At the moment, strengthening the authority of our
teachers and coaches in our country has been
raised to the level of state policy: "In our society,
kindergarten

teachers,

school

teachers,

professors and teachers of universities and
scientific and creative intellectuals are the four
pillars of the Third Renaissance that we are

striving for today. we confess. Based on this, the
work we have started to increase their respect, in
particular, to restore the value, honor and pride of
teachers and teachers, to financially and morally
encourage their hard and honorable work, will
certainly be a new phase. "We will carry it to the
mother."

Therefore, it would be even more appropriate for
us pedagogues to love our profession, do it
diligently, and organize classes taking into
account the interests and wishes of the students.
In our society, there are certain requirements for
the teaching profession, especially for primary
school teachers. In particular, a teacher should be
an active member of society, have deep
knowledge of his specialty, be loyal to his
motherland, fair, humane, responsible, impartial
assessor, literate in information technology. , who
knows foreign languages, etc. It is important to
have the characteristics.

An important issue that always comes to our mind
is related to the manners, behavior and, in a word,
worldview of our youth. Today, times are
changing rapidly. Young people are the ones who
feel these changes the most. Let the youth be in
harmony with the demands of their time. But at
the same time, he should not forget his identity.
Let the call of who we are and the descendants of
great people always resonate in their hearts and
encourage them to stay true to themselves. How
can we achieve this? Education, education and
only education.

Therefore, the future elementary school teacher
should be in continuous innovative search, think,
be able to find the right way according to the
situation, and be able to change his attitude
towards his chosen profession in a more positive
way, as well as , in others, it is necessary to
operate on the basis of the formation of
innovative ideas. Future elementary school
teachers should prepare for such activities, and
this, in turn, is one of the main functions of highly

experienced teachers working in an educational
institution, the head of the institution. should
focus on explanatory work for their main creative
activities in drawing up long-term strategic plans
for educational development.

This, in turn, creates opportunities to expand the
scope of teachers' professional interests, that is,
to conduct theoretical psychological-pedagogical
and fundamental research while studying
literature. Good scientific-pedagogical training
ensures the effectiveness of innovative activities.
Teachers actively participating in innovative
processes regularly become catalysts for self-
development

and

improvement

of

the

educational system, that is, they play an
important role in the acceleration of these
processes.

At this point, the future elementary school
teachers, i.e., graduate students, should carry out
the theoretical knowledge they have acquired in
family education in an integrated way in practice,
and test and use the knowledge they have
acquired in practice. We know that theory and
practice are completely different things. It
requires a high skill from the teacher to connect
and generalize the two.

Abdurrahman Jami, one of the great scholars,
describes in his works: "A teacher must be
knowledgeable, intelligent, fair, and emdiv all
the highest qualities in himself. A person who
behaves inappropriately will never be able to
teach children."

In addition, the scholastic scientist, coach
Hikmatulla Abdullayev in his work "Wisdom of

the Green Book". Let the teacher's facial
expressions, speech, heart, appearance, behavior,
and dress be beautiful and exemplary. In
particular, his speech should be clear, fluent and
effective. It is important that he can show that he
is a jeweler of words in communication. This
should be achieved; let people, especially parents
and teachers, recognize him as a truthful, honest,
pure, sane, compassionate and kind, humane
person.

According to A.S. Makarenko, he said that "instead
of 40 incompetent teachers, it is better to have 4
capable educators in the team." With this, he
emphasizes that gifted people can cause great
damage to education.

As it can be seen from the opinions of our scholars
above, in order to become a skilled teacher, in
addition to graduate students of higher education,
i.e., future primary education teachers, teachers
and educators of all fields it is important to take
these qualities into account and emdiv them. It
can also be said that the future teachers of
primary education, that is, students, should
introduce practice in family education from the II
stage, teach the methodological subjects, i.e.
mother tongue, humanities, mathematics, and
natural science methodological subjects. It helps
to further develop the professional competences
of future elementary education teachers through
learning in connection with mutual practice, to
prepare personnel who can meet today's
demands. In the process of practice, future
teachers learn various methods and didactic
games, and by applying what they know in
practice, future teachers will effectively use the

learned methods when, where, and in which
processes. they will have the skills to distinguish
between secrets.

In the process of practice, students should
analyze the lessons of more experienced teachers,
carefully observe their methods and methods,
talk with them more, observe their work, and
learn. Participation in seminars and open classes
as much as possible is the most important and
relevant aspect of professional competence
development.

Seminars and open classes for future teachers;

various methods and techniques

how to manage students during the lesson

how to organize the lesson process

how the teacher behaves

new methods of stimulation

teaches how to skillfully get out of accidental
situations.

When a teacher learns the work of experienced
teachers, observes their lessons, and only learns
their good qualities, that teacher can become a
skilled pedagogue. For this, a future teacher
should love his profession, be in constant search,
not get tired, be patient and inquisitive. It is
important that students use the methods they
have learned during the practice period, so that
they are not afraid to attend open classes.

As a specialist, a pedagogue should work on
himself as follows:

improvement of the pedagogical process
based on a clear goal, aspiration;

Teachers working in educational institutions
should know how to organize optimal levels of
teaching forms, enrich the theory of formation of
a well-rounded person with various new ideas.
We know that the citizen of an advanced society,
especially the spiritual wealth of the teacher is
evaluated by his broad outlook, ability to think
deeply, literacy, wealth of high human qualities.
"The origin of all evils is ignorance," said the
Greek philosopher Socrates. Therefore, we are all
responsible for the young generation to have high
knowledge and thinking. This responsibility rests
more with teachers.

Today's global changes, the daily development of
science and technology and information and
communication technologies require pedagogical
skills, sharp will, pedagogical and psychological
knowledge, deep knowledge of their subject and
high thinking, political literacy, from the teacher
of the 21st century. it requires a broad and
reflective frame of mind, and we educators must
be able to meet these demands.
