and methods can help future teachers develop their
speech culture and, ultimately, improve the quality of
education for children.
Cultural and correct speech play a crucial role in the
professional activities of future primary school
teachers. They are not only a model for their students,
but also carry out the educational process through
communication. In this article we will consider
experienced pedagogical practices that help in
improving the speech culture of future primary school
teachers. The culture of speech plays an important role
in the professional activities of primary school
teachers. It influences the perception of information
by students, provides an understanding of educational
material, and also creates a comfortable educational
environment. In this article, we will look at how
experienced pedagogical practices contribute to
improving the speech culture of future primary school
teachers.
The culture of speech is the ability to express your
thoughts and ideas competently, clearly and
eloquently. It includes the correct pronunciation of
words, a rich vocabulary, the ability to build logical and
coherent statements, as well as respect for the
interlocutor. Primary school teachers should not only
teach children reading, writing and mathematics, but
also develop their speech, because the culture of
communication plays an important role in the success
of students. One of the first steps to improve the
culture of speech is the development of articulation
skills. Primary school teachers can use various games
and exercises to train articulation in children. For
example, games with a mirror, where children observe
their pronunciation of sounds, can help them become
more attentive to the details of pronunciation.
Experienced teachers can use books, stories and word
games to expand the vocabulary of children. Words are
a tool for expressing thoughts, and the more words a
child knows, the easier it will be for him to do it.
Teachers can teach interesting lessons about new
words, learn synonyms and antonyms, and show how
to use words correctly in context. The method of
learning through samples can be very effective in the
development of speech culture. Teachers can
demonstrate correct pronunciation, intonation and
manner of speech, and then ask children to repeat
after them. This method helps children not only to
learn by ear, but also to see and feel how to speak
correctly.
The culture of speech also includes the ability to
communicate effectively. Primary school teachers can
teach children respectful communication, attention to
the interlocutor, the ability to ask questions and
express their thoughts. Role-playing games and
discussions can help children develop these skills.
Modern technologies provide many resources for the
development of speech culture. Teachers can use
educational apps, video tutorials and audio materials
to teach children correct speech. Electronic resources
allow you to make learning more interactive and
exciting.
The culture of speech has a significant impact on the
pedagogical process. High-quality speech of the
teacher contributes to the ease and understanding of
the material by students. She also serves as an example
for children, helping them to form communication
skills. Therefore, future primary school teachers need
to work on improving their speech culture. One of the
most effective methods of improving the culture of
speech is modeling. Future teachers can observe
experienced teachers and learn from them. It is

Modeling allows you to see how to conduct a lesson
correctly, maintain the interest of students and
communicate effectively.
Introspection is an important part of improving the
culture of speech. Future teachers can record their
lessons and then analyze them. This allows you to
identify weak points, errors in speech and ways to
eliminate them. Regular introspection helps to
gradually improve the quality of your speech.
Cooperation with linguistic specialists can significantly
improve the speech culture of future teachers. Experts
can assess the level of language proficiency and offer
recommendations for its improvement. They can also
help develop linguistic correction skills, which is
important when working with children.
Professional trainings and seminars on improving the
culture of speech can be very useful for future
teachers. These events provide an opportunity to learn
from experts, share experiences with colleagues and
practice new skills. The improvement of the speech
culture of primary school teachers is directly reflected
in the educational process. Teachers with a high
culture of speech can better hold the attention of
children, transmit information more effectively and
contribute to the development of communication skills
among students.
In addition, a good culture of speech helps to create a
friendly atmosphere in the classroom, where students
feel comfortable and are ready to actively participate
in discussions and lessons.
The importance of speech culture in the profession of
a primary school teacher
Primary school teachers deal with children at an age
when the basis of language skills is being formed. This
period is critically important for the development of
skills and abilities in the field of speech. The primary
school teacher is a model for his students, and it is from
him that children learn not only knowledge, but also
the culture of speech. Correct and cultured speech
contributes to more effective communication, the
development of critical thinking and successful
socialization of children.
Experienced teaching practices
1. Regular trainings and seminars
One of the ways to improve the speech culture of
future primary school teachers is to participate in
regular trainings and seminars. Such events allow
teachers to gain new knowledge, share experience
with colleagues and discuss topical issues in the field of
speech development in children. Trainings may include
lessons in phonetics, articulation, speech structure and
other aspects necessary to improve the culture of
speech.
2. Modeling in the classroom
Primary school teachers can use the modeling method
to show their students an example of cultured and
correct speech. This method consists in the teacher
independently
demonstrating
the
correct
pronunciation of words, language structures and
communication skills. Children, watching the teacher,
can repeat it and thus learn correct speech.
3. A variety of teaching methods
Modern teaching methods include the use of a variety
of games, educational materials and technologies that

contribute to the development of speech in children.
Future primary school teachers can study and apply
such techniques to make lessons interesting and
productive.
4. Individual approach
Every child is unique, and primary school teachers
should take into account the individual characteristics
of speech development in each student. This individual
approach makes it possible to more effectively develop
strategies for improving the culture of speech for each
child.
Results and advantages of experienced teaching
practices
The introduction of experienced pedagogical practices
in improving the speech culture of future primary
school teachers brings many positive results:
1. Teachers become more competent in the field of
speech culture and can provide a high standard of
education for their students.
2. Children, learning from teachers with a developed
speech culture, more successfully develop their
language skills and interact more easily in society.
3. Teachers, learning new methods and approaches,
become more creative and able to adapt the
educational process to the different needs of their
students.
4. Experienced pedagogical practices contribute to the
improvement of professional self-esteem and the level
of satisfaction of teachers with their work.
Speech culture is a key element of education, especially
in elementary grades, where students are just
beginning to form their language skills. Primary school
teachers should not only have a good speech culture
themselves, but also contribute to its development in
their students. The purity, clarity and beauty of speech
contribute to the better assimilation of educational
material and the development of communication skills.
Experienced primary school teachers have a wealth of
experience in improving the speech culture of
students. It is important to emphasize that
experienced teachers can be excellent models for
future teachers. Below are some experienced teaching
practices that help develop the speech culture of
future primary school teachers:
Experienced teachers use real-life situations from
everyday life to explain complex concepts and
concepts. This method of teaching helps future
teachers to learn how to use a variety of language
techniques,
making
lessons
interesting
and
understandable for students.
Experienced teachers actively use feedback to help
future teachers improve their speech culture. This
includes an analysis of lessons and a joint discussion of
weaknesses and strengths in teaching. Such
discussions contribute to professional growth and
improve speech skills. Experienced teachers can offer
