ABSTRACT
This article reveals the essence of the concept of competence. Ways to pedagogically develop professional
competence of learners are shown. The content of the set of competencies, which determines the level of
development of pedagogical competence that can be acquired for future teachers, is highlighted

INTRODUCTION
Development of the field of education in our country at
the level of international standards, retraining of
leaders and pedagogues who implement it based on
modern requirements, reform of the system of their
qualification has become one of the priorities of the
state education policy.
In the decrees and decisions of the President
Sh.M.Mirziyoyev, great demands are placed on the
competence of today's leaders: knowledge of foreign
languages, ability to use innovative and information
and communication technologies effectively, leaders
go to the people, not to official leaders, to be in
harmony with the people. and live with their pain and
decide the criterion of justice on this basis, etc.
During the following years, important work was carried
out to further improve the quality, content, form and
technologies of all links of the education system, in
particular,
the
retraining
and
professional
development of managers and pedagogues of higher
educational institutions. Because the socio-economic
development of the society is a leader who always
strives for innovation, to improve his professional

practices, and is able to protect the interests of the
nation, the people, and his community in every way. -
depends on the teaching staff.
The current goals of training future drawing teachers
in higher educational institutions imply a serious
change in the content and structure of graduate
graphic education. These goals are aimed at the social
introduction of the social order of the society, training
of personnel who meet the requirements of drawing
teachers of today's schools. Especially in the conditions
of the current development of science and technology,
the problem of creating a comprehensive system of
training future drawing teachers in higher pedagogic
educational institutions is gaining special relevance.
The problem of leadership competence has been
studied
by
pedagogues,
psychologists,
methodologists, political scientists, sociologists,
philosophers, linguists and other scientists of the
world level, not only in our country, but also in the
world. Accordingly, research scientists interpret
leadership competence differently in terms of form
and content.
According to B. D. Elkonin: "Competence means
inculcating knowledge, suitability for the profession,
competence, experience, and responsibility into
leadership activities. It means to be a master of one's
field, to know the secrets of one's field in every way."
Many pedagogues, psychologists, sociologists of our
republic have been tirelessly researching the level of
competence
of
the
leading
personnel,
the
requirements for it, the problems of their management
skills and culture, and significant results have been
achieved in this regard. Their research work on the
topic forms the theoretical and methodological basis
of our project work.
From the above sources, it was concluded that a
leader's competence is not only his theoretical-
methodological knowledge and practical skills, but also
how he applies strategy, motivation, feelings and
attitudes, as well as solving complex issues that require
a whole system management mechanism. also related
to achievement skills. So, in our opinion, competence
is the integration of professional knowledge, skills,
competences, as well as personal qualities and
qualities of the owner of this field.
The process of development of graphic competence of
teachers of engineering graphics education is based on
a systematic and active approach. The role of
inventiveness in his creative activity, that is, in the
experience of creatively using his skills and
qualifications in graphic activity, is incomparable. The
inventor's creative design-constructive activity serves
as the basis for the construction of logical content.
The activity of the constructor is divided into the
following stages:
1. The concept of creating an object is a construction
stage in the design, in which the initial model of the
object is made mentally or with text, graphical means
or experimentally; the result of this will be the basis for
the construction of the technical device and the
development of the technological method.
2. Construction is a design phase, in which the
expression of content is determined by the technical
details of the product. This is a creative engineering
task in the field of technology.

Synthesis is the creative combination of design ideas in
technical devices and the technology of preparing the
product for practical use.
When
explaining
the
terms
"design"
and
"construction", it is appropriate to consider them
together and not to separate one concept from the
other. In fact, the term "construction" means to build,
and "design" means to create a project, an idea, and
construction
includes
planning.
Design
and
construction activities should be taken into account
when creating technical devices in construction
activities.
Analyzing the above, design and construction can be
considered a creative-complex and interdependent
process. Design is a form of engineering activity, which
is related to the development of a project for the
preparation of a structure, and construction is the
design phase, which includes the creation of
construction
options, calculations, step-by-step
operations takes
Analysis of the process of development of graphic
competence of engineering graphics education
teachers is the basis of our research work.
Based on the above, in order to improve the quality and
effectiveness of training of engineering graphics
teachers, we have determined that one of the main
tasks of our research is to pay attention to the
systematization and consistency of the state
educational standards, curriculum and programs.
Accordingly, based on the general essence of the
chosen field of study as an object of scientific research,
an idea of the aspects that need to be paid attention to
in the development of graphic competence of students
is clarified.
