BSTRACT
This article is devoted to the basic concepts and principles of inclusive education, since it is introduced for
the first time in our university.

NTRODUCTION
The term "inclusive" is used in Latin and means
"inclusion", "attraction". Inclusive education -
ensuring equal access to education for all
students, taking into account the diversity of
special educational needs and individual
opportunities, in particular for people with
disabilities, disabilities, students with disabilities.
A disabled person is a person who has a health

and causing the need for his social protection.

Depending on the age of the person
- disabled children;
- adults with disabilities.
Depending on the reason
- invalids of war;
- invalids of work;
- Disabled since childhood;
- Disabled due to general illness.
Depending on the degree of disability
Group I - completely disabled;
Group II - partially or temporarily
disabled;
Group III - able-bodied, but in need of
sparing working conditions.
Depending on the degree of loss of the
ability to move
mobile;
people with limited mobility;
motionless.
Depending on the type of impaired
function
- disorders of the motor sphere;
- disorders of the cardiovascular system,
respiratory organs, digestion, excretion,
organs of internal secretion, metabolism;
- disorders of the sense organs: hearing,
vision, smell, touch;
mental disorders, impaired memory,
attention, perception, will, emotions,
speech.
Disability in children
a disabled child is a child under the age
of 18 who has been assigned a disability
group;
An adult who was assigned a disability
group in childhood, while he was not yet
18 years old, is a disabled person since
childhood.

Инвалид передвигается в
коляске.
Нуждается в помощи посторонних
лиц (персонала) при передвижении
вне дома.
B.
Инвалид слепой и
слабовидящий, ограничен.
Нуждается в помощи
(сопровождение) посторонних лиц
(персонала) вне дома.
C.
Инвалид ограничен в
самообслуживании (безрукий
либо не действует руками).
Нуждается в помощи посторонних
лиц (персонала) в
самообслуживании и других ручных
действиях вне дома.
D.
Инвалид слепоглухой,
значительно ограничен в
ориентации.
Нуждается в сопровождении лицом
осуществляющим помощь. При
формальных взаимоотношениях
нуждается в услугах
тифлосурдопереводчика.
E.
Инвалид глухонемой или
глухой.
При формальных
взаимоотношениях вне дома
нуждается в услугах
сурдопереводчика.
Limitation of life activity is a complete or partial
loss of a person’s ability or ability to carry out self-
service,
move
independently,
navigate,
communicate, control their behaviour, learn and
engage in work activities.
A student with disabilities is a person who has
deficiencies in physical or psychological
development, confirmed by a psychological,
medical, and pedagogical commission and
preventing education without creating special
conditions.
In connection with the above definitions of the
basic concepts of inclusive education, it is
necessary to know the principles of this
education:
1.
The value of a person does not depend on his
abilities and achievements.
2.
Every person is capable of feeling and
thinking.
3.
Every person has the right to communicate
with all categories of people and to be heard.
4.
All people need each other.
5.
Genuine education can only take place in the
context of real relationships.
6.
All people need peer support and friendship.
7.
For all learners, progress may be more about
what they can do than what they cannot do.
8.
Diversity enhances all aspects of human life.

The above brief analysis of the basic concepts and
principles of inclusive education suggests that all
people in society are in the same situation for
receiving one or another type of education, but
with different teaching methods, taking into
account an individual approach to the equality of
education in general.
