INTRODUCTION
Improving the quality of education remains one of the
urgent tasks of modern pedagogy. From this point of
view, today's schools are becoming increasingly
stratified, specialized, and private. In particular,
today's student is studying in general education
schools, presidential schools, specialized schools,
creative schools. Specialized schools specialize in exact
sciences, natural sciences, and social sciences, while
creative schools select students based on their interest
in literature, art, painting, and music.
The proposal to establish presidential schools was
announced on November 16, 2018, at a meeting held in
the city of Nukus within the framework of the visit of
the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat
Mirziyoyev to the Republic of Karakalpakstan [1]. The
following activities were carried out in order to
establish these schools:
- Decision "On measures to establish presidential
schools" [2];
- "Regulation on Presidential Schools" [3];
- Presidential decree "On the establishment of the
Agency for the Development of Presidential, Creative
and Specialized Schools under the Cabinet of Ministers
of the Republic of Uzbekistan" [4];

- In accordance with the decree signed by the
President in 2021, the name of the agency was changed
to "Presidential Educational Institutions Agency" [5].
In 2019, the first Presidential schools started their
activities in the cities of Tashkent, Nukus, Namangan
and Khiva. The 2020 presidential school entrance
exams have been postponed until next year due to the
COVID-19 pandemic.
Students who have completed the 4th grade are
admitted to presidential schools [6]. To apply to
presidential schools, applicants must have completed
the previous academic year of STEAM subjects with
honors in math and science. In addition, the school
attended by the applicant students must belong to the
area where the Presidential School is located.
The annual admission quota of each individual
Presidential School is for 5th grade
It consists of 24 students, who are then divided into
two equal classes - 12 students each.
In the national education system, specialized schools
under the Presidential schools have started their
activities from the 2022-2023 academic year. Pupils are
admitted to Presidential schools on the basis of the
highest score, after that, pupils are admitted to
specialized Presidential schools based on the results of
further study and tests. The activities of these schools
are coordinated by the Agency of Specialized
Educational Institutions. Due to the implementation of
a teaching system based on individual education in
specialized creative schools, schoolchildren are
becoming international grand prize winners.
LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY
Students who failed to pass the exams of specialized
creative schools continue to study in general schools.
There is an increasing need to organize the educational
process based on an individual approach to creating a
quality educational environment in general education
schools. The integration of education and production is
achieved as a result of an individual approach.
In creating an individual educational environment, a
personal portfolio of each student is formed as a result
of the diagnostic work carried out by the head of the
class, psychologist, science teachers and the school
team. During the diagnostic process, the students'
level of knowledge, interest, and social status are
determined based on interview, question-answer,
observation,
and
analysis-synthesis
methods.
According to the diagnostic results, groups of active
learners, idle learners and intermediate learners are
formed.
Students who are not able to learn in the course of the
lesson are discussed in a group, and face a situation
related to irresponsibility and not justifying trust to
their parents, which causes psychological attacks in the
student. In such processes, the student cools off from
the lesson, does not master the subject, decreases
interest in studying, and increases interest in other
negative vices. In the analysis of public opinion,
disrespect for the personality of the student,
discussion of his negative vices and shortcomings in
front of the community is shown as one of the reasons
that caused suicide.
Individual education is an innovative method of
teaching, in which each student participates in lessons
according to a specially designed curriculum. During
the lesson, they participate in the learning process with

