teachers, that is, the educational environment in the
educational institution plays an important role.
Since the beginning of mankind in the world, people
have been engaged in the education of children in one
way or another. In any case, the methods of education
continued to be used. As a result of the passage of time
and the complexity of life, they have acquired a deeper
and broader meaning. Educating means not only taking
someone to a special room and giving advice, but also
during the game, during housework, during education
and teaching, and comparing life and life lessons. it is
necessary to understand and know how to explain,
besides, the habit of setting a personal example [2].
These factors should be combined with each other.
According to Professor S.T. Turgunov, a person can be
educated and brought up in two ways: by direct
influence of someone, i.e. teaching, as well as by
reading the thoughts, teachings and works of the wise.
; a person draws conclusions from his thinking,
people's behavior, what he has done and is doing; can
be educated and educated through the most powerful
means of thinking.
Abdulla Avlaniy said "Education is a matter of life or
death for us, or salvation or destruction, or happiness
or disaster" [3]. This idea is now of particular
importance in the organization and management of
the educational process in educational institutions.
Education is an important process in the formation and
development of personal qualities, and it is a necessary
activity that ensures that the social experience of one
generation is assimilated by the next generations and
that they join the social life. Education is a pedagogical
concept that has historically been formed in
connection with the formation of personal qualities as
a criterion of human education. With its help, science
and practice prove the influence of the external
environment on the development of personal qualities
of a person. A person relies on someone's experience
in life throughout his life and forms and develops his
personal qualities based on it. He joins social life only
as an inheritor of the past and acquires personal
qualities [4].
Emphasis is placed on the use of active teaching
methods to involve elementary school students in the
learning process in foreign experiences. These
approaches
include
project-based
learning,
cooperative learning, and inquiry-based learning that
encourage engagement, critical thinking, and problem-
solving skills in elementary students. By actively
involving students in the learning process, a positive
attitude towards the lesson is cultivated [5].
