ABSTRACT
The main content of the article focuses on the importance of philosophical knowledge in everyday life, the
development of intellectual abilities in the person, reflecting its role in personal development, raising the
consciousness and thinking of young people. and society. At the same time, the human factor, self-awareness, a
valuable approach to life, independent thinking of young people, the philosophical aspects of their outlook on life
are emphasized.

INTRODUCTION
In the 21st century, human development is closely

attention to the regulation of human relations and
behavior, respect for human interests in society and
the state, self-awareness, and personal development.

Modern teachings about man, on the one hand,
creatively continue the ideas that preceded him, and
on the other hand, define the theoretical,
methodological and practical aspects of historical
development and show its prospects. In the context
of globalization, the doctrines of man are very
diverse, and alternative doctrines, on the one hand, a
comprehensive systematic study, on the other hand,
to raise the spiritual maturity of man from the "ocean
of teachings", " to rise from the "ocean of teachings",
to rise from the "ocean of teachings", to rise from the
"ocean of teachings", to strengthen the spiritual and
moral teachings of man. the idea of national
independence, the understanding of objective reality.
requires an approach based on how well you can
respond. In this regard, the upbringing of young
people, state youth policy, care for them, regardless
of nationality, race, language, religion, social status,
gender, education and political beliefs, legal and
issues of social protection, transfer of national and
cultural heritage are being considered. traditions of
generation to generation, spiritual connection of
generations, support of youth initiatives, ensuring the
free choice of ways for young people to pursue their
interests within the framework of the Constitution
and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, development
of policies and programs ensuring the direct
participation of young people in the output and
implementation. for the development of society,
especially youth; it should be noted that rights and
duties are based on principles such as the unity of
liberty and civil responsibility.
It is necessary to strengthen and support the content
and educational process of reforms and practical
measures to address the problems of educating
young people, the development of knowledge and
intellectual potential, who are the real owners of the
future and development of society [1] .
MATERIALS AND METHODS
To this end, it is important to establish the
International Youth Association of Uzbekistan and
create the necessary conditions for its effective
functioning, to pay attention to the constant active
dialogue of our youth with their peers abroad in
science, culture, entrepreneurship, sports and other
fields. . It is important to note that the centuries-old
heritage of educating young people must be realized
today. During the years of independence, great work
has been done in our country on youth issues. The
issue of educating a "harmoniously developed
person" is one of the most important and one of the
priorities of our state policy today. In the history of
the spirituality of your country, the study of the
intellectual, moral and aesthetic aspects of educating
young people as harmoniously developed individuals
began mainly in the Middle Ages. The spiritual
heritage of such scholars as Farobi, Beruni, Ibn Sina,
Ahmad Fergani [2] can be studied.
He noted that the adoption of the Law of the Republic
of Uzbekistan "On State Youth Policy", which came
into force on September 15, 2016, reflects the views
expressed in support of the State Program "Youth -
Our Future". should be [3]. Philosophy is an ancient
branch of human spiritual life and knowledge. People
in all countries and regions have been living in various
forms for almost three thousand years, first in the
form of myths, then in the form of certain systems of
theoretical structures and concepts. will hold the
post? ”Tried to answer the question. The peculiar
historical nature of philosophy is manifested not only
in the dimension of time, but also in the dimension of
space-civilization. Philosophy is not only a product of
its time, but also of a certain civilization, a certain
society, a certain culture.

