\ABSTRACT
In this article, the principles of spiritual and educational activity are considered as a set of requirements and rules that
guide educators in educational institutions, and it is determined by the tasks of educating a well-rounded person, and
universal education is correct. based on the doctrine of " and the achievements of scientific and pedagogical
education, reflecting its laws, observing these principles, develops the quality indicators of spiritual-educational
activity and increases its effectiveness. Based on the existing theories of world and national pedagogy, the principles
of preparing future teachers for spiritual and educational activities are classified.

INTRODUCTION
The worldview of a person who has formed the
concepts of spirituality and enlightenment changes,
and the content of his activity is to raise the spiritual
maturity of the people, develop national spirituality,
develop national enlightenment, and enjoy the
product of the thinking of the peoples of the world,
education in the country. considers tasks such as
making the spiritual and educational environment
more healthy as the main content of its activity.
Activity "... is an internal (psychic) and external
(physical) activity in which one or another action of a
person is understood, and this action is aimed at a

satisfying the needs of a person.
The concepts of "spirituality", "enlightenment" and
"activity" are inextricably linked and require each
other. Together, they form a whole concept of
"spiritual-educational activity". We present the
author's definition of "spiritual-educational activity"
consisting of three concepts from the point of view of
the following research object: "spiritual-educational
activity is the consciousness of learners in the process
of education - is a comprehensive, goal-oriented
process aimed at improving knowledge, culture, and
social qualities.
The principles of spiritual and educational activity are a
set of requirements and rules that guide educators in
educational institutions, and are determined by the
tasks of educating a well-rounded human being and
the universal education it reflects its laws based on the
achievements of teaching and scientific pedagogical
information [2, 132]. Adherence to these principles
develops quality indicators and increases the
effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities.
Based on the existing theories in world and national
pedagogy, we classify the principles as follows:

In the organization and implementation of spiritual and
educational activities, based on the ideological-political,
socio-economic and spiritual-cultural development of the

to connecting its activities with the country's development,
as well as basing itself on the achievements of science,
technology, culture, and art.

independence, play and
romance
The principle of voluntariness takes into account the
voluntariness of students, and in order not to tire and strain
them, it also implies taking into account no more than two
extracurricular
activities
organized
in
educational
institutions. Spiritual and educational activities organized in
educational institutions include circles, various sections,
clubs, etc. It is focused on choosing the students based on
their interest, desire, and ability, and ensuring that they are
free to do so.

approach to work in
terms of creativity,
It implies that it is necessary to organize spiritual and
educational activities based on the interests and initiatives
of students. Any event should be based on the independence

of students, the teacher should encourage them and develop
their activities. Then students develop initiative, interest,
and creative ability. They develop a sense of self-control.

for students and youth
Spiritual and educational activity is focused on the rules that
express the main requirements for the direction, content,
methods, organizational forms of education, and the mutual
relations of the participants of the education process.

coherence and
effectiveness of spiritual
and educational
activities
Effectiveness and effectiveness of spiritual-educational
activity is characterized by the fact that the activity is
carried out regularly, acquires a continuous character, and
becomes organic.

characteristics in the
organization of spiritual
and educational
activities
The tasks and contents of the events are suitable for the age
and level of preparation of the students, and they should not
have a negative impact on their health, outlook, spiritual and
moral potential, intellectual intelligence.

spiritual and educational
activity
Spiritual and educational activities should develop personal,
professional and creative activities of students, complement
each other and be reflected in practical results.
Although the above principles cover all aspects of
spiritual-educational activity, from the point of view of
the object of our research, they are connected with the
practical direction of spiritual-educational activity in
students. Taking this into account, the 7th principle
shown in the table was recommended. Spiritual and
educational activity based on the mentioned principles
serves the professional, personal and moral
development of students and their formation as future
teachers.
Spiritual-educational activity represents the essence of
a person as a socio-cultural being, encourages him to
rise, strengthens his conscience, faith, belief,
worldview,
ideological
potential,
awareness,
promotion of national and universal values, society it is
the process of forming and developing spiritual and
moral potential in accordance with its goals and tasks.
Spiritual and educational activity is not studied as a
single science, but is studied in connection with
interdisciplinary integration and community life. The
problems related to this activity are studied at various

levels in disciplines such as ethics, cultural studies,
philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, and aesthetics
from a theoretical and practical point of view.
In the preparation of future teachers for spiritual and
educational activities, students should know the
activities of the Republican Center for Spirituality and
Enlightenment, which is directly responsible for this
field, the functions and structure of the center, in their
future activities. In using the primary sources of
information, it is necessary to use the center's Internet
pages and publications belonging to the center. The
spiritual and educational activity of the future teacher
is not limited to the school, but involves cooperation
with all state bodies and non-governmental
organizations. In this case, it requires students to be
organized, to communicate formally, to act on the
basis of legal and regulatory documents, and to master
the rules of official etiquette. It is also necessary to
develop the skill of coordinating spiritual and
educational
work
within
the
framework
of
cooperation.
CONCLUSION
In everyday life, students should be directed to gain
knowledge, skills and experience in studying the
nature of harmful ideas and spiritual threats that are
against our national interests and our way of life and
their impact on different layers of the population. Also:
−
effective fight against activities that have
a negative impact on the minds of the youth of the
society, aimed at ideologically depending on them, and
the content, means, and methods of educating and
educating a generation that is willing, selfless, patriotic
and has its own independent opinion. mastery;
−
to have knowledge, skills and initial
experience in conveying to the general public the
priority directions of state policy, the essence of
reforms, the importance of adopted legal documents
and state programs in pedagogical activity;
−
students should know and be able to use
effective and effective propaganda technologies and
methods of spiritual and educational activities;
−
to know foreign experiences on the
implementation
of
spiritual-educational
and
educational work in professional activities and apply
their elements based on national conditions;
−
to have the ability to thoroughly analyze
and evaluate today's ideological processes from a
scientific and practical point of view;
−
to be able to effectively use scientifically-
based educational technologies and experiences to
monitor
spiritual-educational
and
educational
activities, to eliminate problems identified in their
activities;
−
to be regularly acquainted with the
fundamental, applied and innovative research
conducted in the field of spiritual education, social and
humanitarian sciences in the republic, and to observe
their application in practice, and to have the ability to
make decisions regarding their application to their
activities should be.
