Karimov made a number of important
decisions on ensuring the implementation of
the "National Program of Personnel Training"
adopted at the IX session of the Oliy Majlis
showing the tasks, he said, among other
things: "Special attention should be paid to
the training and retraining of highly qualified
pedagogues. The quality of training, the
development of a free-thinking individual-
citizen depends on who will teach in the
classrooms and auditoriums tomorrow. After
the lectures and practical lessons are given to
the students, their level of mastery should
always be taken into consideration. Because
the teacher determines the type of the next
lesson and the size of the material based on
this mastery level. Always the same kind of
lesson also creates boredom in the audience.
Communication between the teacher and the
student ensures that the lesson will be
interesting and lively. Taking this into
account, it is advisable to conduct frequent
short surveys during the lesson. Below is one
such request. Short survey cards can be used.
The number of options depends on the
number of students in the group, and aims to
learn all the students. There are 5 questions in
each option, 5 answers are given to each
question. Students choose the most correct
and most optimal of them. All answers will be
correct, no mistakes can be made. The most
important part of such an examination is that
the student can think quickly, quickly see the
mistake, and it creates opportunities to
choose the one he needs from among the
answers. During the selection, the student
analyzes each answer and shows one. It is not
appropriate to strictly limit the time, because
the student should look at 25 drawings. In the
process of answering the questions, students
write 3-4-4-5-2. These numbers determine
the correct answer numbers for the question.
In order for the teacher to quickly check such
answers, he should prepare an answer card
written on hard paper. The check should be
started during the check time. The teacher
determines the control time. This time
depends on the ease and difficulty of the topic,
the students in the audience (level of mastery,

preparation, thinking). This time should not
exceed 15 minutes, otherwise the inspection
will defeat its purpose. The test result will be
given during this lesson. The student reads
the answer he/she has marked. The teacher
compares his answer with the answer card he
has and tells the wrong answer.
The grade is determined by the number of
correct answers. When the examination is
over, the teacher looks at the answer card and
makes a conclusion. It is determined which
subjects students have the most difficulty
with. Such a conclusion can be made in the
examples we are considering. Students had
more difficulty in 5 subjects. It is necessary to
stop and pay more attention to this topic. Such
an inspection during the lesson reduces the
task of managing student assignments,
reducing the interval of checking the quality
of mastering with the given information,
increasing the frequency of checking the level
of student mastery and activity during the
lesson, it is possible to check students'
mastery in a short period of time, constantly
changing the form of work increases students'
interest in this subject, and hearing their
answers at the same time as being checked
allows for accurate assessment of students'
work.
