higher education system" in the higher education
system It is intended to ensure the
implementation

and

of

programs.

Forming the maturity of today's personality and
expanding his thinking potential is one of the
main criteria provided by the educational system.
Since the main task of the education system is to
bring the person to perfection and to raise his
consciousness to a high level, it is at the level of
state policy to implement whatever measures are
necessary for this. One of the targeted methods of
education is the use of many tools and methods in
higher education to teach students to think
independently and expand their scientific
outlook. The growing young generations of
today's technological age are modern young
people who have much deeper thoughts than
their predecessors, who are well aware of their
rights, because they receive education and
upbringing through social networks together
with family and educational institutions. is
forming in itself.

At the same time that our lifestyle is growing
together with technology, our youth are also
learning, acquiring a profession, and fulfilling
social needs in modern ways. They are studying
distance learning, trade, finding and finding
information, and how to get a job in other
countries through the Internet. That's why
education requires modernity, and the use of new
educational methods and tools is today's way of
fulfilling the requirements of today's students.
one of the important issues.

In the higher education system, the main goal is to
expand the scope of students' knowledge, to
complete their professional training at the level of
modern requirements, and to use foreign
advanced methods, to work in cooperation, to
exchange ideas with them, to raise the level of

student’s knowledge to the level of foreign

experiences. Also, to bring the quality of
education to the level of world requirements, the
direct and indirect use of educational programs of
foreign countries, the use of their experiences,
will increase the quality of teaching and learning,
as well as increase the efficiency to some extent.

At the stage of higher education, only national and
experimentally tested methods are used to enable
students to express their opinion independently,
but it will be more purposeful to bring the
methods used in foreign educational institutions
and which are highly effective. Cooperation in
education, the use of technical tools and teaching
methods that affect the improvement of the
quality of education and the expansion of the
worldview of students is one of the highest goals
we aim for. In higher education, it is important to
provide tools and literature that influence
students to grow and expand their knowledge.

The formation of the knowledge acquired by
students in higher education is mainly focused on
the scientific worldview, because primary
knowledge is formed on the basis of school
textbooks through real life examples. This
existing knowledge is the basis for acquiring a
profession. The existing knowledge is expanded
based on the scientific nature of the knowledge
that is taught and formed in the minds of students.

The use of foreign methods in harmony with our
national concepts will be enriched with modern
and foreign qualities.

Today, many professions and industry specialists
are disappearing in the society and are being
replaced by other professions. Because the higher
education system should work together with
foreign partners and be ready for innovations and
changes in order to produce personnel that meet
the requirements of the society. Only then can he
meet the demands of the society and the
individual. It is the duty of the education sector to
keep ahead of the changes in society.

Making students educated and knowledgeable
on the basis of contemporary students serves for
the development of the state. In foreign partner
state educational organizations, students will
have the opportunity to exchange experience,
improve their skills and further expand their
knowledge. Conducting education and upbringing
together with nationalism and modernity is
carried out based on the development of society
and the needs of humanity. Education has always
required development and formation. Therefore,
problems such as stagnation in education will be
solved by international educational organizations
exchanging

experience

with

educational

institutions of developed countries and using
their experiences. It is the need of the hour to set
goals at the level of learners' requirements, to
determine and organize the necessary tasks
based on best practices, so that they can use their
time effectively without slowing down their
desire to learn.

Expanding the scientific and independent
worldview of students, organizing their
independent research, in addition to initial
theoretical and practical training, creating and
encouraging them to work on independently
selected research is a method tested in foreign
experiences. In this method, the student conducts
research on his topic in independent resource
centers and laboratories, collects data and
conducts experiments. It is necessary to give the
necessary guidance to the student in the
organization of independent educational work, to
jointly analyze the collected data and to give
assignments for further processes. The student's
independent search is the basis for expanding his
knowledge, because in the process of
independent data collection, he learns a lot of
information, gets acquainted with a lot of
literature, and by comparing the newness of the
information, the scope of his thinking expands
and he can think independently. 'nikma' is
formed.

Secondly, another positive aspect of foreign
educational programs is that students are
provided with theoretical knowledge, only brief
information and instructions are given for the
completion of assignments and independent
experimental work. It is up to the students to find
the main information and compare them. The
classes held in the auditorium are mostly
conducted with modern didactic tools.

Thirdly, one of the pedagogical foundations of the
educational programs taught on the basis of
world standards is that students independently
find solutions to problems, assignments, and

puzzles, prepare for exams independently, and
re-submit to students who fail by paying a fee.
given It is recommended that the educational
process be focused on the financial side, that the
students should be more active, independent
research, and devoted to education.

Another advantage of foreign educational
programs is that the educational process is short-
term, an adaptation period is set for students to
adapt to the educational process and explore the
possibilities of the country of study, the next step
is to attend lectures and receive assignments.
That is, one academic semester is determined
based on the student's capabilities, the duration
of subjects and assignments is determined based
on the student's capabilities and cannot be
extended again. A student who fails to pass by the
last deadline will be postponed for the next year.
My goal is to encourage students to work
diligently on their own and use available
resources wisely.

In addition, dual education is widely used in
foreign educational programs to expand and
shape the worldview of students. The use of dual
education assumes that the student directly
connects education with practice. That is, to
connect theory with practice and to see how the
knowledge gained in practice results in the
introduction of effective methods and to expand
one's worldview. skills and abilities are formed.
At the same time, there are opportunities to train
students to become employees who can work
independently and to ensure their financial
situation.

Also, during the educational process, students of
higher education collect independent information
from mandatory and optional subjects, the main
goal of which is to study their independent
approach and attitude to each information.
Compulsory subjects are mainly specialized
subjects and vocational training subjects.

One of the urgent issues in today's intense life is

to expand student’s outlook in higher education

using the methods of using educational programs
tested in the above world experiences. It is the
main task of the higher education system to
encourage students to think independently, to
make them able to think deeply, first of all to
make them perform independent tasks, to listen
to them and to respond regardless of how they
think. Therefore, it is aimed to bring foreign
programs into education that are suitable for our
national education and correspond to the existing
conditions, and to implement the criteria that
encourage the expansion of the scientific
consciousness of students as the basis of
educational programs.
