methods of teaching and training" is included in the list
of pedagogical obligations.[1]

Today, the use of information and communication
technologies in all spheres is the demand of the times,
and this is giving its result in facilitating activities in all
spheres. Also, its capabilities serve as an important tool
for effective, high-quality solutions to problems in
many social spheres of human development, especially
in spiritual and educational spheres.

The use of information, communication and
pedagogical technologies in education, opening the
door to new opportunities for teaching staff in their
subject, increasing the effectiveness of teaching,
increasing intellectual level and pedagogical influence,
self- learning, self-regulation, continuous work on
oneself, formation of research skills and helps to solve
pedagogical problems.

Informatization,

modernization

of

education,

introduction and implementation of innovative
approaches in music education, provides the theory
and practice of using modern information technologies
in the field of music pedagogy.

Informatization means an active process of
introduction of computer technologies and new
information technologies into various spheres of
production, education, social and personal life of
people. Informatization has significantly changed the
process of acquiring knowledge. New educational
technologies

based

on

information

and

communication make the learning process more
intense,

increase

the

speed

of

perception,

understanding and, most importantly, increase the
depth of mastering a large amount of knowledge. [3.]
The use of information technologies, in particular, in

the effective organization of music education, makes it
possible to turn it into a lesson of art and creativity in a
broad sense. In this case, music makes it possible to
achieve the intended goal of education and formation
of musical knowledge and skills even in children who
are gifted and have no musical education.

LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY

There are different interpretations of the concept of
information technology in the scientific literature.
Including: Russian pedagogue I.G. Zakharova,
"Information technology" is a system of scientific and
engineering knowledge, as well as methods and tools
used to create, collect, transfer, store and process
information in the field of science, and information
technology in education is the use of special methods
Pedagogical technology is defined as a software and
technical tool for working with information [2. p. 44].

Information technologies are an integral part of the
process of teaching music and related subjects. The
use of the possibilities of information technologies
allows to increase the effectiveness of learning and
mastering in the teaching of music, among other
subjects. The development of computer technologies
in the field of music is a promising, urgent and objective
necessity. Systematic use of information and computer
technologies gives students, teachers and researchers
the opportunity to more effectively allocate time and
realize their creative potential.

Pedagogical goals of using information technologies
are as follows: formation of information culture,
development of personality, i.e. development of
thinking, aesthetic education, development of
experimental research skills. In fulfilling the social
order: educating the user in general information

(called "computer literacy"), training a specialist in any
field; to increase the efficiency and quality of teaching,
to provide motivation for knowledge activities, to
activate the educational process, which involves the
deepening of interdisciplinary relations, through the
integration of information and teaching of subjects,
etc. [paragraph 3.3.].

Increasing computer literacy among students through
various programs, more active assimilation and
application of information technologies in professional
activities is the demand of the times.

The main goal of using information and communication
technologies in music education is to activate the
knowledge and creative abilities of students.

The use of information and communication
technologies in the education of children through
music education also solves a number of important
problems:

-

increase students' motivation to learn;

-

development of students' interest in independent
creative activity; activation of students' creative
potential;

-

increasing students' interest in music culture;

-

enriching the methodological possibilities of
organizing

cooperative

activities

between

teachers and students, giving them a modern level.

The use of information and communication
technologies in the process of musical education
and upbringing of students:

-

first of all, it stimulates interest in science,
development of thinking, perception and memory;

-

makes learning material easier to understand;
expand the conceptual scope of the musical topics
covered;

-

helps to improve learning material.

The use of information and communication
technologies in music education helps to form the skills
of active perception of music, enriches the musical
experience of children, instills knowledge in them, and
in general is an important condition for enriching the
musical culture of students.

The use of new information technologies in music
education helps to optimize the means, forms and
methods of music education, to find reasonable
solutions to specific educational problems, to choose
appropriate ways to improve the educational process,
and to eliminate a number of difficulties that arise in
lessons and training. It makes it possible to turn music
lessons into a creative lesson by covering its specific
aspects. In a broad sense, information technology is
the same field for music lessons.