The meaning of life as a doctrine that unites a set of
ideas about values and as a socio-ethical, practical
philosophy of the late nineteenth century.The socio-
political foundations of philosophical thinking are
aimed at changing the social consciousness of the
people of any society, serving the ultimate tasks.
Today, the renewal of philosophical thinking has
focused on the social image, the spiritual world, the
goals and needs of each individual, rather than the
general spiritual love of production. In this sense,
philosophical knowledge has a great deal to do in
shaping and perfecting the perfect qualities of the
noble people that great scholars dream of. it is clear
that philosophy as a science encourages the
development of the individual's worldview, thinking
as a white game, ingenuity.
In general, it focuses on establishing different forms
of people’s worldview, mental host, mind, personal
experience, and so on. Philosophy helps one to read,
irrationally intuitively understand the purpose, the
means, the human self and the self-changing world. In
addition, answering questions that are universal to
everyone will be the basis for creating a soft.
Approaches to understanding the essence, goals,
tasks of philosophy, despite the diversity of points, it
is a quality of cultivating the intellect of all things and
the youth of the country, educating them. It should be
noted that philosophy does not have a common
property, a single language, unambiguously defined
suffixes, and a set of common categories for any
philosophical doctrine. Also, it is not done to perceive
a single system of knowledge, and ultimately, it is not
at all focused on getting results like load, science.
Therefore, philosophical knowledge should be viewed
as an area of business for the maturity, consciousness
and thinking of young people. We need to understand
the essence of this science, identify its specific
questions, and understand the role that philosophy
plays in man’s understanding of himself and the world
around him. "A language of self-awareness, a file of
national consciousness and thinking, the rule of
generations, a language of spiritual connection will be
possible" [6].
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
In the study of youth problems, first of all, the
systematic system, the expansion of scientific and
theoretical knowledge, philosophical views of
philosophers,
thinkers
and
scientists,
the
identification of creative abilities for the education of
young people, worldview, historical, national and
national education. the use of socio-philosophical
techniques such as the unit of change is required. In
the wound of the article, great attention was paid to
the issues of moral relations, personal upbringing, the
development of youth and thinking, spiritual life.
Therefore, a holistic approach to philosophy, a deeper
and fuller wave of responsible people, to understand
it and to enter the mysterious and fascinating world
of philosophical problems, to build the younger
generation with philosophical knowledge based on
the achievements of modern science . In the process
of mastering and developing philosophy, it has
achieved high results, taking into account the
development of nature, man, society and spirituality,
specific connections, many and so on, and in terms of
its own specific development. has a general idea of
the world of people. a complete study of
philosophical knowledge as a whole, while at the
same time approaching them as components of a
whole. It should be noted that the moral function of
philosophy depends on the behavior of people and
the relationships that occur in this or that society.

When calculating the educational functions of
philosophy, it is necessary to speak in such a way that
a broad and comprehensive discussion of the level of
the burden of transportation has yielded results.
Today, energy needs a philosophy that focuses on
self-awareness of some nations, but the entire world
community. This is evidenced by the fact that,
according to UNESCO marketing since 2002, the
“World Philosophy Days”, which are held on the third
Thursday of November every year all over the world,
also helped the biggest issues for the world on a
beautiful day. The results of a thorough analysis of the
works of thinkers on the issues of personal upbringing
and development. The ancient thinkers greatly
contributed to the formation of education and
upbringing in all respects, that is, to the formation of a
physically and mentally perfect man who was capable
of self-realization and production. Relying on the
opinion of Plato, Demorite, Zoroaster and other
philosophers, in his knowledge, the wound of
upbringing and education can restore the additional
burden of violence and improve the human mind to
injure the different nature of man [7].
CONCLUSION
Philosophy helps young people to shape their
behavior, their future, their lives by shaping their
worldview. Analyzing the preservation of spirituality
and morality in society in the creation of a change in
philosophical knowledge, the establishment of socio-
political structures and principles, the transformation
of social consciousness [8], broad public opinion, and
the development of society to life problems, culture
and spirituality helps.Enrichment of the worldview of
young people in society, strengthening their devotion
to the Motherland, values, their development in the
spirit of national and universal values, analysis of
philosophical sciences, including national-spiritual and
educational innovations, their deep promotion,
propaganda - is one of the important tasks of ensuring
the consistency of propaganda work. globalization
plays an important role in shaping the worldview and
thinking of young people, raising their spiritual world,
enriching their philosophical knowledge with content.
The following conclusions can be drawn from the
study of the above problems:

to show the importance of moral, aesthetic,
political, legal, democratic factors in the
upbringing of young people as harmoniously
developed people in civil society;

-increasing the role of spiritual values in further
enhancing the intellectual potential of young
people;

In the process of spiritual renewal, to pay more
attention to the education of young people as
harmoniously developed people, to form a new
moral environment, a qualitatively new type of
relationship;
-
Awareness of globalization and youth issues;
-
to promote the exemplary life and scientific
activity of famous scientists and statesmen
among the youth.
