ABSTRACT
The article presents the conceptual directions of organizing and developing ecological and recreational tourism in the
regions of Uzbekistan. Also, recommendations are given in the implementation of conceptual directions.

INTRODUCTION
By now, the national tourism sector has been fully
formed in Uzbekistan. In this regard, we can quote the
following from the decree of the President of the
Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev "On
additional measures for the rapid development of
tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan" - , complex
measures for development as one of the strategic
sectors that ensure the increase of the country's
investment attractiveness are being implemented step
by step ”[1].
In accordance with the tasks defined in this decree and
in the five priority areas of development of the
Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, the Concept of
tourism development in the Republic of Uzbekistan in
2019-2025 was adopted. We present the following
important tasks defined in the concept:

development of domestic tourism, which
provides stimulation of the activity of tourism activity
subjects aimed at meeting the need for tourism
services within the republic;

To promote tourism products of the Republic
of Uzbekistan in the international and domestic
tourism markets, to strengthen the image of the
country as safe for travel and recreation.
Relevance of the topic. The assignments from the
concept serve as a program for the implementation of
the goals and tasks set in the organization and
development of ecological and recreation tourism. For
this purpose, one of the necessary factors is to
determine the priority areas or types of tourism
development in the future. For these purposes, when
choosing the field or type of tourism that will be
developed as a priority in the future, of course, among
the fields of tourism, domestic tourism, historical-
cultural tourism, and pilgrimage tourism take the first
places. At the same time, we should always keep in
mind that we can preserve and protect the nature of
our homeland and its biological diversity for our
generations, create ecological culture and ecological
knowledge in the population, and satisfy the needs of
our people for recreation only through the
development of ecological and recreational tourism.
Secondly, in the Decree of the President of the
Republic of Uzbekistan "On the development strategy
of the new Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" [2]
- Construction of additional tourist zones and
recreation centers in Zomin, Forish, Bakhmal districts
and "Aydar-Arnasoy" lake system, implementation of
projects worth 300 million US dollars, creation of
25,000 jobs;
- Implementation of a special program for the
development of ecotourism in the Republic of
Karakalpakstan and the island. In this, wide use of the
possibilities of Moynoq's new airport;
- Tasks such as effective use of pilgrimage and
ecotourism potential in Navoi region have been set.
Thirdly, in the decrees and decisions of the President
on the development of tourism, the issues of
developing ecotourism in the regions and regions,
creating recreation infrastructures, "On measures to
accelerate greening in the Republic, and more
effectively organize tree protection" putting in order
[3].
Study of the topic. The given opinions confirm how the
even and comprehensive development of ecological
and recreational tourism in our country is beneficial
both for our population and for international tourism.
The tourism industry welcomes cooperation. But we
are still working in administrative divisions. The
concept can also be developed according to the
development of the current administrative or
territorial structures of the state. In our opinion, the
concept has the expected effect of covering the
economy or socio-economic life of the state in an even
way. The European Union develops its concepts in this
way.
The word concept is translated as a set of basic ideas,
a system of views. Any spheres and branches of socio-
economic development of the country should have
their own "Development Concept". That is, the field or

successfully in the future. Conceptual directions for the
organization and development of ecotourism +
recreation in the regions of Uzbekistan are understood
as a system of new plans and ideas aimed at the
effective operation of the type or types of tourism for
the population and consumers, designed for long
periods, organized and developed, arising from the
goals of the national tourism sector of our country[4] .
Conceptual directions for the development of
ecotourism + recreation in the regions of Uzbekistan,
legal standards for the development of the tourism
industry in our country, decrees and decisions of the
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law
"On Tourism", the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan "New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 should
be determined in accordance with the decree on the
development strategy" and the "Concept for the
development of tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan
in 2019-2025" [4].
The conceptual directions of the development of
ecotourism + recreation in the regions of Uzbekistan
are, first of all, the creation of conditions for recreation
in the bosom of nature for the residents of each region,
the creation of conditions for the formation of
ecological knowledge and ecological culture, and
secondly, the issues and plans for the creation of
international conditions for showing our nature and
unique biological resources to international tourists if
understood, we will have chosen promising directions
in the development of national ecotourism +
recreation in our country[5.6.7.]
Results of the study
The development of ecological and recreational
tourism in the regions of Uzbekistan should include the
following conceptual directions:
I. Development of the state program for the
development of ecotourism + recreation in Uzbekistan.
Based on this program, development of programs for
the development of ecotourism + recreation in the
regions.
1.1. Development of lists, descriptions, geography of
domestic and international ecotourism + recreation
resources in the regions of Uzbekistan and the
Republic of Karakalpakstan and programs for their use
in tourism.
1.2. Development of legal and regulatory frameworks
for the use of ecotourism + recreation resources in
domestic and international tourism in the regions.
1.3. In the provinces internal and international
ecotourism+recreation entrepreneur ligini , internal
and international ecotourism +recreational tourism
companies organize.
1.4. In the provinces ecotourism+recreation in objects
internal and international ecotourism + recreation
infrastructures create.

CONCLUSION
1. Tourism is a complex socio-economic process ,
organizational and economic mechanisms consists of
that it was for in the regions areas of tourism and types
complex development programs and strategic plans
should be developed.
2. Tourism resources in the regions of our country using
tourism _ complex thousands through development
work places to create a tourism business such a
promising direction as organization to country in our
sleep tourism to develop in charge Ecology ,
environmental protection and climate change of the
Republic of Uzbekistan the initiative of the "Tourism
Committee" of the Ministry and all organizational is
required to lead the work .

fruitful in time use in our Republic the activities of
"Tourism Departments" in the regions strengthen
existing funds, especially foreign investments tourism