In recent years, the term "information technology" has
often become synonymous with the term "computer
technology". Most of the technical tools used in the
educational process are related to the use of
computers.

However,

the

term

"information

technology" is much broader and includes "computer
technology" as a component.

When it comes to the educational system, educational
process, informatization, its advantages, this is directly
related to the professional training of teachers and
pedagogues,

general

knowledge,

skills

and

qualifications acquired as specialists and pedagogues.

Taking into account the demands placed on teachers,
especially musician-pedagogues, on the organization
of classes, and taking into account the general analysis
of their competencies, some students have obvious
shortcomings related to the demands placed on

modern teachers. is being thrown. This is manifested in
the preparation for seminars and practical training, as
well as in the performance of independent educational
tasks. Here, it should be noted that the assignments
are aimed at the formation and development of
modern music education teachers.

It is impossible to achieve the quality of education,
modern classes, and educational goals provided for in
the subject, subject, without solving the existing
problems of learners. These are problems related to
insufficient formation and development of knowledge,
skills and competencies related to computer literacy
among students. Such problems become an obstacle in
improving the quality of music education in fulfilling
the goals and tasks of music education.

Organizing modern classes in the educational system,
especially in the pedagogical field, is one of the urgent
issues. It means that the future teachers of music
education need to master the specialized subjects,
improve their pedagogical skills, and increase the level
of working with a computer. At a glance, it can be seen
that all students have a high level of use of modern
technical tools and technologies.

However, it is necessary to form, educate and develop
the skills and abilities of students to use Internet sites
and various computer programs, to search for the
necessary information, to work on themselves, to find
and process information. After all, it is the demand of
the time to improve computer literacy, theoretical and
practical mastering of information technologies, and
the ability to use them in professional activities among
future music education teachers.

It

is

necessary

to

follow

the

following

recommendations in forming and developing the skills

of using computer technologies in students, as well as
in considering modern classes as a requirement and
forming an understanding:

First of all, - regardless of what lesson the students
have, at the beginning of the lesson, in the
organizational part of the lesson project, about the
news, changes in the education system in our country
and society, and the modern demands placed on the
educational process. It is necessary to regularly
familiarize yourself with the Decrees and Decisions of
the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the
education system, to know the Pedagogical
obligations and tasks specified in the Law on
Education. In addition to getting acquainted with the
content of these issued Decrees and Decisions, the
need for computer literacy and the use of innovative
technologies will be increased by understanding the
required approach to the educational system and
pedagogical activities;

- the role and importance of innovative pedagogical
and technical technologies in the teaching process in
the context of the fundamental reforms taking place in
the education system, the informatization of
education, the advantage of computer technologies in
this, the use of interactive methods in education are
urgent issues. The student should understand this.
After all, in society, a pedagogue is considered a person
who ensures the direct execution of Decrees and
Decisions related to the educational system of
personnel. The fact that our personnel are ready for
this means that they must keep pace with the times;

- in the process of mastering subjects, in various forms
of training, in particular, in practical training and
independent educational tasks, by directing students
to more independently perform tasks that must be

preparing for the lesson. These methods and tasks
increase students' need for computer literacy.

ANALYSIS AND RESULTS

In the preparation of future music education teachers
for professional activities, it is recommended to use
the following programs to develop creativity in
innovative approaches to music education: publishing
systems, databases, spreadsheets, computer graphics,
music editors, programming, creators of multimedia
animation applications. the use of programs is
intended.

Publishing systems (WinWord, PageMaker, Express
Publisher, etc.) - information and educational
technology for organizing journalistic and publishing
activities of schoolchildren, including publishing
design, literary creativity, text typing and editing, its
illustration and artistic design, layout modeling.

Databases (dBase, Access, FoxPro, Works, etc.) - a
service for creating information storage systems in
various disciplines based on data systematization and
research, automation of data search and sorting
processes according to given criteria does.

