The performing activity of a musician who does not constantly work on
himself can quickly end. Because this activity is a creative activity. Creative
activity requires constant research and regular practice of performing skills.
Therefore, the importance of scales, triads, and exercises remains the same not
only during the learning process, but also until the end of the performing
activity.
If we look at the work of famous musicians, we can clearly see this evidence,
or the famous violinist D. Oistrakh? When he said, “If I don’t play for a day, I
know, if I don’t play for two days, my friends know, if I don’t play for three days,
the audience knows,” the great importance of practicing and practicing was once
again proven. Gamma and exercises help in the initial stages of learning simple
skills such as holding the rubab correctly and making sounds, mastering simple
strokes, and moving the left hand along the fretboard. Experienced teachers,
while analyzing a new piece, fully explain the piece theoretically to the student,
set a clear, concrete task for the student, and give the necessary instructions,
explaining the main aspects to be paid attention to and determining what
exercises to play.[4] If the student can fully imagine the task assigned to him and
the final result, he can achieve his intended goal with the help of exercises aimed
at a specific goal during the lesson and during independent work.

The direction of musical education, instrumental performance and
ensemble of a music school or amateur clubs, according to their purpose and
essence, includes the following tasks:
- ideological aesthetic education of students;
- development of students’ musical interests and abilities, singing and
performing culture;
- teaching students to perform in an ensemble, sing as a team; -
consolidating the knowledge and skills acquired in the lesson during the
training;
- improving the artistic performance skills of participants, preparing
students for concert performance activities.[5]
Specific methodological aspects of working on musical works:
1. When working on musical works, distinguish the differences between
listening to music and listening to music, and study sources on the analytical
analysis of music;
2. The rarest classical music works belonging to the Uzbek people should be
included in the music listening program. The taste of students should be
directed in this direction;
3. The complexity of musical works, which are considered to be examples of
“general culture”, far from national melodies, should be explained to
adolescents;
4. The psychological characteristics of students should be taken into
account when organizing the process of playing an instrument;
5. The possibilities of teaching students to listen to music in playing an
instrument should be studied, and new methods should be used.[6]
Clearly explaining and showing the student's mistakes during lessons plays
a very important role in quickly eliminating these mistakes. It has been found
that in mastering a skill, two students or a teacher and a student playing
exercises or scales at the same time for a certain period of time gives a good
effect. Especially in the early stages of training, the student is more independent
time cannot play any scale or exercise.[7] He does not have enough patience and
endurance for this. If the above method is used, firstly, it will be interesting for
the student, his ability to practice with maximum effort will be formed, and
secondly, the teacher will have the opportunity to immediately correct his
mistakes at the same time. In the method of playing scales and exercises by
several students in the same bar, dynamics or tempo, not only the technical

shortcomings of the student are eliminated, but also his sense of rhythm,
ensemble performance skills and hearing ability are developed.
