Abstract

When we covered the topic "The need to reform the management system of higher education institutions and introduce new principles to it" in the article, we presented the need and important principles of developing and updating the management system of higher education institutions. These principles can be: Orientation to central goals: The importance of orientation to central goals is shown in the management system of higher education institutions. The management system should include support for goal setting, instructional design, student achievement of goals, and performance evaluation. Discussion and management transparency: In the reform of the management system, it is necessary to follow the principles of discussion and management transparency[1]. enabling students to learn their knowledge, talents

learn and develop their knowledge, talents and skills.
This makes grief a powerful source of motivation for
students, helping them achieve high results in the
learning process and achieve their personal goals. In
the first step of making the students the center, it is
important to inform them about the main goals of the
study and their wishes and documents. To explain to
the students the scope of study, the types of courses
and lessons, to explain to them about the educational
paths and the high level of their development and to
inform them about the opportunities for additional
studies, to interest them and to encourage student
activities in this way[2]. Providing students with
opportunities for personal development is a key part of
learning and developing their talents. This means
providing students with additional learning resources,
techniques, lab opportunities, professional mentoring,
and more. Through this, students will be able to gain
the theoretical and practical experience to develop
themselves, to acquire a high level of competence and
talent in the field of study and research. It is also
important to allow students to pursue their own
learning goals. It is important to give them more
information about educational paths, career paths and
development opportunities in the fields, to set them
small goals and help them to start themselves. This
allows them to define their own learning paths and
give them freedom in their studies and careers.

In addition, it is important to teach students in
satisfying and meaningful ways to learn, and to ensure
that they get the most out of their learning process
through additional learning opportunities, mentoring,
and enrichment programs. Allowing students to learn
to express themselves, discuss, discuss their work and
projects with teachers and other students, and
encouraging them to participate in the community
helps students learn more. important for mastering. All
of these activities are important parts of motivating
students, mastering their learning, and ensuring their
personal development[3]. Setting purposeful learning
paths for students and helping them achieve their
personal goals will help them succeed in developing
themselves and developing their personal potential.

among students, teachers, parents, administration and
community members. It is essential to a successful
spiritual learning process and is a key part of a high-

aim to teach students in a way that is understandable,
interesting and enjoyable. Parents and administration
are an important part of the partnership and
community collaboration. Parents play an important
role in strengthening the relationship with students,
providing additional support to their students, working
in the educational institution and allowing them to
improve themselves[4]. It will be important to create
opportunities for the administration, students,
teachers, parents and community members to come
closer together and increase cooperation. In doing so,
it is important to develop strategies to achieve the goal
in the unit, to provide support and resources that can
be used to improve the learning process. Also,
community members play an important role in the
development

cooperation. By using their specialisms, experiences
and abilities to help students, increase their knowledge
in different fields and help them improve the practical
part of higher education[5]. Partnerships and
community collaboration promote interaction and
teamwork among students, teachers, parents,

development of each of the students and helps to
successfully carry out the spiritual learning process.

1. Innovation and the use of the latest technologies: the
use of the latest technologies, the introduction of
interactive textbooks, educational programs and
educational tools, the addition of virtual learning
centers and online educational resources to
educational processes, helps to increase motivation for
students and create effective learning opportunities
for them. The use of innovations and the latest
technologies helps to make educational processes
more efficient and effective. Using the latest
technology can help improve learning processes

through the following methods: Interactive textbooks:
Interactive textbooks provide students with fun and
interactive learning opportunities. It helps reinforce
student understanding through tutorials, multimedia
elements, examples, video materials, animations, and
interactive tests[6]. Also, students can learn the lesson
based on their own interaction. Curriculum and
teaching aids: The latest technology allows updating
the curriculum and teaching aids. Learning processes
can be made more convenient for students through
tools such as mobile applications, online platforms,
software schools and interactive lectures. These tools
allow students to choose their own learning paths,
mastering the process of information reinforcement
and application. Virtual Learning Centers and Online
Learning Resources: Virtual Learning Centers and
Online Learning Resources provide students with
online access to programmed learning materials. With
these resources, students can learn on their own time
and at their own pace. They provide students with
access to video lessons, interactive quizzes, e-books,

The purpose of creating a system of evaluation and
monitoring of educational results in educational
institutions is to allow monitoring of student
development, mastery, and achievement levels. These
systems help to analyze, evaluate and monitor
students' scientific knowledge and skills, practical
skills, compliance with the requirements of the state
and society[6]. This allows students to learn, to
conduct quality education and to improve themselves.
Electronic assessment systems serve as an important
tool for evaluating and monitoring educational
outcomes. These systems allow for automatic entry of
student grades, collection, analysis, and reporting of
grades throughout the course. Electronic evaluation
systems allow to store complete information about
students in an educational institution, calculate grades,
display grades in the form of graphs and indicators, and

important part of evaluating and monitoring learning

useful sources of information in the communication
between the educational institution and the student,
and allow students to demonstrate their learning and

students build on previously learned knowledge and
skills, put theory into practice, work with the
community, and develop mastered learning areas.
Targeted experiences and exercises allow students to
make aspirations to implement their knowledge and
skills, to monitor their progress and to evaluate the
consequences of development.

Another part of evaluating and monitoring learning
outcomes is helping to increase student interest and
expectations. Analyzing these needs and interests is
important in preparing an individual education plan for
students and guiding them in the right direction[7].
Analyzing the interests and needs of students makes it
easier to implement their individual learning plan and
enhances student learning. In particular, systematic
methods of evaluating and monitoring learning
outcomes help monitor student progress, learning,
and achievement levels. Electronic assessment
systems, portfolio creation, and developmental
discussions based on targeted experiences and
exercises provide opportunities to help students
develop their interests and aspirations. These systems
are an important guide for educational institutions in
improving the personal development of students and
improving the quality of education.

teaching process. The following conclusions indicate
the main points that can be unique in the reform of the
management system and the introduction of new
principles into it:

Independent and disciplined leadership: The
leadership in higher education institutions should
be independent and disciplined. Leadership,
initiative, and strategic planning are needed to
build unity and cooperation among administrators,
teachers, students, and staff.

Ensure participation of students and teachers:
Teachers and students should contribute to the

Leadership in the work unit, increasing student
participation, listening to students' opinions, and
using creative and interactive methods in the
teaching process are desirable.

Cooperation and exchange of experiences:

process interactive and complex. Facilities such as
unified information system, electronic libraries,
laboratory and practice rooms should be provided
for students.

process, improvement of efficiency and setting of
updates. Mutual evaluation of students and
teachers allows to analyze the results of teaching
and make changes to the next stages of teaching.