their classmates, but during the day they mostly work
alone to complete their tasks.
In each lesson, they have different tasks and
personalized learning programs in each lesson, the
teacher does not teach, but offers guidance for each
student's personal development.
RESULTS
Individual education primarily serves to raise the value
of the student's personality. Individual education
serves to increase the student's self-confidence, to
increase his interest and passion for knowledge, and to
form the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in
everyday life. An individual approach helps to organize
an educational environment and educational process
that is convenient for the student.
A student's inability to master subjects in the course of
the lesson, inability to accept the information given by
the teacher, or inability to understand the topics in the
textbook, has a great impact on his mental world. It is
formed as a result of ensuring the value of a person in
society, respecting the individuality of the student
during the direct education process, supporting the
student's interests, and not discussing the student's
shortcomings in a group.
All the reforms carried out by the head of state for the
sake of human dignity and benefit are causing the
formation of the idea that the educational process,
organization of education, educational efficiency and
opportunities are for the student. The individual
education approach has been raised to the level of
state policy and serves to develop human dignity and
human capital. As a result of the diagnosis of the school
student, the causes of students' idle learning are
identified and the following actions are recommended
in order to increase the possibility of their active
learning and the ability to apply the acquired
knowledge in their daily life:
development of the student's personal activity
schedule and personal work plan by specialists;
creation of the student's personal activity schedule
and personal work plan taking into account the
interests and physiological and mental state of the
students;
conducting individual conversations with free-flowing
students;
Conducting individual conversations in the style of
pedagogic employee coaching and motivator style.
DISCUSSION
The use of the "Coaching" method in creating an
individual educational environment is effective.
"Coaching" methodology determines the goal and
optimal ways to achieve it; increases the student's
independence and responsibility; being satisfied with
one's work; finding new ways of effective cooperation;
quickly find an important solution in difficult situations;
alignment of individual goals with the goals of the
educational institution; enrich your lifestyle; open new
opportunities; enrich life with new productive personal
relationships and help others [7].
Coaching means "to train" in English. And in education,
it means a continuous process that creates an
opportunity for the effective activity of the teacher
and the student. Coaching is providing individual
consultation to a student to achieve an important
educational goal, unlocking his inner potential, forming
and developing the necessary abilities and skills, and

mastering advanced strategies for obtaining results.
The goal of coaching is not to teach something, but to
create conditions for self-education so that the student
acquires the necessary knowledge and experience.
This methodology is designed to understand the tasks
and needs of students for their professional and
personal growth, and to expand their opportunities. It
is aimed at implementing plans in various areas of life,
such
as
education,
business,
interpersonal
relationships, family, and physical health [8].
Another key goal of coaching is to teach students how
to think and think in new ways. First, it is necessary to
establish a relationship of trust. He asks his teacher
questions, hears his ideas, sees his achievements and
talks about them. Second, if he has to help, the teacher
always asks: "What do you expect from our
conversation?" and tries to help the student realize his
plans. If the student's thoughts made him suspicious,
he almost never asks without criticism: "What could
happen if ...?", "Have you thought about the
consequences of this way of his?". As a result, the
student works on improving his plan.
By using coaching, students achieve their goals very
quickly, in the most efficient way and with satisfaction.
The advantages of coaching are that it is bulletproof.
Improves the efficiency of uv activities, develops
students in all aspects and educates them in the best
ways and methods. Coaching involves rapid learning,
which in turn: brings joy and satisfaction; the
interaction in the team improves; quality of life and
learning environment improves; the teacher will have a
lot of free time; many creative ideas appear; human
resources and skills are used well; unlocks the
previously undiscovered talent of students, etc. [9].
In our opinion, coaching is a special form of education,
based on the desire to develop the student's
individuality
(knowledge,
understanding,
responsibility, work on oneself, self-control), personal
development and professional activity of the student,
i.e. the teacher is the creative partner of the student.
CONCLUSION
The main responsibility for creating an individual
educational environment is assigned to the head of the
class and the school psychologist. The head of the class
and the school psychologist should cooperate with the
student's parents. In the individual educational
environment, the student's shortcomings are not
discussed in a group, but as a result of analyzing the
student's interests and abilities individually, the
student's ability to learn and the exchange of ideas
with the student's parents about the student's interest
in learning. and can lead to more positive results than
discussing vices.
In the course of the individual approach, the
relationship between the student and the teacher,
based on the coaching methodology, should focus on
the students' pursuit of their goals and increase their
confidence in their own internal capabilities and level
of knowledge. In the process of individual work with
the student, modern skills are formed in the student on
the basis of determining which areas the student is
capable of and directing his interests correctly.
In general education schools, based on an individual
approach, the student enters higher education based
on the monitoring of the scores of the certificate of
mastery of the school during the school graduation
process, increases the student's interest in taking the
next stage of education, and sets new goals. serves as

motivation. At the same time, the training of additional
vocational skills to students based on an individual
approach is the production of free mastering students
or students who do not have the opportunity to
continue the educational process in a higher education
institution. provides an opportunity to study at an
educational institution related to the field, that is, to
continue education. On the basis of these results, it is
possible to improve the quality and efficiency of
education in general education schools by directing
idle learning students to additional professions and
deepening of subjects for active students.
