SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PRIVATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As soon as possible, using the experience of all developed countries in the world, especially the examples of Turkey, South Korea and a number of other Asian countries. the need to transition to a market economy without causing great damage to any class of the population formed the content of the state policy. For this purpose, wide-ranging economic reforms were planned, and the following theoretical bases and criteria for the transition to market relations in the republic were determined: the economy should be free from ideology and its priority over politics; being the main reformer of the state; priority of laws and compliance; conducting a strong social policy aimed at the interests of the people; a gradual, step-by-step transition to a market economy.

ANALYSIS OF SOME ASPECTS OF SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Small business and private entrepreneurship play an important role in the socio-economic development of all countries in the conditions of globalization taking place in the world today. In the current era of rapid changes, attention is being paid to business and entrepreneurship as one of the decisive, strategically important, priority areas of economic reforms. Because this industry is an industry that can quickly adapt to the demands and changes in the world and regional markets, and can quickly withstand the threats and negative consequences of the global financial and economic crisis. Today, 90% of businesses in developing countries are small and medium-sized enterprises, and they provide the opportunity to create more than 50% of jobs. Formally established small business enterprises account for 40% of the GDP of these countries. The World Bank estimates that by 2030, 600 million jobs will be needed to keep up with the growing population. This requires rapid development and institutional modernization of small business and private entrepreneurship. Therefore, this problem sets the task of expanding the scope of scientific research in this regard, introducing innovative technologies to the field on a large scale.

MALE AND FEMALE CONSUMER DECISION-MAKING STYLES

Gender plays a significant role in influencing an individual's purchasing decisions all the time in Bangladesh, as it does in virtually every other culture or region. This study was carried out with the intention of determining whether male or female decision-making styles differ in any way. The Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) approaches were used to set the questionnaire in order to collect data from 133 people in Chattogram, Bangladesh. With its 37 items and eight factors, the CSI has been used to identify consumer decision-making styles. The data have been analyzed, and it has been determined that there is no significant difference between male and female decision-making styles. Due to the fact that this study focuses solely on the city of Chattogram, additional culturally diverse cities or nations can be included in future studies.