Spreadsheets (Excel, SuperCalc, Framework, etc.) is a
computer technology that provides students with
tools for mathematical modeling of events (processes)

based on automatic recalculation of all data related to
graphic representation of information and formula
relationships.

Graphic editors (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop,
Paint, AutoCAD, etc.) serve as technology for students
to perform artistic computer graphics, animation,
geometric modeling and design work.

Music editors (Cakewalk Pro, Sibelius, Studio, Sound
Forge Rebirth, Audio, etc.), "music theory",
"harmony", "polyphony", "note editing", It allows to
strengthen, develop and improve skills from
"solfeggio", "instrument performance" and other
specialized disciplines.

Multimedia technologies (PowerPoint, FrontPage,
etc.) are based on the synthesis of various media (text,
sound, graphics, animation, video) and provide several
channels of information perception. The need for
students to create hyperlinks encourages making
logical connections between concepts.

The use of multimedia tools, in particular, on the basis
of the PowerPoint program, the perfect formation and
presentation of one-hour music lessons based on the
lesson plan, the diversity of music lessons and
activities, the provision of a lot of information on the
topic in a short time, and the study of melodies, gives
an opportunity to sing, listen, as well as musically and
conceptually analyze the artistic content. In addition,
listening to music or a video repeatedly arouses the
desire to hear, learn, see and listen, it is interesting, it
helps to remember the piece of music offered for
listening for a long time, and visual perception of the
studied objects. allows to achieve. It leads to faster and
deeper understanding of the presented material.

Music classes are organized based on types of
activities: There are five types of activities in music, and
three types of activities: listening to music, singing as a
group, and musical literacy are considered important in
lessons. This is the uniqueness of music lessons. Each
type of activity has its own requirements for
organization. Effective use of multimedia tools is a
requirement of today's music education.

In musical literacy: division of notes, dynamic signs,
alteration signs, measure, tempo, tonalities in the
theoretical mastery of musical genres, musical
instruments, in distinguishing from each other and
showing their characteristics, with composers It is
important to introduce and study their creativity based
on pedagogical technologies.

To improve the quality of music education by listening
to video and audio recordings of examples of musical
works when teaching solo and choral songs, orchestral
and ensemble performances taught in group singing.
serves. Between these video and audio recordings,
students will get acquainted with the original
performance of musical works performed by
professional performers (singers and musicians).

In the activity of listening to music, it is important to
listen to the works given in the school repertoire and
analyze their musical and artistic-ideal content.
Students are educated through the ideological content
of each song given to listen to music and laugh as a
team. (Ethical education, hygienic education, artistic -
aesthetic education, ecological education, physical
education, cocktail education, etc.).

The most important thing in singing as a group and
listening to music is that the live performance of music
by the teacher in terms of voice and instrument affects

the students more. However, listening to samples of
professional performances of orchestra, ensemble,
choir, or music in another language serves as spiritual
nourishment in the formation and development of
students' musical taste and needs, and in enriching
their artistic thinking. In this case, the use of
multimedia tools and the use of activities in music
lessons make it possible to achieve the goal and result
more easily, qualitatively and in a short period of time.
Such examples show the advantages of using
multimedia tools in music education.

It is worth noting that when using the video fragments
in the presentation, taking into account the short time
allotted for music lessons, it should be kept as short as
possible to give students an opportunity to express
their opinions. That is, the video should be
accompanied by a series of developmental questions
that encourage students to discuss the topic of the
video, discuss it with each other, and interpret what
the content of the video is about.

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

In conclusion, an important aspect of forming the skills
of using information and communication technologies
in preparing students for professional activities is that
it gives many positive results in improving the quality
of music education, meeting modern requirements,
and increasing the interest and activity of the student
div, as well as musical informatization of education
expands the possibility of improving students'
theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and
qualifications. It creates interesting, colorful, modern
lessons for students, serves as a convenient tool for
the teacher to achieve the educational goal and result,
as well as to demonstrate his skills, and most
importantly, to organize modern lessons in music
