This article discusses structure of the metabolic syndrome and comorbid background in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. By chemical modification of polygalacturonic acid with anti-TB drugs isoniazid, ethambutol and rifampicin, the macromolecular system Biomayrin was obtained.
