ECOLOGICAL CITY OF THE FUTURE "SWEEBGO"

In modern realities, environmental threats are not uncommon, our task is to use natural

resources rationally and comprehensively respond to climate change. Green innovations will
undoubtedly help in solving the problems that we face. Uzbekistan is considered one of the leaders
in the implementation of such practices. As the President of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev noted,
innovation is the future. We are obliged to build a great future based on innovative ideas. The
transition to innovative development and the digital economy is inevitable. A document on the
innovative development of Uzbekistan and the transition to a digital economy has been adopted.
The world is gradually switching to green energy. This leads to the fact that cars run on batteries,
and houses use more environmentally friendly options, such as solar and renewable energy. People
are aware of their carbon footprints and waste. Minimizing or turning them into renewable energy
sources is even more useful.

The concept of "Eco-city" was first introduced by Richard Register in the late 80s of the last

century. An eco–city, or as it is also called a stable city, is a locality with minimal negative impact
on the environment. In such a city, the level of energy consumption, air pollution, irrational loss of
heat energy and pollution of adjacent water resources is actively decreasing. One of the most
important goals of eco–city organization is to reduce the carbon footprint. In addition, an important
difference between an eco-city and ordinary settlements is that renewable sources produce energy to
ensure the city's vital activity, and the dependence of such a city on the surrounding area tends to
zero.

The main features of the eco-city:
1. Development of "green" energy using renewable energy sources.
1. Waste-free production and recycling of waste, the use of recyclable materials;
2. Conscious and careful attitude to ecology, energy and water conservation;
3. Fermentation of organic residues, production of biogas as an alternative fuel - biofuel

.

4. purification and regeneration of used synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral motor oils
5. Autonomous economy (all resources will be produced without harm to nature).

We offer the project "ECO-CITY- SWEEBGO (solor, wind, eco, energy, bio, gas, oil)", which
contributes to providing an additional sustainable source of energy, alternative fuel in remote areas
of Uzbekistan to urban and rural populations for the efficient use of solar and wind energy, biomass.
Also, in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, an energy-efficient device has
been developed that will allow to re-purify used engine oils and ensure the production of high-

quality lubricants from them. Since natural fuels are gradually being replaced by alternative
biofuels, alternative energy sources and "green" technologies due to a sharp reduction in
hydrocarbon reserves in the world. Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, many projects are being implemented in the field of the production of alternative fuels,
the widespread introduction of "green" technologies into our society, improving their energy
efficiency, resource conservation and environmental approaches. Also, in the production of
alternative fuels, great importance is attached to the development of projects-advanced technologies,
such as reducing energy consumption, reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere, increasing
the share of renewable energy sources, waste recycling and their practical implementation.
It is expected that alternative fuels - biofuels will compensate for the depletion of underground
resources in the future. Biofuels are obtained by processing plant waste and organic materials.
Biofuels can be liquid (ethanol, methanol), solid (wood), gaseous (biogas, hydrogen). Biogas is one
of the types of biofuels that everyone can produce at home, the technology is simple and convenient
to use. Fermentation of organic residues (manure, plant bodies) in an airless environment with the
help of microorganisms (or fermentation) gives biogas and local fertilizer. Biogas contains 40-75%
methane (CH4), 25-55% carbon dioxide (CO2), 1% hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and other substances.
One m3 of biogas during combustion releases 20-25 MJ of energy, which is equivalent to the energy
of 0.6 liters of gasoline. 450 m3 of biogas can be obtained from one ton of cattle manure, and 660
m3 from bird droppings. Biogas can be used for automobile fuel, heating, lighting, a gas generator
for generating electricity, the residual mass can be used as fertilizer. When using fossil resources,
the carbon contained in them, which has been kept out of the circulation of matter for millions of
years, enters the atmosphere and causes an increase in the amount of CO

2

during combustion.

Compared with fossil fuels (oil, gas, coal, etc.), important aspects of biogas are that there are
practically no sulfur compounds in biogas, and the amount of gases causing the greenhouse effect is
reduced. The use of biogas does not mean that exhaust gases are not released, but when biogas is
burned, carbon recently absorbed by plants returns to the atmosphere in the form of CO

2

. The

closed carbon cycle remains unchanged, so the amount of carbon in the atmosphere does not
increase. In order to reduce the amount of harmful gases and the use of fossil resources, many
countries have even exempted biofuel producers from taxes.

Our proposed project is "ECO-CITY - SWEEBGO" (solor, wind, eco, energy, bio, gas, oil), in
which solar panels and wind generators can be effectively used. In this project, he will contribute to
providing residents of remote cities and villages with additional sustainable energy sources,
alternative fuels in the form of electricity, environmentally friendly alternative fuels - biofuels. Also,
in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, an energy and resource-saving device
has been developed that ensures the production of high-quality lubricants by refining used synthetic,
semi-synthetic and mineral motor oils.
