"Saylanma" can be said to have originated from
the poet's unique report to the readers, the end of
a certain period of his creative activity, the need
to observe and draw conclusions about his
creative experiences and successes. The well-
known playwright Sh. Rizaev, who wrote the
foreword to the book, said, "There are such artists
who, between passion and craft, capture the
feelings they feel in their hearts because of their
life experiences, observations and observations.
"They have no claim to great literature and great
passions," he says, noting that the author of
"Saylanma" is one of such creators.

Indeed, a person who has been a teacher for many
years, has worked in responsible positions in
government agencies for many years, and is
always creative, plunges into inspiration in his
free time and creates poems, stories, short
stories, and novels. There is no claim to
immortality. These creations were created from
the heart, and the creator had to see the paper
without being left in the depths of his heart, so he
did not leave him alone, and his hands and mind
were busy with the task assigned to him to
alleviate the country's sorrow and anxiety. At a
time when he had free time to create, he
awakened the feelings that were hidden in the far
corners of his heart and began to create with
extraordinary intensity and enthusiasm. Due to

the freedom and unlimited opportunities given to
artists by the honor of independence, successive
collections of poetry and prose books were
published, and his name became known among
the people. The warm opinions of well-known
artists about their writings inspired him to write
new works, to test the possibilities of his talent in
different genres. Poems, stories that did not fit
into epics, stories, journalistic articles, stories and
novels such as "Gunoh", "Savob", "My child's
heart" were born. In the following years, he also
turned to dramaturgy and created the dramas
“Uyg'onish”, “Qaytar dunyo”, “Intizor qalb
armoni”.

"There is no one in Kashkadarya who does not
know Rustam Achil, a master of waterworks,"
writes the well-known literary critic Ibrahim
Gafurov. This person is the endless and unceasing
inspiration of the entire Kashkadarya desert. He
took us around Tallimarjon and the deserts and
semi-deserts that lie in its whirlpools, which
make a person's heart flutter involuntarily. That's
how we got to know this person, who is wider
than the desert. As a generous cloud pours rain, as
hail falls from a cloud in the bosom of the sea, so
does poetry from Rustam Achil. A poem, like a
desert, has no end in sight. A person who can't
stand if he doesn't write poetry if he doesn't say it
if he doesn't put everything into poetry! See that
two books of his poetry have been published. It
does not claim anything. Only soulful poetry!"

Muradov also knows the Konimekh deserts,
which lie in a vast area in the boundless Qizilqum
basin, inside and out. That's why the boundaries
of his poetic memory are deeper and wider than
this desert. In fact, we consider the artist being
the artistic representation of the spirit of the
country where he was born and raised, the spirit
of the nation to which he belongs, he is the ringer
of the bell of history that connects times to times.
In the best poetic, prose and dramatic works of M.
Muradov, we manifest this feature in a unique
way, finding its readers and bringing the name of
the creator to the world.

"Creativity is the greatest blessing that Allah has
given to man. Creativity is the freedom of the
human spirit. Therefore, it is impossible to lie in
it. "A nation without a shouting poet is like a
house without a lamp at night," said the Turkish
poet Yurdoqul. Nazar Eshanqul showed the
responsibility of the creator in a very clear and
understandable way. People's writer of
Uzbekistan Khudoyberdi Tokhtaboev noted that
the author's work "My child's heart or hope
turned into a dream" (in some places it is also
referred to as a novel) is a work that can fully
meet all the requirements of literary works. In the
section "About the contemporaries of the writer"
of "Sailanma" there are important opinions about
the artistic level of the works included in the
book, the creative talent of the author, the
relevance of the ideas put forward in the works,
and the qualities that show the originality of the

creator. For example, Khurshid Dostmuhammad,
a well-known writer, scientist, and cultural
worker who served in the Republic of Uzbekistan,
describes him as "he feels both the responsibility
and the courage of the writer from his heart", he
is humble, he is not afraid of the hard work of
creativity, and the hard work of creativity seems
to be a pleasure to him as he puts down the
feelings of his tongue and heart on paper. ,
therefore, expressed his belief that the novel "Sin"
will remain a favorite of both young and old

Flipping through the " Saylanma", you will enjoy
the good poems in it, enjoy the poetic allusions
and the extraordinary findings of the poet. We
also found this feature in the wonderful poem
titled "Covenant of Spring".

The moon waned and shone a light on the stars,

Scattered boxes of blue.

The climax of the oiled spring has arrived,

The trumpet sounded the scars of the field-salt..

Each stanza of the poem has an allusion, an
observation that attracts a person, fascinates with
its beauty, and enchants with its content. These
are the waxing of the moon, the scattering of
prise, the oiling of spring, and the blowing of the
trumpet. All of these pictures spring before the
eyes of the poet, he is amazed by their beauty.

Since he is a pedagogue by profession, most of his
poems are about children's life. This shows the
poet's very good knowledge of children's hearts,
his ability to sympathize with them in any
situation. Sometimes jokingly, sometimes
seriously, he praises the qualities of children's
nature, criticizes the bad ones, laughs at them. By
reading the poem "Two answers to one question",
one can make sure how deeply the poet knows the
heart and spiritual world of children. In the poem,
Kabiljan's mother asks him a puzzling question: if
eight is divided by two, how many numbers will
be the answer? A six-year-old boy thinks hard and
finally gets lucky and manages to find a suitable
answer for his mother:

The joy was endless:

- Three if you are tall,

The width is zero, he said" he said.

