BSTRACT
This article talks about the role of young people in the future and development of the society, socio-
economic and cultural life, as well as increasing their socio-political, ideological and spiritual activity and
the reforms being carried out in this regard. In addition, the problems that arise among young people in
the process of globalization were discussed.

NTRODUCTION
Currently, in the rapidly developing age of science
and technology, the process of globalization is in
the first place. Every year, the consciousness of
mankind is growing and it is quickly adapting to
the modern way of life. The introduction of new
technologies into life, the increasing share of
technical achievements in meeting human needs
is certainly good. The future of every country
depends on the moral and educational
development of young people. The future of the
country is bright, its prospects are bright. At the
heart of the fundamental reforms implemented in
our country in order to establish a democratic
legal state based on free market economy and
civil society, first of all, the noble idea of creating

In today's era of globalization, the demand for
information is stronger than ever. Therefore,
disseminating impartial and truthful information
and meeting the public's need for this product is
more important today than ever. It is known that
in a democratic society mass media, television
and radio channels are considered as a free pulpit
that conveys impartial and truthful information
to people, and expresses humanistic views and
advanced ideas. Today, global changes, economic
development, innovations and inventions in
science that amaze the human mind are known
through mass media. So, mass media, the press
are serving goodness and goodness. But
unfortunately, at the end of the last century, in the
early years of the 21st century, instead of serving
the goodness we mentioned in the Western press,
there are also cases of serving other ordered
"goodness".
It is known that in our republic, state authorities
have established the practice of closely studying
the problems of every neighborhood, every
household, and every citizen living there. After all,
this is one of the main conditions for the effective
implementation
of
the
principle
of
communication with the people, which was
defined by the President. In this regard,
increasing the role of young people and women in
the society, ensuring their employment, and
reducing poverty is becoming a priority. Today,
times are changing rapidly. Young people will feel
these changes more than anyone else.
Enlightened youth are pillars on which this
country can always lean. If young people can be
instilled with feelings of patriotism and love for
their country, then they, in turn, will devote their
hearts to its development and prosperity.
Therefore, "...constant improvement of the
spiritual and educational level of our young men
and women is of the first level of importance." In
a word, youth is a force that ensures the future
and development of the country. Young people
are the support and protector of the country and
the nation. Only young people who sincerely love
and honor the Motherland, and whose hearts are
full of love for the Motherland, are worthy of the
honorable title of true defenders of the
Motherland.
If we take into account that youth is the force that
determines the future of every country, we can
witness that in almost all countries of the world,
national concepts for the implementation of
youth policy are being developed and effective
activities are being carried out. In this sense, the
issue of youth in Uzbekistan is one of the most
priority areas of state policy. That's why young
people have always been recognized as an active
layer of society. It is important to rely on the
spirituality and knowledge of young leaders in the
rational organization of state power and
management, increasing its efficiency, and
introducing the achievements of modern science
and thought. It is important to further enrich and
rationally use the spiritual factors of increasing
youth activity in the decision-making of the
system of state power and management, which is
being formed on the basis of national and
universal democratic values in our country today,

due to the reforms that have been carried out step
by step over the years of the development of our
independent national statehood.
The process of globalization affects many
complex issues of modern culture, including the
problem of sovereignty of members of modern
society. We pay attention to the following fact
noted by the researchers. The globalization of all
sectors of the economy and the fragmentation of
"new, increasingly weak and resource-poor"
politically independent territorial entities are
interrelated phenomena that connect and
reinforce each other. Apparently, this is also
observed in the field of ideological formations in
modern culture. Original formations tend to
"autonomize" from the direction of the dominant
mass. It can be noted that the process of
globalization, as a result of the opposite
emancipation of youth culture in the modern
world, has changed the focus of its consideration:
youth has moved from a biological and social
phenomenon to a simulative phenomenon. True,
the part of him forced to adapt to a kind of
"ghetto" of the so-called youth subcultures is a
kind of non-virtual alternative to the current
cultural situation, which strongly resists the
privatization of its authenticity.
It is necessary to be careful in such processes
taking place in our society today, to start young
people on the right path. In this:
- forming immunity in them against various
spiritual threats;
- regularly introducing young people to examples
of our spiritual heritage;
- it is necessary to educate young children about
the negative effects of mobile phones and
computer games on human health, spirituality,
and consciousness.
The youth of today's world is the largest
generation in the history of mankind in terms of
numbers, as they make up 2 billion people. This
shows that they are an influential class. That is
why every country pays special attention to
young people and supports them in its policy.
Young people have their own potential as an
influential layer in the life of the society of
Uzbekistan. 60% of the population is youth. This
can be a sufficient basis for evaluating the
situation and dynamics of youth in the
management of society in Uzbekistan. The fact
that special attention was given to young people
in the elections held in the Oliy Majlis of the
Republic of Uzbekistan and local councils, and the
presence of the youth wing in the programs of
political parties is an important attention given to
them. The entry of personnel belonging to the
new generation of young people into the
management of society has its own perspective.
Today, one of the biggest tasks before us is to
raise a young generation with a high level of
spirituality in this age of information. It has
become one of the most important requirements
of the time. Only in this way can we create a solid
foundation for our future. Because only a highly
spiritual person can express his correct reaction
to any threats. In particular, it is important for
young people to read a lot of books, study the
history of their country, and be educated in the
spirit of respect for traditions, in a word, the

formation of national faith and national pride.
Young people who appreciate the values of their
nation, know their history, and have formed faith
in the Motherland are less likely to fall under the
influence of information flows. Because such
young people have a unique psychology and a
unique approach to the problem. He begins to
study a specific purpose at the core of any
information.
The President said: "The loss of a child is a tragedy
not only for a family, but for the whole society.
First of all, the child's parents, brothers and
relatives suffer from this. At such a time, it is
necessary to help them", his words are very
important. The President of the United Nations
said, "Our main task is to create the necessary
conditions for young people to show their
potential, to prevent the spread of the virus of the
idea of violence." "For this, we believe that it is
necessary to develop multilateral cooperation in
the field of social support of the young generation,
protection of their rights and interests."
Currently, the so-called spider's web social
network has emerged all over the world, and this
network has become an integral part of young
people's lives. It is now the essence of young
people's lives, and they cannot imagine their lives
without such a factor. This thing has more of a
negative effect than a positive effect on the
growth of the spiritual image of young people.
This is probably the reason why young people are
influenced by various foreign ideas, and at the
same time, their moral education is disturbed and
their mental and psychological effects are
negative. Another reason for such a sad situation
among our youth is the dependence of our youth
on social networks.

ONCLUSION
In conclusion, it can be said that in today's process
of globalization, it is necessary to start educating
highly spiritual young people with a deep look at
the times. It is necessary that we should not be
indifferent to the events around us, that we
should not be apathetic, that we should form our
immunity shell against various ideological and
spiritual threats when we understand who we
are. Based on the above, it can be said that our
main goal is to inculcate the ideas of patriotism,
humanity and truthfulness in our youth, who are
the future of New Uzbekistan. After all, these
ideas form the basis of moral wisdom. Therefore,
it is becoming more important than ever to form
moral knowledge of our youth at every stage of
educational institutions and to further expand it.
In addition, we need to enrich the moral
education of our youth so that they can use social
networks wisely by forming a media culture.
