Doctor of Sciences, Professor. In 1996, she graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Law and began her teaching career the same year in the Department of Constitutional Law. In 2004, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: "Delegation of Certain Powers of Local State Authorities to Citizens' Self-Government Bodies." In 2009, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Constitutional and Legal Issues in Improving Citizens' Self-Government Bodies." She currently works as the Chief Research Fellow at the “Sector for the Analysis of the Effectiveness of Constitutional Development and Public Administration” of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Karimova Zulfiya Abdurakhmanovna – teacher. In 1999-2004 she studied at the TSPU named after. Nizami at the Faculty of Defectology. From 2005 to 2023, she worked as a defectologist in a number of specialized preschool educational institutions in Tashkent. 2021-2023 she completed her master's degree in defectology (deaf pedagogy) at Chirchik State Pedagogical University. He is the author of more than 40 scientific publications. Currently she is a teacher at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Alfraganus University.
Tashmukhamedova Dilorom Gafurjanovna Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Candidate of Medical Sciences National Coordinator of the Pan-European Coalition of the World Health Organization on Mental Health, was born on February 19, 1962 in the Tashkent region.
From 1994 to 2005, she founded and headed the private company "Pharmed". In 2005, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, was a member of the Committee on International Affairs and Interparliamentary Relations of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis. From 2008 to 2015 - Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, from 2018 to 2020 - Director of the Scientific and Practical Research Center "Family" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2020-2024, she held the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Youth, Culture and Sports of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis. To date, more than 70 scientific papers have been published. Of these, 4 monographs were published in sole authorship, 1 article in a journal included in the Web of Science database, 20 articles were published in national journals included in the list of the Scientific Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 10 articles in foreign journals and more than 30 scientific dissertations.

Nargiza Valijonovna Rahmatova is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Language Teaching Methodology, Faculty of English Language 2, Uzbekistan State World Languages University. She has a total work experience of 26 years in higher education.
She has published 40 works, including 7 scientific articles and 5 theses in the last 3 years, as well as 1 methodological manual. She is the author of teaching methodological complexes for the department. She participates in scientific-practical conferences of professors and teachers with presentations.
Independently, Ms. Rahmatova is working on her dissertation entitled “Teaching Written Speech to Undergraduate Students in Higher Education Institutions of Language Teaching”.
She actively participates in the university’s public life annually. N. Rahmatova has conducted several open lessons in English, receiving positive feedback from experts. She regularly improves her professional skills.
She continuously enriches the university’s Moodle platform with curricula and materials for Stylistics, utilizing diverse resources.
