INTRODUCTION

It is known that the level of development of society is
determined by the quality of education provided to the
younger generation. In the modern world, education
plays an important role both in the life of students and
in the life of any person. We can say that the high-
quality organization of independent education in
higher educational institutions today interests

researchers more than ever, and various research
projects are being carried out in this direction.
Organizing independent learning for students using
mobile learning systems is one of the important
methods in this direction.

Mobile learning continues to evolve and become more
popular. This is due to several factors, such as
increasing access to mobile devices, improving the
quality of mobile devices, and the development of
augmented reality and virtual reality technologies.
According to the World Bank, in 2023, 66.5% of the
world's population had access to mobile internet. This
means that more and more people are able to use
mobile devices for learning. Mobile devices are
becoming more powerful and functional. This allows
you to create more complex and interactive learning
materials.

Today, mobile learning is used in various educational
institutions,

including

schools,

colleges

and

universities. It is also used in corporate training and
professional development.

Some of the most common trends in the development
of mobile learning can be identified: personalization of
learning, gamification, use of artificial intelligence and
machine learning. Mobile learning allows students to
learn at their own pace and according to their
individual needs. Using game elements in mobile apps
can make learning more fun and motivating. Mobile
learning can be used to personalize learning, provide
feedback, and identify learning problems.

RESULTS & DISCUSSION

Mobile learning has the potential to transform
education. It can make education more accessible,
effective and fun.

Scientists actively involved in mobile learning research
work in various fields, such as educational technology,
learning psychology, and artificial intelligence. In the
field of educational technology, scientists are studying
how mobile devices can be used to improve education.

They explore topics such as mobile app design, the
effectiveness of mobile learning, and the impact of
mobile learning on students. In the field of learning
psychology, scientists study how people learn using
mobile devices. They explore topics such as student
motivation, the effectiveness of various teaching
methods, and the effects of mobile learning on
memory and attention. Scientists are also using
artificial intelligence and machine learning to
personalize mobile learning. They are developing
systems that can track students' progress and provide
them with personalized feedback.

Scientists and researchers are working to make mobile
learning more effective and accessible. Their research
will help us better understand how mobile devices can
be used to improve education.

Mobile learning has a number of advantages for
university students and teachers, such as accessibility,
flexibility, individualization, and interactivity. Mobile
devices are becoming more accessible and more
students have them. This means that mobile learning
can make education more accessible to all students,
regardless of their financial status or location. Mobile
learning allows students to learn at their own pace and
according to their individual needs. This can be
especially helpful for students with disabilities or other
needs. And mobile learning can be personalized
according to the individual needs and interests of
students. This can help students better understand the
material and achieve their educational goals. And
mobile learning can be more interactive than
traditional learning methods. This can make learning
more fun and motivating for students.

The use of mobile learning systems allows teachers to
open up new teaching opportunities. Mobile learning

can provide educators with new opportunities to teach
and interact with students. Allows teachers to improve
interaction with students. Mobile learning can help
educators better understand the needs and interests
of their students. This can lead to more effective
learning. Mobile learning can help improve the quality
of education by making it more accessible, effective
and fun.

Here are some specific examples of how mobile
learning is being used in universities:

• Mobile applications for learning. Mobile applications

can be used to allow students to access course
materials, complete assignments, participate in
discussions, etc.

• Mobile devices for classroom learning. Mobile

devices can be used by teachers to demonstrate
materials, conduct surveys, etc.

• Mobile devices for distance learning. Mobile devices

can be used to provide students with access to learning
materials and support distance learning.

Mobile applications can be used to provide students
with access to learning materials, completing
assignments, participating in discussions, etc. Mobile
applications for teaching programming can include the
following features: video tutorials, interactive
exercises, coding assignments, feedback.

Mobile apps for learning to code can be an effective
way to ensure students have access to learning
materials anytime, anywhere. They can also be used to
personalize learning and provide feedback to students.

Mobile devices can be used by teachers to
demonstrate materials, conduct surveys, etc. In the

context of teaching programming, mobile devices can
be used for the following purposes such as
demonstrating code, conducting practical exercises,
and conducting surveys.

Mobile devices in the classroom can make learning to
code more interactive and fun. They can also help
teachers better understand the needs and interests of
their students.

There are many popular programs that are used to
teach programming through mobile learning. We will
look at some of them.

SoloLearn is a mobile app that offers courses in a
variety of programming languages, including Python,
Java, JavaScript, and C#. The application includes video
tutorials, interactive exercises, as well as the ability to
complete tasks and receive feedback.

Codecademy is another popular mobile app for
learning to code. It offers courses in various
programming languages, as well as web development,
mobile development, and other areas. The application
includes video tutorials, interactive exercises, as well as
the ability to complete tasks and receive feedback.

Udemy is an online learning platform that offers a wide
range of programming courses. Many of these courses
are available in app format for mobile devices.

Coursera is another online learning platform that
offers a wide range of programming courses. Many of
these courses are available in app format for mobile
devices.

Khan Academy is a free online platform that offers a
wide range of courses in a variety of subjects, including
programming. The Khan Academy mobile app includes

CONCLUSIONS

Mobile programs that offer a wide range of features
and functionality that can be useful for students
learning programming. They can provide students with
access to learning materials anytime, anywhere, as well
as the ability to personalize learning and receive
feedback.

Overall, mobile learning can be an effective way to
improve programming teaching in universities.
However, it is important to use it in combination with
other teaching methods to ensure students get the
best results.
