INTRODUCTION

The field of pedagogy has always been a science that
forms the basis of child education and his growing up
as a perfect person, and in today's advanced age, it has
been gathering new terms and concepts. This means
that the demands and tasks placed on our young
people have increased even more. The fact that the
youth of the 21st century grow up to be inquisitive,
eager for knowledge, constantly searching for
themselves, and making good use of time is proof of
our opinion.

What is creativity? Why do we need creativity? Can
distance education students show creativity in
themselves? Finding answers to such complex
questions is one of the tasks of young pedagogues. It
can be said that distance education has become one of
the new miracles for the youth of our century. That's
why it was never seen before that a student could work
and learn without wasting his time. 21st century is the
age of information technologies, and in a time when
the Internet network is developed, isn't it proof that

we are a developed country to give such education to
young people? However, this form of study is not
effective for everyone. In order to learn science and
knowledge, someone performs tasks on time, while
others gain their own worldviews, others simply know
this form of education and don't participate in the class
process with various excuses. This will lead to a
revolution in the form of education.

Man interacts with the environment, nature, and
people to satisfy his needs. It changes them, directs
their activities. He orients himself, sets a goal for
himself, and tries to overcome the difficulties and
obstacles encountered in the pursuit of the goal in
accordance with social rules, environment, and
society's

requirements.

Actively

engages

in

communication with the material and spiritual world in
the implementation of goal-oriented conscious
activities. On the basis of needs, motives of activity and
internal motivations related to satisfying certain needs
appear in a person. A motive is a reason that directs a
person to his activity. A person strives for a specific
goal, performs a specific task, orients himself to
achieve its result.

Creativity comes from the Latin and English languages,
the translation from Latin is "to create", from English
"creator", "creative" is a concept that expresses the
ability of an individual to generate new ideas, increase
efficiency in work, and independent research.

Modern telecommunication information systems are
being created and operating to maintain the avalanche
rate of information flow.

As you can see, the rate and size of the growth of
science and information today is very different from
their situation 20-30 years ago.

The development of science is within the scope of
activities of highly educated specialists. Therefore, the
system of training highly educated specialists should
provide the opportunity to develop the skills of
mastering modern information flow, scientific
research skills, individual and independent work,
working with scientific and technical information and
educational and scientific literature. Secondly, the
avalanche development of modern science is ensured
by the emergence of new sciences at the junction of 2,
3 and more known sciences. For example: biophysics,
biochemistry, informatics, physicochemical mechanics
and many more other disciplines. A science tree will
appear. A new science, born from the connection of
known sciences, includes new scientific directions,
problems, topics and scientific issues. Talented
graduates of the higher school should solve these
issues.

Therefore, the personnel training system should
develop

the

ability

to

think

original

and

unconventional, and the skills of systematic and hard
work.

A student should be able to be surprised, be surprised,
only then he can surprise others with his creative work.

Thirdly, the avalanche-like development of science and
scientific and technical information, which grows with
this law, leads to an increase in the speed of
information transmission and processing, and
computer technology is the basis of it. It is impossible
to imagine the use of modern information systems
without individualization of education. Therefore, the
central core of the modern education system is the
individualization

of

education.

Therefore,

individualization of education, independent education,

development and mastering of distance education
system technologies have become an urgent issue.

Fourthly, a sharp increase in the type of engineering
solutions is a feature of scientific and technical
progress. Materials, technological processes, machine
structures are exchanged immediately. The degree of
automation of the management system increases and
the time of applying the results of scientific
achievements to production is shortened. For
example, 56 years passed between the invention of the
telephone and its use, 35 years for radio, 14 years for
television, 6 years for atomic energy, and 5 years for
the transistor. Currently, this term is usually less than 1
year.

Thus, it is necessary to direct the system of training
highly

educated

specialists,

their

production,

technique to the formation of flexibility to the
constantly changing conditions of technology. They
should have such characteristics as mobility of
knowledge, critical thinking, creativity and dexterity in
professional activities.

Fifthly, in the conditions of the acceleration of scientific
and technical development, it is necessary to
accelerate the training of specialists who meet its
growing requirements in higher schools, to fully use all
the capabilities of the human div and mind in
training. That is, it is necessary to speed up symbolic-
auditory

teaching.

This

means

methods

of

systematization and categorization of educational
material, computerization of teaching, use of
educational television, etc. in the process of teaching.

Sixth, each person is an individual by nature, that is, he
has only his own intelligence and ability to study and
learn. Therefore, the task of the modern education

system should be to take into account and develop the
individual abilities of the student. Several management
functions are performed during the management of
the

pedagogical

process:

diagnostic

function

(necessary to study the current state of the
pedagogical system), feedback function (provides an
opportunity to determine whether the set pedagogical
tasks have been completed), targeting function (ideal
directs activities aimed at the model of education),
stimulating function (used to attract resources not
used during education), correctional function
(necessary to ensure the constructive course of the
educational process). Pedagogical management
provides an opportunity to determine the mechanism
of attraction of unused resources in the educational
process. Any management situation acquires an
intellectual content, because the management of the
problem requires the appropriate use of available
resources, influence on human consciousness, thinking
and behavior. Their use serves not only to ensure
efficiency, but to significantly improve management
methods that have been used for years.

There are duties and responsibilities that employees
working in educational institutions and the leader who
guides them must know and strictly follow. Because
the leader has a special role in the management of
education and the development of the educational
process. Leader not limited only to its scope, but also
to monitor the work activities of its employees, to be
able to take strict measures, encourage and apply
punishment to them when necessary. The duties of the
leader are appropriate, first of all, he should be focused
on the development of the field of education, and then
he should create the rules of his court within the
framework of the law. The leader is the person
responsible for each of the employees during the

working day. That is why the responsibility of the
leader is twice as much as that of other employees.
Through creative thoughts, human labor can be made
easier and improved. Any creative should serve to
facilitate and modernize human life. New innovative
ideas appear in a creative thinking person.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, it can be said that since distance learning
students are aware of computer technologies, they
make good use of new innovations and allow creative
ideas to be born because they are directly connected
with Internet technologies. In addition, this view of
modernity is very effective and useful for modern
pedagogues. Creative thinking is the demand of this
era, so learning this kind of thinking requires all
pedagogues to acquire skillful knowledge. Since
pedagogues with high potential and creative thinking
are the demand of the times, the introduction of
creative pedagogy in organizations that train
pedagogues is one of the actual issues.
