The article provides a formula for calculating the amount of rainwater flow during drainage from city streets. Methods are given for determining the variable parameters included in the equation in relation to the conditions of Uzbekistan.

Ushbu  maqolada  masofaviy  ta’lim  tizimini  tashkil  etish  va foydalanuvchilarga  xizmat  ko‘rsatishning  sinxron  ko‘rinishi  tahlil  qilingan  bo‘lib, ushbu  usulda  xizmat  ko‘rsatish  tartibi  va  tamoyillari,  sinxron  tizimlar  uchun matematik  modellar,  tizimlarning  xizmat  ko‘rsatish  sifat  samaradorligini  aniqlash bosqichlari keltirib o‘tilgan. Shuningdek, foydalanuvchilarga xizmat ko‘rsatishda rad etish  yoki  kutish  tushunchalari,  so‘rovlar  oqimi,  ularga  xizmat  ko‘rsatish  jarayoni sifat  ko‘rsatkichlarini  aniqlash  jarayonlari  batafsil  yoritib  o‘tilgan.  Shu  bilan  birga xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayoni modelini shakllantirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan kirish oqimi, xizmat  ko‘rsatish  tizimi,  tartibi  va  vaqti  kabi  ko‘rsatkichlarini  hisobga  olish  va hisoblash amalga oshirilgan. Hamda, so‘rovlarga xizmat ko‘rsatishning oshkora rad etish usuli uchun sifat ko‘rsatkichini aniqlash jarayonlari keltirib o‘tilgan.

This article presents the reasons and conditions for introducing the width of the designated area for public highways in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the methods of justifying the width of the designated area, as well as the analysis of the definition of the width of the designated area in regulatory documents and its practical implementation.

Image Enhancement is the process of improving the image quality without loss of information until the desired visual result (resolution, color and style) is obtained or the photo is prepared for further analysis in various computer vision programs: object recognition, classification, image interpretation. Image quality improvement usually includes a number of transformations: noise reduction, improvement of blurred photos, increase in resolution, contrast, lightening of dark photos, elimination of optical distortions, etc.

Ушбу макола вейвлет-таулил ёрдамида хусусиятларни ажратиб олишга баFишланган булиб, нутк сигналларини таулил килишда вейвлет алмаштириши ва Фурье алмаштириши уртасидаги асосий фаркларни кискача куриб чикилади.

This article presents the database, their management systems, and  the  processes  of  database  formation,  which  are  important  for  recording  the work  process  of  the  information  technology  center  operating  system.  The phpMyadmin  platform  and  MySQL  language  were  used  to  create  the  provided database.

Avtomatik  blokirovka  qurilmalar  va  ALS  samaradorligi mezonlarini tanlash tadqiqot vazifasiga bog‘liq. Ba’zi hollarda avtomatik blokirovka qurilmalari va ALS ning ishlash sifati iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar bilan qulay tavsiflanadi: o‘rtacha yo‘qotishlar mezonidan foydalangan holda va chiqish ta’siri bo‘yicha.

Hozirgi vaqtda temir yo‘l transportida avtoblokirovkaning har xil turlarini  qo‘llash  bo‘yicha  ko‘plab  yechimlar  mavjud,  xuddi  shu  narsa  avtomatik lokomotiv  signalizatsiyasini  joriy  qilish  bilan  sodir  bo‘lmoqda.  Maqolada  avtomat lokomotiv  signalizatsiyasi  bilan  umumiy  ishda  avtomatik  blokirovkalash qurilmalarining  samaradorligi  va  ularning  ishonchliligini  hisobga  olgan  holda muhokama  qilinadi.  Ikkala  tizim  ham  har  xil  ish  rejimiga  ega,  ammo  ikkala  tizim uchun  ma’lumotlar  relslar  orqali  uzatiladi,  shuning  uchun  poyezdlarning  bir uchastkadan ma’lum vaqt davomida xavfsizlik talablariga rioya etgan holda o‘tishini ta’minlash uchun kompleks tizimning samaradorligi mezoni haqida savol tug‘iladi.

Aim of the inquiry: Enhancing of the long vehicle efficiency with truck and semitrailer in using of mountain conditions
Methods of inquiry: used basic regulations of the theory of automobiles, experimental research methods; also math modeling and programming methods are used. Experimental checking of basic regulations of the theory is done in natural mountain conditions.
The results achieved and their novelty: Defining method of road longitudinal slope;
The mathematic model of moving of the long vehicle on mountain road, which allows the compare of degree of long vehicles’ accommodation to mountain conditions with specific productivity without additional experimental researches, individually for each model of the truck in natural conditions;
Recommendations for enhancing of the long vehicle efficiency with truck and semitrailer in using of mountain conditions of “Kamchik” pass.
Practical value: Elaborated enhancing method of the long vehicle efficiency with truck and semitrailer in using of mountain conditions allows: choosing the productive model of the truck for using conditions; enhancing of the truck productivity and to decrease of using expenses; to choose the construction parameters of the truck in step of designing or from constructions, which are produced; helps for specialization of the vehicles production to specific using conditions.
Degree of embed and economic affectivity: Results of scientific research established to production in “Avtonefttrans” ATE of Fergana oil process factory of “UZBEKNEFTEGAZ” Holding Company, in CSC “Angren Logistic Centre” also used in studying of “Construction and theory of automobile” subjects.
Approximately economical efficiency of established research results to production for each of the trucks is about 13 400 000 sum per year.

Acute infectious and inflammatory processes in the upper respiratory tract still form the main list of diseases in childhood, which maintains the constant interest in this pathology of specialists in various fields, such as pediatricians, infectious disease specialists, otorhinolaryngologists, allergists, and immunologists. Particular attention of researchers and clinicians is attracted by the study of the etiopathogenetic mechanisms of the occurrence of laryngotracheitis, which is caused, first of all, by the development of a life-threatening condition of acute stenosis of the respiratory tract in children. According to our observations and according to the literature, there has recently been a clear trend towards an increase in the frequency of repeated episodes of acute stenosing laryngotracheitis (ASLT) in children, which makes it obvious that further study of the underlying mechanisms of not only the occurrence, but also the recurrence of ASLT is necessary. Recurrence of laryngotracheitis contributes to the formation of chronic inflammatory processes and hyperreactivity of the upper respiratory tract, negatively affects the maturation of the child's immune system, which leads to the development of secondary immunosuppression. Each new respiratory infection provokes more and more serious disorders of the immune system, contributing to the formation of both chronic inflammatory diseases of the pharynx and respiratory allergies. The modern concept of the etiopathogenesis of laryngotracheitis takes into account the action of multiple infectious and allergic trigger factors, the most significant in immunocompromised children. Currently, the primary tasks awaiting solution are timely prevention and diagnosis, the provision of highly qualified medical care, including bronchopulmonary diseases in children by expanding the use of modern methods of diagnosis and treatment, which will improve the quality of life of children.