There are many poems in the spirit of admonition,
which are joyful, read with pleasure, and form
beautiful human qualities in young children. True
stories and dramatic works from "Sailanma" will
not leave any reader indifferent, and by reading
them, it is natural that discerning readers will get
an amount of spiritual nourishment.

Poet and writer M.Murodov's book "Hopeful
World or Hymn of Different Feelings" presented
to readers at the happy age of 80 showed the new

tones and hues. Chairperson of the Writers' Union
of Uzbekistan, People's Poet of Uzbekistan
Sirojiddin Sayyid, who wrote the foreword to the
book, gave a fair assessment of the efforts of the
hardworking poet: "If you compare the eighty
days of a quartet, each line of a poem corresponds
to twenty years of life. In four lines, the scale of
eighty years is embodied"

In fact, the book consists of quatrains. That is why
the epigraph from E. Vahidov is given in the
beginning:

The poem has four lines,

A great line in four lines.

The poet himself

Display in four lines!

After reading and flipping through the book, the
great wisdom of life, conclusions are drawn from
the tests of life and fate, life experiences, and
lessons are scattered in four-line poems, and they
stir the most delicate feelings of the heart. In
fours, goodness, kindness, humanity, kindness,
loyalty and loyalty are glorified, evil, wickedness,
unkindness, laziness, and indifference are
condemned. The rays of meaning radiating from
the depths of the quatrains seem like the advice of
a wise father to his children, grandchildren, and
future generations. The conclusion is drawn from
the reality of life, which seems to be vivacious and

simple, makes the expression close to the heart,
prompts imagination and reflection due to its
optimistic nature and the vibrations of the soul,
due to its compatibility with spiritual and
spiritual needs. There are many examples of this.

Simple, sincere person

Better than a black heart.

Conclusions from life tests and lessons turn into
aphorisms. In this respect, folklore is an
inexhaustible treasure. Enjoying it will always
give the artist the joy of inspiration. There is a
saying in the people that "Dogs will not cover the
one who enters the door". M. Murodov gives his
own unique interpretation of this folktale as a
quartet, giving it a beautiful and detailed
commentary:

The faith of all people

Don't give up on the bastard.

The person who entered the door

Even Caesar's dog didn't bite.

These four can be proof of our opinion about the
characteristics of the poet's style.

The section of the book called "New clues"
attracts the reader's attention. Tuyuq is a poetic
genre with a long history based on tajnis art in
Uzbek literature. Tuyuq comprises four verses

like rubai. The rhyming pattern is also similar to
that of Rubai. It made rhymes up of homonymous
words only. In the type of rubai called "taronai
rubai", if all four verses rhyme with each other,
then the first, second, and fourth verses are
rhymed and we leave the third verse open. It is a
strict requirement that the rubai's hazaji musmul
be written in akhram or akhrab weight, and the
ramali musmul of the rubai's must be written in
maqsur weight. Mengliboy Muradov created
finger-sized examples of this genre in new styles.
This requires scientific research in literary
studies, scientific justification of theoretical
concepts about the genre of the finger-weight.
Tajnis art is widely used in our classical literature.
We also found it in ghazals. Khorezmi's
"Muhabbatnama".

Make your neck cypress and your waist,

Be loyal to those who are loyal to you

In the verse, the word "do" comes at the end of
both lines and serves as a rhyme.

There are beautiful examples of tuyuq in Lutfi's
works:

My heart has a stain everywhere I look,

Every time I say my pain, there is a stain.

There was love for a few coins,

We are sorry, there is a stain.

In Tuyuk, the word "spot" appears in three
different meanings at the end of three verses.

Creating in the Tuyuk genre requires the artist to
have a deep knowledge of the native language, to
know its nuances and subtleties of meaning, and
to have a deep feeling. Alisher Navoi proudly
wrote in his work "Muhokamat ul-lughatayn" that
the presence of homonymous words gave rise to
the art of rhyming with homonymous words.
Mengliboy Murodov experimented in his work
that it is possible to write a work using tajnis art
even with the weight of a finger. Here are some
examples:

Don't be discouraged,

The hair on his head was flowing.

Time is precious, get up

Plow the land and sow the seeds!

Or:

When I was depressed

My friend talked me into it.

With jokes

My heart felt very clear.

In both stanzas, in the second and fourth stanzas,
the words rhyme. In fact, there were already
finger rings that followed the same rhyming order
as in the aruz. We find it in folklore. Ergash
Jumanbulbul has such a feeling:

Get out as much as you can, good horse,

Do good, my child, forsake evil.

Remember my advice, my child.

A good horse that does not make dust if it

walks alone.

These examples show that the new form of the
genre of the murk, which began to form in M.
Murodov's work, requires scientific research. Of
course, we think that this experience will pave the
way for new scientific studies in literary studies.

"Each poet has a different power of poetic
influence, it is natural, says the literary critic A.
Alimbekov, the important thing is the sincerity in
his essence, the ability to share everything in his
heart with others." This ability is visible in all of
M. Murodov's works. New insights are also a
product of this ability, the desire to share one's
heart with others.

We wish that the creativity of our compatriot,
beloved poet, writer and dramatist Mengliboy
Muradov, who is constantly engaged in creativity
and presents new works to readers, will be more
blessed.
