defined, then it was clarified their “parasite-host” relationships;
in Uzbekistan condition Aspergillus flavus (Link.), Scopulariopsis brevicaulus (Sacc.) Bain., Paecilomyces sp., Cordyceps sp. fungus species were defined as a importance of Sunn Pest;
it was approved Beauveria brangniarti VD-85 shtamm of entomopathogen fungus is pathogen comparatively to imagos and larvae of Sunn Pest;
the phonological calendar was made for developing effective of fighting to Sunn Pest in agro enosis of autumn wheat;
it was clarified that the biological efficiency of insecticides which belongs to different groups comparatively to Sunn Pest.
