Zakirova Nodira Islamovna, Abdullaeva Nigora Erkinovna, Xaydarova Diyora Sukhrobovna

One of the significant medical and social problems is pregnancy and childbirth in the presence of a large fetus. Macrosomia in most literature is defined as birth weight >4000 g and occurs in 10% of pregnancies. This condition is associated with risks for both the mother and the fetus: the frequen-cy of cesarean section, trauma to the birth canal, shoulder dystocia and perinatal asphyxia increas-es.

PROPEDEUTICS OF CHILDREN'S DISEASES AND POLYCLINIC PEDIATRICS

Sakhibova Mavlyuda Djuraevna

This article explores the crucial realms of propedeutics in children's diseases and polyclinic pediatrics, emphasizing their integral roles in the holistic care and well-being of the pediatric population. Propedeutics, as the preliminary study and diagnosis of diseases based on observed signs and symptoms, serves as a vital tool for pediatricians to identify subtle indicators of underlying health issues in children. In parallel, polyclinic pediatrics offers a comprehensive and community-oriented approach to child health, operating in outpatient settings to provide continuity of care. The article delves into the proactive role of propedeutics in early intervention and disease prevention, highlighting how polyclinic pediatrics fosters preventive care, routine check-ups, and collaborative relationships with parents. Together, propedeutics and polyclinic pediatrics emerge as indispensable components in nurturing the health and well-being of the younger generation, contributing to a healthier and brighter future.

POSSIBILITIES OF TREATING PERFORMATIVE ULCERS OF THE STOMACH AND DUODENUM BY MEANS OF ENDOVIDEOSURGERY

Berdiev Ergash Abdullaevich, Atakov Sarvar Sultanbaevich, Faizullaev Tajiddin Sulaymonovich, Kasimov Ulugbek Korkmasovich, Mukhidinov Abdulla Umidilloevich

The article presents the results of treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation and its complications in 35 children aged 12 to 18 years. Cases of videolaparoscopic removal of gastric and duodenal ulcers performed in these patientsIn 27 (77.2%) cases, it was successfully completed, and in 3 (8.6%) cases, conversion occurred. Traditional "open" surgical interventions were performed in 5 (14.2%) patients. The information content of ultrasound and X-ray methods of preoperative diagnosis was evaluated. In particular, the specific course of the disease and the results of diagnosis and treatment of the clinical manifestations of the studied disease were analyzed. A comparative analysis of videolaparoscopic and "open" surgical interventions for perforated ulcers of the stomach and duodenum was conducted.

TREATMENT OF ADENOID VEGETATION UNDER ALLERGIC RHINITIS (REVIEW)

Mardonov Kh., Djuraev J.A.

The initial part of the digestive tract between the oral cavity and the esophagus is represented by the pharynx, which at the same time is a fragment of the respiratory tract, connecting the nasal cavity with the larynx. The pharynx ensures the passage of food and conduction of air into the lower important parts of the body, participates in voice formation and the formation of articulate speech, and performs a protective function. The important role of the pharynx in protective mechanisms is largely due to the work of the pharyngeal lymphoepithelial structures, which form the so- called eous Waldeyer –Pirogov ring. As part of the latter, paired palatine and tubal tonsils, unpaired pharyngeal tonsils (PG) and lingual tonsils are differentiated line and granules of lymphoid tissue of the posterior pharyngeal wall.

GRANULOMATOSIS WITH POLYANGIITIS: LITERATURE REVIEW

Boymuradov Sh.A., Khaitmurodov D.E., Kurbonov Y.Kh.

Wegener's granulomatosis (granulomatosis with polyangiitis) is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by vasculitis of small and medium-sized vessels and the formation of granulomas. Most often, Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) affects the upper respiratory tract, lungs, kidneys, and eyes. Without treatment, the disease progresses rapidly and leads to death. GV was first described at the end of the 19th century. The characteristic clinical picture of hepatitis B was described by the German pathologist Friedrich Wegener. After the reports of F. Wegener in 1936 and 1939. In cases of necrotizing vasculitis with granulomatous inflammation as a special nosological form of vasculitis, this disease became known as Wegener's granulomatosis. In 2006, F. Wegener’s connection with Nazism was discovered, and it was proposed to abandon the term “Wegener’s granulomatosis” in favor of the term “granulomatosis with polyangiitis,” which, in general, more reflects the modern view of the essence of this disease. The term "Wegener's granulomatosis", however, is today used along with the term "granulomatosis with polyangiitis".

EXAMINING THE CORRELATION BETWEEN HEAD SIZE AND INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT (IQ) AMONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Malik Humaira, Aji Ilman Rofii

This study investigates the potential correlation between head size and Intelligence Quotient (IQ) among elementary school students. The research aims to explore whether variations in head circumference, as a proxy for brain size, are associated with differences in cognitive abilities, as measured by standardized IQ tests. A sample of elementary school students underwent anthropometric measurements to assess head circumference, while their IQ levels were assessed using validated cognitive assessment tools. Statistical analyses were employed to examine the relationship between head size and IQ scores, controlling for potential confounding variables such as age, gender, and socio-economic status. The findings contribute to the understanding of neurodevelopmental factors influencing cognitive performance in children and have implications for educational and clinical practice.
